Wilayah Kedung Kandang meskipun masuk wilayah kota namun lahan pertanian masih cukup banyak sehingga sumber bahan baku untuk minuman sehat sangat mudah didapatkan yang dapat meningkatkan kemanfaatan secara maksimal. Diperlukan pendampingan kesehatan melalui kegiatan produktif produksi minuman sehat melalui usaha- usaha produktif untuk menangkap respon masyarakat yang banyak mencari produk minuman sehat untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh terhadap virus yang mewabah serta banyaknya masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaaan karena kondisi pandemi. Daya tahan tubuh terhadap virus yang mewabah serta banyaknya masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaaan karena kondisi pandemi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada kelompok  ibu-ibu rumah tangga RT 06, RW 04 Kelurahan Kedungkandang, Kecamatan Kedung Kandang, Kota Malang agar memiliki bekal untuk berwirausaha dan mengembangkan produksi jamu sederhana. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peserta pendampingan kegiatan produksi dapat memahami tahapan-tahapan pembuatan jamu sesuai standar dengan hasil produksi yang sesuai harapan. Hasil pendampingan ini dapat diterapkan di rumah masing-masing dengan terus melakukan pengembangan-pengembangan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan respon pasar terhadap produk yang telah dibuat.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of natural materials as antimicrobial agents in the treatment of freshwater fish diseases, with the aim of offering a safer and more sustainable alternative to synthetic chemicals and antibiotics. Using the literature review method, this study analyzed relevant current scientific articles. Results showed that extracts of betel leaf, neem leaf, cinnamon essential oil, basil essential oil, aloe vera, and propolis had significant antimicrobial activity against freshwater fish pathogens such as Flavobacterium columnare and Aeromonas hydrophila. Betel leaf extract and cinnamon essential oil showed inhibition rates of up to 85% and 82%, respectively. The advantages of using natural ingredients include environmental safety, reduced risk of antimicrobial resistance, and immunostimulating effects in fish. However, challenges such as ingredient availability, cost, and standardization still need to be addressed. This study suggests the development of natural ingredient-based products, standardization and quality testing, further research, and training for fish farmers. Collaboration between stakeholders is also important to reduce dependence on antibiotics. In conclusion, natural ingredients have great potential as effective and environmentally friendly antimicrobial agents in freshwater fish health management.
 
 

Community-based childbirth assistance (MPPBM) is an important approach in efforts to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. Health cadres have a strategic role in assisting pregnant women and facilitating referrals to health facilities. This study aims to explore the knowledge and meaning of health cadres related to community-based childbirth assistance. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological design involving 8 cadres in the Baloi Permai Health Center work area. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method. The results showed five main themes that describe the knowledge and meaning of assistance according to cadres: Assistance as a form of social concern, Knowledge of pregnancy danger signs and referrals, Assistance as a form of spiritual and emotional service, Challenges in carrying out the role as a companion, and Expectations for health system support. These findings can be used to improve the quality of cadre training and strengthen community-based assistance policies.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak degradasi terhadap ekosistem hutan mangrove dan menganalisis strategi-strategi inovatif yang digunakan untuk menjaga keberlangsungan ekosistem tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode literatur review, di mana berbagai sumber literatur ilmiah yang relevan dievaluasi secara sistematis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa degradasi hutan mangrove memiliki konsekuensi serius terhadap ekosistem pesisir, termasuk hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, peningkatan risiko bencana alam, dan penurunan kualitas air. Namun, berbagai strategi telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, termasuk restorasi ekosistem, pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan, partisipasi masyarakat lokal, dan penerapan teknologi modern. Pembahasan menyeluruh tentang temuan-temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa integrasi strategi-strategi ini dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif dalam menjaga kelestarian hutan mangrove dan memperkuat ketahanan ekosistem pesisir. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya adopsi strategi-strategi inovatif dalam manajemen lingkungan, sementara arah penelitian masa depan mencakup peningkatan kolaborasi antarstakeholder dan pengembangan teknologi yang lebih canggih untuk mendukung konservasi hutan mangrove secara berkelanjutan.

The promotion of online gambling through social media such as Instagram and WhatsApp is increasingly attracting public interest, even though it violates the law in accordance with Article 27 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 19 of 2016. Case at the Tanjung Karang District Court (Number 892/Pid.Sus/2023/PN .TJK) revealed that online gambling promotion is a criminal offense with the threat of prison sentences and fines. What is the criminal liability of perpetrators who promote online gambling products and what is the basis for the judge's considerations in imposing criminal penalties on perpetrators who promote online gambling products? Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The judge's decision is in accordance with applicable law, taking into account legal, sociological and philosophical aspects. In this case the judge placed more emphasis on the sociological and philosophical aspects. Hakim used Mackenzie's theory, emphasizing balance, artistry, intuition, and a scientific approach. Criminal liability must be strictly legally necessary to protect society from the negative impacts of online gambling. The criminal liability contained in decision number 892/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.TJK regarding online gambling promotion involves several defendants. This decision emphasizes the importance of law enforcement in maintaining justice and public security, and shows the appropriate application of the law to punish the promotion of illegal gambling.

