BI atau Business Intelligence adalah sebuah profesi yang bertugas mengolah dan menganalisis data yang berkaitan dengan bisnis sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat. Hasil akhir dari proses tersebut meliputi kebutuhan industri, gambaran keuntungan, strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan pengambil ketetapan lainnya. Seorang analis dapat memanfaatkan business intelligence untuk memberikan kinerja dan tolak ukur pesaing untuk membuat perusahaan berjalan lebih lancar dan lebih efisien. Analis juga dapat lebih mudah melihat tren pasar untuk meningkatkan penjualan atau pendapatan perusahaan. Jika pada lembaga bisnis, business intelligence dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja melalui pemilihan strategi bisnis yang tepat, maka pada lembaga non-profit, business intelligence dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan melalui peningkatan efisiensi pelaksanaan kerja sehingga pada akhirnya akan tercipta perbaikan layanan pada masyarakat serta pengelolaan anggaran yang tepat.
Pada era digital ini, bisnis online memang memiliki banyak keunggulan dibandingkan dengan bisnis yang offline. Maka, apabila pelaku usaha online tidak berusaha menjadi diri yang kreatif dan inovatif, maka usahanya akan jauh tertinggal dengan pelaku bisnis yang baru. Sistem informasi penjualan untuk mengukur kinerja pendapatan, grafik harga saham, dan hampir semua aplikasi yang memiliki dashboard merupakan penerapan dari business intelligence. Hampir semua platform bisnis digital di Indonesia sudah menggunakan teknologi BI. Bisnis UMKM juga perlu didorong untuk menggunakan teknologi BI agar dapat melihat perkembangan segmentasi pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan. Sedangkan untuk bisnis startup di Indonesia, rata-rata sudah menggunakan BI dashboard dalam proses aplikasi bisnisnya.

Instagram dinilai dapat memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi sosialmasyarakat Indonesia di era digital karena memiliki fitur yang praktis,unik, menarik, dan komunikatif. Hal yang menarik yang dapat ditemukandi Instagram adalah banyaknya gambar, video, atau caption Instagramyang bernilai implikatif yang ditujukan untuk masyarakat luas. Gambarimplikatif ini berwujud komik dan meme. Salah satu meme yang menarikdan menjamur adalah meme bermuatan Islam yang dapat ditemukan dalambeberapa akun Instagram. Meme bermuatan Islam ini berisi dakwah ajaranIslam yang diimplikasikan dalam tuturan yang unik, baik dengan kata-kataatau gambar yang dikemas sedemikian rupa. Guna memahami maknatersirat ini, perlu dilakukan kajian yang mendalam agar pesan dan nilaiyang akan disampaikan dapat diketahui dengan baik. Tim peneliti tertarikmengkaji dan meneliti bentuk implikatur yang ditemukan pada memebermuatan Islam dalam akun Instagram dan faktor penyebab kemunculanmeme bermuatan Islam dalam akun Instagram berkaitan dengan dakwahdi era digital. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metodedescriptive research nonhypothesis (deskriptif tanpa menguji hipotesis).Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa akun Instagram bermuatanIslami yang mencoba menanamkan ideologi, paham, dan ajaran Islami.Akun-akun Islami tersebut menggunakan meme dan menyampaikaninformasi serta ideologi dalam bentuk bahasa implikatur. Bentuk-bentukimplikatur yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini berupa implikatur bentukwacana verbal (berupa lambang bunyi), implikatur bentuk wacananonverbal (tidak berupa lambang bunyi melainkan gambar), sertaimplikatur bentuk gabungan wacana verbal dan nonverbal. Selain itu,bentuk-bentuk implikatur yang ditemukan memiliki berbagai macamfungsi, yaitu fungsi ekspresif (menyindir dan mengingatkan), fungsidirektif (memerintah), dan fungsi asertif (menyatakan, menunjukkan, danmemberikan kejelasan). Kemunculan meme bermuatan Islam dalam akunInstagram berkaitan dengan dakwah pada era digital disebabkan olehbeberapa hal yaitu karakter dan fitur Instagram, generasi muda sebagaipengguna instagram, serta popularitas gaya bahasa dan meme.

Accounting Information System for cash receipts and disbursements is a very important managerial function, because the majority of companies need information about cash receipts and payments, as well as RM. Sampurna needs information about cash receipts and disbursements as cash controllers. The accrual basic method is one method that can assist the cash control process. This method is a method that makes accounting records when the transaction occurs even though the money has not been received, making it easier for the owner to control the cash. And with an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements on an acrual basis as cash control that has been used has been able to support performance at RM Sampurna, thus helping companies manage financial data and validate the resulting data can be justified.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi KAP dan komite audit terhadap integritas laporan keuangan dengan komisaris independen serta kepemilikan institusional sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan real estate dan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data yang berasal dari laporan tahunan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan jumlah perusahaan sampel sebanyak 32 perusahaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reputasi KAP berpengaruh positif terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Komisaris independen tidak memoderasi pengaruh reputasi KAP dan komite audit terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Kepemilikan institusional memoderasi pengaruh reputasi KAP dan komite audit terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Reputasi KAP dan komite audit berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap integritas laporan keuangan.

AbstractAt present electricity consumption in Indonesia is very high, so the costs to be paid for electricityconsumption are also high. Like it or not, everyone must make electricity savings both in terms of lifestyleand in terms of electrical equipment. To support electricity consumption savings, the we took the initiativeto design this Smart Socket Using ESP 32. This socket consists of ESP 32 microcontroller and relays, ESP32 is used as the main system control, while the relay functions to connect or disconnect the electricitybased on control from ESP 32. ESP 32 also has a wifi feature so that this tool can be controlled remotelyduring connection with internet network. From the tests that have been done, the smart socket that hasbeen made can work with a success rate of 100%.Keywords: Electricity, Socket, ESP

<p>This study aims to analyze the effect of Academic Support, Structural Support and Relational Support on Entrepreneurial Intention. The population of this study was students of one of the Universities in Semarang City who had received entrepreneurship courses. The sample in this study obtained data as many as 140 respondents. This study uses a primary data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Processing research data with the help of SPSS 18. The results of this study are Academic support influences the intention of entrepreneurship, structural support influences the intention of entrepreneurship and relational support influences the intention of entrepreneurship. Simultaneously the three variables of this study influence the intention of entrepreneurship.</p>

Population growth rate faster than the availability of resindential land will affect the decrease in health status. Population with low socioeconomic who work as scavengers will be very difficult to live in proper residential areas. Those people choose to live around the location of Landfills. This option becomes a consideration because the price is relatively cheap and close to the work location. A landfills environment condition isn’t proper for health and it makes the people who lived there suspectible of health problems. One of the most common diseases is Pulmonary Tuberculosis. This disease occurs due to bacterial infection and supported by unhealthy environment. The area around Ngronggo Landfills in Salatiga becomes one of places to stay for scavengers. The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of the house physical environment toward incident of pulmonary tuberculosis to the people who living in Landfills area. This research used descriptive quantitative method. Technique collecting data are observation, interview and environmental condition measurement with temperature parameter, humidity and light intensity. The condition of non-qualified houses is 73% of lighting, 98% of humidity, 80% of ventilation, 91% of flooring and 98% of garbage smell. The conclusion is most houses of residents living around the Landfills in Ngronggo Salatiga isn’t eligible for health requirements and become contributors’ infection of pulmonary tuberculosis.
