This study aims to evaluate the impact of Work-Life Balance, Employee Internal Marketing, and Corporate Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PT XYZ Cikarang. OCB is a voluntary action taken by employees to improve organizational performance beyond their official responsibilities. An optimal work-life balance can improve employee well-being and strengthen their commitment to the company. Internal Employee Branding serves to strengthen employees' identity and relationship with the company, while Corporate Culture forms values and norms that encourage constructive behavior in the work environment. This study applies a quantitative method with a multiple regression analysis approach. Information was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT XYZ Cikarang. The research findings indicate that work-life balance, internal marketing for employees, and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on OCB, both separately and together. The main factor that is most influential in strengthening OCB is Organizational Culture, which shows the important role of company values and norms in shaping employee attitudes. The findings suggest that companies should improve work-life balance, strengthen internal brands, and create a supportive organizational culture to encourage employees to perform behaviors that go beyond their responsibilities.

His research analyzes the halal branding strategy of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in supporting global expansion in the international Muslim market. The main focus of the research is on the use of product innovation, halal certification, and local culture-based promotion as strategies to increase competitiveness and loyalty of Muslim consumers. By integrating sharia principles and Islamic business practices, Indofood has successfully expanded its product range to more than 80 countries, including the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The results show that globally recognized halal certification and product customization to local preferences are the main factors for the success of this strategy. However, challenges such as variations in halal regulations between countries and increasing global competition are still issues that need to be addressed. Stock investments that provide high returns, but the higher the benefits offered, the higher the risk that will be faced in investing, especially if it is not supported by knowledge of analyzing stocks. This study utilizes the Data Mining prediction technique with the Linear Regression algorithm on the shares of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk or ANTM. The dataset that will be used is downloaded through the Yahoo Finance website in the period January 2016 - March 2021. In this study the analytical method used is SEMMA (Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, Assess). With RapidMiner Studio 9.9 tools. The result of testing the RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) value is 17.135, MSE (Mean Squared Error) is 293.599 and the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value is 1.87%. Based on the MAPE, the accuracy of the Linear Regression algorithm in predicting the stock price of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk provides high-accuracy predictions.

Reading ability is a basic skill that every elementary school student must have, because through the reading process, children can learn various subjects better. The purpose of this study was to analyze the emotional involvement of elementary school students when reading adventure stories. Emotional involvement as a learning tool has been proven effective in increasing student interest and motivation, supporting the development of social and emotional skills, and improving critical and analytical thinking skills. The role of teachers and parents is very important in encouraging children's emotional involvement. Teachers can create a collaborative classroom environment, choose interesting books, and parents can set aside special time to read with their children at home. Teachers and parents need to work together to ensure that children get the support they need. This also has a significant impact on curriculum development, as interesting and relevant adventure stories are included in the curriculum to create a positive learning environment and encourage children's emotional involvement.

Puskesmas Kosambi employs Non-PNS staff whose discipline, particularly regarding attendance and work location, needs to be evaluated. The previous manual attendance system was found to be ineffective in monitoring staff discipline. This study aims to develop a mobile-based attendance system equipped with GPS radius and selfie photo features to improve the accuracy and management of attendance. The GPS radius feature ensures that staff can only clock in within the designated area, such as the Puskesmas area, while the selfie photo feature verifies the identity of the staff member clocking in. This study involved 24 Non-PNS staff members and used the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group staff based on their discipline levels. The results showed that the system was effective in improving staff discipline, with 11 employees categorized as highly disciplined, 10 as moderately disciplined, and 3 as lowly disciplined. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of a mobile-based attendance system can improve attendance monitoring and enhance work discipline at Puskesmas Kosambi.

This quantitative study uses SmartPLS3 to analyze the main issues related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) business actors, as well as the role of the hybrid model in maintaining the sustainability of MICE activities in Indonesia. This study focuses on five representative cities that are the main targets of MICE activities according to the government's strategic plan, namely Jakarta, Bogor, Bali, Yogyakarta, and Malang. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit various countries, including Indonesia, for more than a year, has brought major challenges. The tourism and MICE sectors are among the most affected, with many business actors forced to stop their operations and switch to alternative sectors such as culinary, agriculture, and plantations as a means of survival. However, the emergence of the hybrid model has become an important solution for the MICE sector. Some alternative solutions adopted during the pandemic include organizing virtual MICE events, virtual tourism, webinars, and meetings through platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Teleconferencing has also become an important tool to maintain engagement. These adaptations highlight the increasing reliance on advanced technology to ensure the sustainability of the MICE industry. The implementation of these activities requires high creativity and quality in order to run well. This change emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation and utilization of technology by MICE industry players to navigate the ever-evolving landscape.

Sekapur Sirih Dance is a traditional dance used to welcome important guests in Jambi Province. However, unfortunately many Jambi people, especially teenagers, only know this dance as a form of welcoming, without understanding more deeply about the history, meaning, movements, properties, values, and philosophy contained in it. Therefore, designing an illustrated book about Sekapur Sirih Dance can be an effective means to disseminate information and introduce this dance culture to teenagers and the wider community. The illustrated book comes with a dynamic and colorful design to introduce various aspects of Sekapur Sirih Dance. The method used in this design is the 5W + 1H analysis, which includes questions about what needs to be conveyed, who the target audience is, where this information will be disseminated, when this problem arises, why it is important, and how to attract the attention of teenagers with an appropriate approach. The design process includes interviews, field observations, library data collection, direct surveys to schools, and documentation. The stages of creating the work consist of brainstorming, sketching, story writing, color studies, typography, and storyboards. The final results of this design are illustrated books, e-books, posters, x-banners, stickers, pins, and key chains.
