Feasibility study is the tool that is able to be consideration materials in making the decisions to receive or reject the investment proposed in developing or establishing the project/business planning. The research about analysis of business feasibility, instead of to know whether it is feasible or not of the value of investment criteria, it is also to know the amount of investment funds that needed, the existing market share, and any constraints that will be possible to occurs in the process of establishing that type of business. As for the objectives that will be obtained from this research is to conduct the analysis of business feasibility as viewed from several aspects, that are financial aspect, and social aspect.

The growth of the mainstay area in Central Java is expected to be able to provide a positive break-even for the economic growth of the surrounding area or the area behind it (hinterland), through civilizing the sector or sub-sector base as a driver of the regional economy and economic linkages between regions. The main objective of the mainstay area is to accelerate development. The city of Salatiga which is the goal of this service and research based on its location has a strategic location.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

<p>Beberapa perusahaan telah mengurangi upaya perekrutan secara massal dan diskusi secara langsung untuk menanggapi pandemi Covid-19 salah satunya PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui media job posting dan penerapan proses rekrutmen melalui media sosial, meliputi: tahapan-tahapan serta kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pada PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur (2) Mengetahui efektivitas metode rekrutmen melalui media sosial dalam upaya mereduksi dampak pandemi Covid-19, dan menjelaskan perbandingan metode E-Recruitment dengan metode rekrutmen offline pada PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. Efektivitas Metode Rekrutmen melalui Media Sosial dengan pengumpulan data pustaka dan observasi menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem rekrutmen elektornik pada tenaga kerja tepat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan manajemen sumber daya manusia di era Covid-19. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya peningkatan pelamar kerja yang kompeten dan PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur dikenal semua kalangan sehingga mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan lebih dari 150 outlet dalam waktu kurang dari satu tahun.</p><p><strong><em>Several companies have reduced mass recovery efforts and in-person discussions, for the Covid-19 pandemic password, one of which is PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. The effectiveness of the Recruitment Method through Social Media by studying library data and observations shows that the electronic recruitment system for the workforce is right to be used to facilitate and improve human resource management in the Covid-19 Pandemic era. PENGARUH PERLAKUAN VACUUM DRYING TERHADAP EKSTRAK ANTOSIANIN UBI JALAR UNGU (Ipomoea batatas Var.Ayamurasaki)

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan     tentang   hal-hal     apa   saja  yang   menjadi     pertimbangan. UPT Perpustakaan UNISSULA dalam memilih sistem automasi perpustakaan dan bagaimana bentuk kegiatan migrasi sistem automasi perpustakaan dari   LONTAR     (Library   Automation     and   Digital     Archives)     ke     SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian bentuk kegiatan migrasi sistem automasi ini terbagi ke dalam dua jenis kegiatan yaitu migrasi kebijakan pada pengolahan   metadata koleksi secara fisik dan migrasi database koleksi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang   menjadi   pertimbangan   dalam melakukan   migrasi   sistem automasi   adalah   karena   sistem   sebelumnya   tidak   bersumber   terbuka   sehingga tidak dapat dimodifikasi secara bebas sesuai kebutuhan perpustakaan dan apabila sistem LONTAR mengalami gangguan harus memanggil teknisi dari Universitas Indonesia sebagai pemilik hak cipta dari LONTAR dengan biaya yang tidak sedikit.</p><p><span class="hps"><em><span lang="IN">This study aims to explain the consideration by UNISSULA Central Library choosing library automation systems and how the form of migration of library automation systems from LONTAR (Library Automation and Digital Archives) to SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System). The method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques using descriptive methods. The results of this research into the form of automation system migration activities are divided into two types of activities, namely migration policy on physical collection metadata processing and collection database migration. From the results of the research it can be concluded that the consideration in migrating automation systems is because the previous system was not open source so that it cannot be modified freely based on the library needs and if the LONTAR system suffers from interference, it must call a technician from the University of Indonesia as the copyright owner of LONTAR for a significant cost.</span></em></span></p>