The Golden Period is an essential period for children's growth and development. At this time, it is perfect if parents maximize their children's growth and development by training their children's sensory motor skills. Apart from that, fundamental mathematical skills such as recognizing numbers also need to be trained now. Based on the survey results in Ponorogo, parents still need clarification about how to train their children's sensory motor skills. In this context, the Mathematics Busy Board appears to be an exciting innovation that can improve children's basic mathematical and sensory motor skills in their golden age. This activity aims to provide knowledge or insight to mothers who have toddlers to optimize children's development, especially in basic mathematics and sensory-motor skills. The activity will occur at Posyandu Papaya, Japan Village, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. The method used is that the team provides training or socialization about the importance of sensory-motor development and basic mathematical abilities. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of mothers with toddlers about children's basic mathematical and sensory motor skills.ABSTRAKGolden Period merupakan masa penting bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan atau wawasan kepada ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan anak terutama pada kemampuan dasar matematika dan sensorik motoriknya.. Lokasi kegiatan berada di Posyandu Pepaya Desa Japan Kecamatan Jenangan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu tim memberikan pelatihan atau sosialisasi tentang pentingnya perkembangan sensorik motorik dan kemampuan dasar matematika. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan para ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita tentang kemampuan dasar matematika dan sensorik motorik anak.

Libraries face various challenges in protecting personal data on their electronic resources. This research addresses topics such as user privacy, data encryption, access management, and compliance with privacy laws. By addressing these issues comprehensively, libraries can ensure the protection of user privacy while optimizing the benefits of digital resources in today's information environment. The October 2023 cyberattack by a hacker group known as Rhysida on the British Library's internet information system emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity and data privacy for digital libraries. This research aims to provide insights and solutions to address these challenges, ensuring digital libraries can operate securely and efficiently.

This study aimed to examine the effect of Financial target (ROA), Ineffective monitoring (IND) and Total accrual (TATA) on Financial distress. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out using documentation techniques. The population used in this research is Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2018-2022 using a purposive sampling method, so the number of samples for this research is 60 financial report data from Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for 5 years. Data was obtained by collecting data from the annual financial reports of Sharia Commercial Banks on each company's website. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis which has previously passed the multicollinearity test, model suitability test and hypothesis testing using SPSS software for windows. The research results show that Financial target(ROA) has a significant influence on financial distress, while Ineffective monitoring (IND) and Total Accruals (TATA) do not have a significant influence on financial distress. And simultaneously Financial target (ROA), Ineffective monitoring (IND) and Total accrual (TATA) have a significant effect on financial distress in Islamic commercial banks, with a Nagelkerke R Square value of 17.8%.

This research aims to empirically test the partial and simultaneous influence between the independent variables profitability, firm size and financial leverage with the dependent variable income smoothing in BUMN Go Public companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. The population in this study is all BUMN Go Public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 20 companies with 5 years of observation. The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data originating from the company's financial reports. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the final sample results being 80 total samples. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classic multicollinearity assumption test, overall model test, model feasibility test, classification matrix, logistic regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data was processed with the help of Eviews version 12 software. This research shows the following results: (1) Partially, the profitability variable has a significant positive effect on income smoothing. (2) Partially, the firm size variable has a significant negative effect on income smoothing. (3) Partially, the financial leverage variable has no effect on income smoothing. (3) Simultaneously all independent variables, profitability, firm size, and financial leverage are proven to have an effect on income smoothing.

The performance of health workers who are in dr. Soepraoen Hospital is supervised by the leadership and carried out byinternal supervision. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the effectiveness of the leadership and internal supervision carried out by the hospital on the performance of health workers. This research used quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The location in this study is the Kindergarten Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang which is located atJl. S. Supriadi No.22, Sukun, Kec. Sukun, Malang City, East Java 65112. The study was conducted from October to November 2020. Research The population in this study were all health workers who served in Kindergarten Hospitals. II dr. Soepraoen Malang at the time of the research, the number of health workers was 59 people. Samples were taken using total sampling. Data processing was performed using the SPSS for Windows application. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership partially on health workers' performance, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially internal supervision on health workers' performance, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics leadership and internal supervision on health workers performance.
