This article aims to find out the development of smartphones and the resulting impact. The definition of a smartphone is a small electronic device that has various functions and the latest technology, which makes human life more practical. In the context of early childhood development, the use of smartphones has an influence on their development. Technology can be an effective learning medium and can increase children's creativity, but it must be balanced with interaction with the surrounding environment. Research shows that smartphone use can have a negative impact on early childhood social development. Excessive use can cause children to become introverted, experience sleep disturbances, tend to be alone, show violent behavior, inhibit creativity, and increase the risk of cyberbullying. To overcome this problem, the solution is to limit the use of smartphones, supervise children while using smartphones, and involve themselves as parental figures who play an active role. Providing an appropriate time schedule for children to use smartphones is also important, so that smartphone use does not hinder early childhood social development. The role of parents in this case is very important to provide appropriate supervision and direction. By taking these steps, it is hoped that the negative effects of smartphone use can be minimized, while early childhood social development is well maintained.

The focus of the discussion within this research is on understanding moral values in Catholic Family education. In the midst of a world that is shaken by various storms of decline in moral values, such as consumerism, individualism, and hedonism, this has made dangerous impact toward the education of Catholic families. The family, especially the Catholic family, has a role as well as a responsibility to provide direction so that every member in the Catholic family survives from various challenges and threats of moral decline. The Catholic Church, through the Apostolic Exhortation –Familiaris Consortio, has provided direction in the efforts of Christian families to maintain moral values. Familiaris Consortio should be the basis for education meaning by Catholic families so that the Sacrament of Marriage can be interpreted seriously and minimize Catholic marriages that fail in the middle of the journey. This study will be divided into four main discussions that can help Catholic families upgrading moral values in their role in educating. The four discussions are: The situation of the family in today's society, the rights and obligations of parents regarding education, educating in the essential values of human life, and the mission of Education and the Sacrament of Marriage.

Penggunaan beberapa bahasa pemrograman selama perangkat lunak berkembang adalah praktik umum dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak modern. Akan tetapi, penggunaan bahasa yang berbeda yang dapat memengaruhi pengembang produktifitas justru belum banyak diketahui. Studi yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini mereplikasi kontrol acak percobaan yang menyelidiki penggunaan beberapa bahasa dalam konteks pemrograman basis data tugas. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini diberi tugas pengkodean yang ditulis dalam Java dan salah satu dari tiga bahasa tertanam mirip SQL: SQL biasa dalam string, hanya metode Java, bahasa tertanam hibrid yang lebih mirip dengan Java. Selain merekam tanggapan kuesioner online dan solusi peserta terhadap tugas, gerakan mata peserta juga direkam menggunakan eye tracker. Eye Tracker sebagai metode untuk studi pengembangan perangkat lunak telah berkembang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir dan memungkinkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana pengembang menyelesaikan tugas pemrograman. Metode Eye tracking ini digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data dalam penlitian ini. Data pelacakan mata dikumpulkan dari 31 peserta (dari akademisi dan industri) untuk masing-masing dari enam tugas pemrograman yang berbeda. Untuk membandingkan efek variabel antar kelompok kelompok dan pengalaman profesional dan variabel tugas dalam kelompok pada variabel terikat Waktu dala peneyelesaiinya, penelitian ini menggunakan ANOVA model campuran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, efek signifikan pada produktivitas tidak ditemukan, ini berbeda dengan penlitian awal karena bahasa yang digunakan. Namun, efek yang sama ditemukan dari pengalaman peserta terhadap produktivitas pemrograman menunjukkan bahwa programmer yang lebih berpengalaman mampu menyelesaikan tugas pemrograman poliglot dengan cara yang lebih efisien. Selain itu ditemukan bahwa semua peserta melihat kode sampel dengan persentase waktu yang sama untuk tugas yang diberikan terlepas dari pengalaman atau varian bahasa yang diberikan. Perilaku navigasi tingkat atas juga sebagian besar tetap tidak berubah di seluruh pengalaman atau varian bahasa. Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pemrograman poliglot tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan seperti tugas itu sendiri. Tingkat tinggi strategi yang digunakan peserta tampak serupa terlepas dari varian bahasa yang diberikan kepada mereka. Sebagai saran untuk penelitian dimasa depan, efek dari berbagai jenis pemrograman polyglot bahasa harus dipelajari secara mendalam untuk kesimpulan yang dicapai tetap benar di berbagai konteks pemrograman poliglot.

