The aim of this Systematic Literature Review research is to find a way that can help overcome the problems faced and identify different points of view regarding the problem being researched and reveal theories that are relevant to the problems in the research. The research method used is literature study. Electronic databases used by researchers include Google Scholar, Garuda. Next, all articles are extracted and only articles that are relevant and meet the inclusion criteria will be analyzed. The results of the research suggest that the main type of error in mathematical proof is conceptualization error. Students do not understand the meaning of the questions due to a lack of basic understanding and lack of literacy to understand the meaning of the questions given. This must be explored further to strengthen understanding of concepts and mastery of techniques and strategies in mathematical proof.

This research aims to explore the use of the Microsoft Mathematics application in mathematics learning. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research summarizes the findings of four related articles. The research results show that the use of Microsoft Mathematics in mathematics learning can facilitate student understanding, simplify complex concepts, encourage independent learning, improve critical thinking skills, and assist in problem solving. The implication of this research is that the use of Microsoft Mathematics in mathematics education can provide significant benefits for student learning outcomes

Peers play a very important role in character formation, especially students' disciplined character. One of the roles of peers is to provide encouragement or motivation to other friends. The aim of this research is to find out the role of peers in forming disciplined character and the impact of the role of peers. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods using words or narratives to analyze and describe certain phenomena. The results of this research are that peers can help in forming a disciplined character, in the end a person must have internal motivation and personal commitment to remain disciplined.
 

Zina and accusations of adultery (qadzaf) are two central themes in Islamic criminal law. This research examines the definition, proof, and sanctions of zina and qadzaf from the perspective of Islamic criminal law using the literature method. Zina is defined as sexual intercourse outside a legal marriage, while qadzaf is accusing adultery without sufficient evidence. In Islam, adultery is proven by four witnesses, confession of the perpetrator, or other supporting evidence. The punishment for muhsan adulterers (married) is stoning, while ghairu muhsan (unmarried) are flogged 100 times. Meanwhile, qadzaf can be proven by four witnesses, confession of the perpetrator, or an oath (according to Imam Shafi'i). The punishment is 80 lashes and the testimony of the perpetrator is not accepted. Islamic criminal law strictly regulates adultery and qadzaf with high evidentiary requirements and severe sanctions. This type of research is a qualitative literature study and uses a descriptive analysis method, namely by analyzing various sources and relevant data. The existence of this prohibition of adultery and qadzaf aims to prevent harm, maintain honor, and uphold the benefit (maqashid sharia).
 
 

Domestic violence is known to increase significantly from year to year. There are 4 forms of domestic violence, namely physical, psychological, sexual and economic violence. Of the several forms of domestic violence, there is physical and economic violence that often occurs in Indonesian households. This happens because of several juridical factors that influence the emergence of domestic violence, but there are 2 juridical factors that greatly influence the existence of domestic violence, namely cultural factors and economic factors. The aim of this research is to gain knowledge about the factors that cause domestic violence and how to resolve domestic violence using the concept of restorative justice. Apart from that, the main aim is to ensure that domestic violence cases in Indonesia do not increase. The research method used in this article is a library study approach because it collects data from books, journals, the internet, or other written literature as a basis for writing research.

The purpose of this study is to explore the challenges and strategies in dealing with curriculum change at the school level. We will analyze the various factors that can influence the acceptance and implementation of curriculum change. This research is motivated by the existence of curriculum change at the school level, which in its implementation is often faced with complex challenges. So it is necessary for schools to know, then analyze these challenges that are likely to arise. After that, it is necessary for schools and educators to create and carry out effective strategies to overcome these challenges. This research uses a literature study research method in which the data collected and analyzed are secondary data derived from research results such as books, articles, journals, internet sites, and others relevant to this research.  The conclusion in this study is that curriculum changes in schools bring many challenges for teachers and students. Challenges and strategies in dealing with curriculum changes in schools can be understood through the theoretical basis of change management and learning theory. Effective strategies are needed to overcome complex challenges in implementing curriculum change in schools.

This research employs qualitative approaches to investigate how women contribute to enhancing the family's financial situation within Islamic frameworks. It delves into the factors impacting their roles and examines their involvement in household duties, empowerment initiatives, and managing various responsibilities. The findings highlight that women primarily contribute to the family economy by engaging in daily household tasks, participating in empowerment programs, and managing their time across different roles. Additionally, their earnings are crucial in financially supporting the family's needs.

The Purpose of Research on Seba baduy conducted by STKIP Sheikh Manshur students in Lebak Regency, aims to get to know more closely the Baduy community in preserving their culture in Seba baduy activities. The research method used is descriptive with a functional approach through data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The result of this research illustrates that Seba Baduy activity is the culmination of a ritual event conducted once a year which is intended to express gratitude to God and the government for the welfare of the Baduy community that has been produced in a period of one year. In addition, Seba Baduy activity has a ritual ceremony, this ceremony is a proof of customary recognition and aims to stay in touch between Kanekes community and the government both in the regency and province, namely to the regent and governor officials who informally become the leaders of Baduy community. The best time and date for the ceremony is chosen, especially after the harvest. The seba ceremony is a series of religious or belief systems of the Sunda Wiwitan religion adopted by the Kanekes community, so this ceremony must be carried out because it is an ancestral heirloom that must continue to be maintained and preserved which is passed on continuously to its children and grandchildren in a firm and binding manner. This research aims to analyze the relationship between foreign relations and capital inflow on a country's economic growth. These factors play a crucial role in determining a country's economic performance. The study utilizes macroeconomic data from the period 2010 to 2020 to test the proposed hypotheses. The analysis results indicate a significant positive relationship between foreign relations and economic growth, as well as a strong correlation between capital inflow and economic growth. Furthermore, the research reveals that foreign relations and capital inflow have a significant synergistic impact on economic growth. Policy implications of these findings are discussed in the context of a country's economic development and foreign relations.

The research purposed to increase students motivation and used variation of teaching methods teachers in the delivery materials of students. It causes problems faced today, teachers spend too much time in front of classroom without give a chance students to explore new things besides in the class. Another programs is the low critical thinking ability of students which can be seen from the questions and students answer during the learning process. This is accordance with the results shown by Program for International Study Assesment (PISA) in 2015, Indonesia position as one the lowest ranked in quality, Education is ranked 62nd out of 70. Inquiry learning model is one of the way solves this problem. From the facts obtained, the writters tried to provide solutions of these problem is the right to do the development of teaching inquiry learning model. The design of this study using basic research. By using the inquiry learning model, the things obtained is inquiry training requires insvetigative activities, either observation or experiment, which or part of scientific performance. Inquiry involves process skill based on a scientific atittude so that activity can help students to gain a deeper understanding of the environment.