The purpose of this research is to design and realize a pipe leak detection system that can be monitored with an Android application. Water flow sensor is used to determine the flow of water, with water flow rate analysis it is possible to know the leakage area, pipe leakage rate, and the number of leaks in pipe area if there is a water flow rate decrease. The data is processed with an NodeMCU microcontroller based on Internet of Things (IoT). The accuracy of all water flow sensors after calibration is 97,53%. When testing with the determination of each leaked area the results are appropriate. The reading of each water flow rate decrease that occurs has an accuracy of determiningthe leakage rate of 90,2% while the suitability of reading the number of leakage areas depends on the detection of the leakage area and the classification of the leakage rate. The greater the water flow reads on the sensors, the precission level to determine the level of water pipe leakage is getting better, and vice versa, this is due to sensors having variable variations in flow rate readings.

The problems of this research are: 1) how to develop the approach of societal technology science?; 2) how is the feasibility approach of societal technology science; 3) is the approach of society technology science can cultivate the inspirational attitude?. This is a mixture between qualitatif and quantitative research. Qualitative research was chosen to describe the application of the society technology science. Quantitative research which is a pre-experimental design of one–group Pretest-Postest design, is to see the understanding and change of students’ character before and after the application of the model. The learning model development used the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implemen, Evaluation) design model. The results of this research are: 1) the development of society technology science approach to realize inspiring character was done through 5 stages. With the preliminary stages of approach, establishment/development concept, application in life, the improvement of concept, and assessment; 2) the approach of society technology science to create an inspiring attitude that has been developed, is declared feasible to be used with a score of 15 (90%) in ‘very decent’ criteria; 3) social technology science approach has reflected an inspiring attitude. This is shown from observations on the coursework and results of the student's work that earned an average yield of 3.6 on a ‘good’ category (90%). It is suggested planning a more mature, fuller and wider concept mastery component.

Desa Talang Jambu dan Desa Pasar Bembah Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara merupakan desa yang terletak di dekat perkebunan perusahaan pengolahan kelapa sawit sehingga berpotensi besar menghasilkan jamur sawit. Tetapi minat konsumsi masyarakat pada umumnya masih rendah karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan informasi kandungan gizi jamur sawit. Padahal jamur sawit memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang tinggi protein 34,24%, serat 39,83%, dan karbohidrat 5,47% serta rendah lemak yaitu 1,95%. Kualitas jamur sawit juga masih sangat rendah karena cepat membusuk. Persoalan inilah yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam upaya peningkatkan konsumsi jamur sekaligus sebagai bahan pangan yang dapat dikomersilkan, selain minimnya pengetahuan (soft skill) dan keterampilan. Oleh karena itu Tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dalam empat tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan (survey kondisi awal dan kunjungan ke wilayah mitra untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra), tahap penyuluhan (memberikan informasi kepada mitra berupa kandungan gizi jamur sawit, teknologi pengolahan jamur sawit menjadi makanan beku (frozen food), diversifikasi produk berbahan baku jamur sawit menjadi bakso, nugget dan dimsum, cara pengemasan), tahap peragaan (pelaksanaan atau praktek hasil penyuluhan bersama mitra, uji penerimaan dan pendugaan umur simpan produk jamur sawit), tahap pengembangan sistem pemasaran (perancangan design kemasan dan penjualan di media online).

Various methods can be done to improve teacher performance in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. One form of improvement in teacher performance carried out in this service is the use of laboratories and computer networks to optimize methods of evaluating students through the creation of question banks stored on school servers, creating class name lists that can include a variety of student information including automated assessment demographic information for Computer Answer Sheet (LJK) tests using scanners, use of Local Area Network and internet based tests, processing of Local Area Network (LAN) and internet automated test scores and producing reporting such as analysis of test items, skill reports. In addition, this service also provides asset management training to computer laboratory officers. This service was trained for the teacher of Islamic Primary School Mohammad Hatta, Malang City. The results of this service have had an effective impact on improving the quality of the exam content and the performance of the teacher in carrying out the recapitulation and management of the asset repository of computer laboratories at SDI Mohammad Hatta.