Penelitian ini akan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel independent yakni harga, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap variabel dependen keputusan pembelian mie instant Indomie. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Univeristas Semarang dengan obyek penelitian adalah pada mahasiswa reguler kelas pagi fakultas ekonomi. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode pembagian kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 96 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada Indomie lebih dari tiga kali dalam satu bulan. Data hasil penyebaran kuesioner akan diolah menggunakan alat analisa software SPSS. Hasil dan uji analisis kuantitatif yang dipilih meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t, serta analisis koefesien determinasi (R2). Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa seluruh keseluruhan butir indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini lolos dalam uji validitas dan dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji untuk keseluruhan variabel dari kuesioner adalah reliabel sehingga variabel-variabel tersebut layak untuk digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Dari hasil penelitian dan hasil analisis data, dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut:  terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dari variabel harga terhadap keputusan pembelian  mie instan Indomie. Terdapat   pengaruh   secara   positif   dan   signifikan   dari   variabel   kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian  mie instan Indomie. Terdapat   pengaruh   secara   positif   dan   signifikan   dari   variabel   citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian  mie instan Indomie.

This research was conducted to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as a moderation variable for employees of the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service, this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was all employees of the Population Control and family planning service, which amounted to 67 employees, for sampeal in this study used a total sample where the entire population was used as a sample in the study. In this study, data management used the SPSS 26 application and MRA tests to determine the role of moderation in this study. P. The results of this study show that Work Discipline (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that a well-managed work discipline will result in employee compliance with various organizational regulations aimed at improving performance. while Work Motivation (Z) moderates Work Discipline (X1) to Employee Performance (Y) at the Lamongan Population Control and Family Planning Service. This means that motivation is only a variable of moderation, because it weakens the influence of work discipline on employee performance

This study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the role of pesantren in implementing the spirit of tolerance of the millennial generation santri in traditional pesantren as a resolution of the turbulence of globalization. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The research location is the Roudhotus Sholihin Sayung Islamic Boarding School, Demak. The results of this study are the students of this traditional Islamic boarding school have a spirit of tolerance which is marked by their knowledge of the position of Pancasila as the basis of the state. The students are also able to practice the precepts in Pancasila, have knowledge of the concept and meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, respect differences, use the Indonesian language, respect the flag, maintain the integrity of the country, and ward off radicalism and terrorism. The role of Islamic boarding schools in implementing the spirit of tolerance is the implementation of the commemoration of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, the distribution of students' bedrooms fairly, the use of Indonesian language, the implementation of grave pilgrimages, and the commemoration of religious holidays. Pesantren's efforts in maintaining the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and building the spirit of nationalism are communication media literacy, revitalization of pesantren discipline, organizing bahsul masail, and socializing the vision and mission of the pesantren

