This study aims to explain leadership path goal theory. Literature study is used as a method in research. The data is taken, collected, and analyzed from books and scientific journals that have similar topics, then made into writings and conclusions. The results of the study show that using path goal leadership can increase employee motivation. The results applied with the application of the path goal leadership style can increase employee motivation. Path-goal theory recognizes four leadership behaviors for increasing subordinate motivation. The four path-goal leadership styles that serve to provide structure and reward to subordinates are directive, supportive, participatory, and achievement-oriented.

Sharia Pawn (Ar-Rahn) is an agreement between a lender and a party who lends money. A lien is a right to tangible goods that is given to a debtor who wants to get ahead of the debtor, and the item is taken after the person has the money to redeem the lien. Rahn is a pawn service product based on sharia principles, where customers are only charged with administrative fees, additional mortgage and maintenance costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the evolution of income, inflation rates and gold prices in Rahn's credit distribution at PT. Pawn shops in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach used as a data analysis method. The data source comes from secondary data Literature research and documentation are used as data collection techniques. The subject to be studied is PT. Pegadaiic Indonesia 2013- 2022. The results show that gold income and prices are directly proportional to rahn credit distributed to the community. Meanwhile, inflation is not directly proportional to the rahn credit distributed to the public.

The students’ problem solving abilities in science about the alternative energy resulted in a low level. A few of the causes were the teacher-centered method and the lack of students' creativity development opportunity in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the STEAM approach using the Project-based Learning (PjBL) learning model to aid the students' problem solving abilities about the alternative energy material. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a quasi-experimental design. The research was conducted at Ngaglik 1 Batu Elementary School in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The population was grade 5 students, and the samples were taken with purposive sampling technique. There were 28 students in the control class and 29 students in the experimental class. The data was collected using the pretest and posttest instruments. The pretest and posttest results were analyzed by parametric inferential statistics based on the prerequisite tests. The normality test used the Shapiro-Wilk and the homogeneity was tesedt using the Levene Statistics. The Independent Sample t-test was used to analyze the research problem and obtained Sig. (2 tailed) of 0.000, which meant that there was a significant difference in the posttest data in the control and experimental classes, so that the application of STEAM-PjBL learning model is concluded to be able to improve students' problem solving abilities.

Various factors can influence a country's economic growth, among which is the availability of manpower. The substantial availability of human resources in a country can serve as a catalyst for the progress of Indonesia's economy. This research aims to determine the influence of the Human Development Index on the economic growth of Bali Province during the period of 2018-2022. The research methodology employed is quantitative, involving the gathering of data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and a literature review. In this study, the dependent variable is Economic Growth, while the independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI). The research findings reveal that the HDI has no significant impact on economic growth.

Cookies is one of the wheat-based snack product with increasing rate of consumption by years. Wheat flour used in Indonesia is fully imported. Local crop product such as brown rice flour with respective nutritional aspect can be utilized for wheat substitution. Addition of spinach as green leafy vegetable with numerous nutrients gives more functional value to the product.   This research aimed to investigate the acceptability (sensory properties) and nutritional content of brown rice flour cookies with the addition of green spinach. Four formulations made with ratio of brown rice and green spinach which were 100:0, 90:10, 85:15, 80:20. There were significant differences in protein, fat, and carbohydrate content among the four cookies samples There were significant differences in color appearance and taste between all samples. The best treatment is at the ratio of brown rice flour 90: green spinach 10, containing moisture content of 3.83%; ash content 1.48%; protein content 10.97%; fat content 31%; carbohydrates 52.7%; and crude fiber content of 17.3%.

In this study, the impact of the following factors will be assessed: (1) taxpayer awareness of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo regency; (2) Tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo regency; (3) taxation socialization of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo regency; and (4) taxpayer service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo regency. 541,604 people made up the study population, and 100 taxpayers made up the sample. Data collection techniques through surveys and to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity Test), T test, F test, and R Test. Significance value of 0.25 obtained from the analysis of the T test indicates that the taxpayer awareness variables significantly affect taxpayer compliance. Significance score of 0.04 indicates that the variable tax sanctions have a considerable impact on taxpayer compliance. Significance score of 1,000 indicates that the tax socialization variable has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Significance value of 0.046 indicates that the quality of tax services that vary significantly affect taxpayer compliance.

Fitur yang terdapat pada aplikasi meliputi kelas online, toko online, program mentorship, dan masih banyak lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan Design Thinking. Metode Design Thinking merupakan sebuah metode desain produk perangkat lunak berbasis inovasi yang bertumpu pada pencarian solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tertentu. Setelah menemukan dan memahami permasalahan yang didapat melaui proses Identify the problem, Describe Solution, Empathize to User, Appeal to Business, Lock in Agreement (IDEAL) dan Prototype serta Test.  Sehingga Aplikasi MinaTani mampu menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat saat ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai spiritualitas dalam film Tarung Sarung karya Archie Hekagery. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah film Tarung Sarung karya Archie Hekagery berdurasi 1 jam 55 menit dan diproduksi oleh Starvision. Data penelitian ini adalah nilai spiritualitas dalam film Tarung Sarung karya Archie Hekagery. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, mendeskripsikan data, dan menganalisis data. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menonton berulang-ulang film, menghayati, memahami, mengumpulkan data, melakukan penelaahan data dan menandai setiap menit ke berapa yang menunjukkan nilai spiritual pada film, mendeskripsikan gambaran nilai spiritual dan menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan nilai spiritual dalam film Tarung Sarung karya Archie Hekagery yang terdiri dari nilai kedisiplinan, nilai kasih sayang, penyantun, nilai kejujuran, nilai religius, pemberi dan nilai moral.

Laporan keuangan adalah informasi mengenai kondisi suatu emiten, yang mana akan menjadi suatu informasi yang menggambarkan kinerja perusahaan dan bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak yang berkepentingan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan PSAK No. 3 dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sebagai bentuk pelaporan keuangan di Indonesia pada sub sektor rokok tahun 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis isi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan akuntansi dalam penerapan penyesuaian PSAK No 3 efektif berlaku 1 Januari 2016. Kebijakan akuntansi yang sama dalam laporan keuangan tahunan diterapkan dalam laporan keuangan interim, kecuali untuk perubahan kebijakan akuntansi yang dilakukan setelah tanggal laporan dengan kata lain kepatuhan terhadap SAK harus diungkapkan.

Profitability is the ability of a company to obtain profits related to sales, total assets, or capital. This ratio is used to assess the company's ability to get the highest possible profit from the overall assets owned so that investors are interested in investing in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of liabilities and capital structure on profitability in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2020 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The type of research in this research is descriptive. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique using company sample panel data for a period of two years so that 48 samples were obtained. This research uses panel data method using SPSS software. The results showed that partially liabilities had a significant effect on profitability and capital structure had a significant effect on profitability.