Cerpen juga bisa disebut sebagai karangan fiktif yang berisikan tentang sebagian kehidupan seseorang atau juga kehidupan yang diceritakan secara ringkas yang berfokus pada suatu tokoh saja. Dalam cerpen terdapat unsur-unsur yang membangun cerpen yaitu tema, penokohan, alur dan bahasa yang digunakan. Pada tulisan ini penulis meneliti salah satu cerpen Indonesia yaitu Cinta Laki-laki Biasa Karya Asma Nadia.Dalam menyelesaikan sebuah karya ilmiah pendekatan yang akan digunakan adalah pendekatan Objektif. Data diperoleh melalui analisis cerpen Cinta laki-laki biasa Karya Asma Nadia. Pendekatan ini di dasarkan atas pertimbangan akan adanya kesesuaian unsur- unsur instrinsik.Setelah membaca cerpen Cinta Laki- laki biasa Karya Asma Nadia. Peneliti merasakan kenikmatan- kenimatan yang terdapat dalam unsur instrinsik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut unsur – usur yang terdapat dalam cerpen tersebut, oleh karena itu, peneliti menganalisis cerpen Cinta Laki- laki biasa dengan Pendekatan objektif . gambaran instrinsik dapat dilihat pada tabel dibawah ini.dari analsisis data diatas ialah bahwa unsur intrinsik yang tertuang didalam cerpen Cinta laki – laki biasa adalah bentuk keobjektifan dalam segala watak, sifat dan prilaku yang benar-benar dialami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Lahir dari batin dan Nurani yang sangat padu dengan berjalanya alur cerita yang menggambarkan objektif yang dirasakan pembacanya.

The number of branches spread across various regions causes several problems in several branches related to the problem of integrating inventory data and the inventory process. The problem that arises is the inventory data that does not match the actual number of goods. In fact, often the data in excel does not or escapes to be updated. The difficulty that occurs is because PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas has many branches, which still carry out data collection using excel manually. The development of a system carried out by the Three Major Phase method has three stages, namely analysis, design, and implementation. Based on these problems, this system was created to make it easier for companies to manage assets starting from making procurement, maintenance, borrowing, asset deletion and to making inventory reports in real time. The results of the research in the form of the implementation of a web-based Asset Management Information System Design at PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas are expected to meet the company's needs in managing assets to be more effective and efficient.

Internet cafes is a place which provides internet access infrastructure with a variety of connections and using computer as access device so that users can access the Internet and acquire services in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to find factors that exist in the service quality cafe business and know the dimensions of service quality are the most influential in the Internet service industry. The method used in the analysis is descriptive analysis Statistik, T test and regression analysis. With the object of a study internet cafes in Malang. From the results of research to know If construct originally by parasuraman etall initially 22 items consisting of 5 dimensions constituent, on a case study in the cafe reduced to 9 items, Gaps on Internet services as measured by the concept servqual. Produce a measure of quality service at the internet cafe. In this study the gaps in the service quality dimensions sequentially from the largest value to the smallest value is Assurance (-1.1115), Empathy (-1.0732), Responsiveness (-0.7834), Tangible (-0.1847) and Reliability (0.0191). Value of r = 1 = 100% means that the quality of service on Internet service can be described by the five constituent dimensionsthat is, empathy, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible. Standard error of estimate are at zero (0) proves that the regression model appropriate was used to predict the dependent variable or the quality of service.

Pembinaan calon imam merupakan bagian penting untuk menyiapkan tenaga pastoral yang mampu memimpin sebuah paroki. Lima aspek pembinaan: kepribadian, intelektual, komunitas, pastoral, komunitas menjadi bagian utama dalam proses formasi. Berbagai bentuk pembinaan dibuat guna mencetek para pemimpin yang baik. Saat ini dunia yang sedang manghadapi wabah virus corona juga mempengaruhi proses pembinaan calon imam. Merujuk pada dokumen gereja mengenai pembinaan calon imam Optatam Totius yang mengatakan bahwa pembinaan calon imam adalah bagian penting bagi Gereja. Fokus penulisan yaitu meneliti proses pembinaan selama masa pandemi. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah memahami proses pembinaan seminari dalam masa pandemi. Permasalahan yang hendak diangkat yaitu: mengapa formasi calon imam itu perlu dalam Gereja Katolik? Mengapa fenomena pandemi covid-19 ini perlu didalami dalam konteks pembinaan seminari? Mengapa pandemi covid-19 di Seminari Tinggi San Giovanni XXIII perlu diteliti? Metodologi penulisan menggunakan analisis deskriptif-naratif dengan menelaah pembinaan seminari selama pandemi. Temuan dari penulisan ini adalah pembinaan di seminari Giovanni selama pandemi mengalami keterbatasan. Keterbatasan ini tidak menciutkan semangat untuk terus memformat para calon imam.
