Abstrak:
The success or failure of an organization in achieving its predetermined goals is highly dependent on the ability of its human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks or work assigned to them. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work placement on employee productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The data processing method is carried out using a saturated sampling approach, namely the sampling method in which the entire population is used as a research sample totaling 46 employees. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, determination tests, F tests and T tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Recruitment and Job Placement partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The effect of recruitment on work productivity is 83.6% and the remaining 16.4 is influenced by other variables outside the research. While the effect of placement on work productivity is 87.6% and the remaining 12.4 is influenced by other variables.

Abstrak:
The most important part in software engineering is a software defect prediction. Software defect prediction is defined as a software prediction process from errors, failures, and system errors. Machine learning methods are used by researchers to predict software defects including estimation, association, classification, clustering, and datasets analysis. Datasets of NASA Metrics Data Program (NASA MDP) is one of the metric software that researchers use to predict software defects. NASA MDP datasets contain unbalanced classes and high dimensional data, so they will affect the classification evaluation results to be low. In this research, data with unbalanced classes will be solved by the AdaCost method and high dimensional data will be handled with the Average Weight Information Gain (AWEIG) method, while the classification method that will be used is the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The proposed method is named AWEIG + AdaCost Bayesian. In this experiment, the AWEIG + AdaCost Bayesian algorithm is compared to the Naïve Bayesian algorithm. The results showed the mean of Area Under the Curve (AUC) algorithm AWEIG + AdaCost Bayesian yields better than just a Naïve Bayes algorithm with respectively mean of AUC values are 0.752 and 0.696.

In conducting research, using descriptive methods, where the sources and types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The research design used by the author is a primary data research design and a secondary data research design. The data collection technique used is a field research technique which includes interviews and observations, while a library research technique includes data collection techniques by studying, reviewing and understanding existing data sources. in several books related to the research.
In the presentation of the raw material inventory report still using manual recording using inventory cards and Microsoft Office Excel 2003 software, then the new information system will be used to create a system that includes making DFD, ERD, Normalization, context diagrams and physical design, namely output design and databases.
From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the existing system in CV. Adi Sejahtera Bandung there are several weaknesses, the system for recording transactions in and out of raw materials that is run manually is still not efficient, the occurrence of errors and the slow sales process is due to the slowness in receiving information on goods at this company. The author suggests using a computerized raw material inventory information system to help management control inventory transactions by improving the information structure in reports and making standardized reports to make work efficient and effective.

Abstrak:
Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pertunjukan Tari Minangkabau bagi Mahasiswi Bersuku Jawa adalah untuk mengenalkan budaya Minangkabau kepada mahasiswi yang beretnis Jawa sehingga bisa meningkatkan toleransi terhadap budaya lokal lain. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini awalnya diikuti oleh Sembilan orang mahasiswi yang kemudian berkurang menjadi lima orang, dan pada akhirnya diikuti oleh tujuh orang mahasiswi Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al-Akbar Surabaya. Adapun alasan pemilihan topik ini adalah untuk mengurangi narsisme terhadap budaya leluhur yang sering terjadi akhir-akhir ini dimana budaya lain dipandang sebelah mata dan dianggap tidak lebih baik dari budaya lokal sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik, evaluasi dan diskusi, serta pertunjukan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan dalam hal motivasi diri, kepemimpinan, kepedulian, kesadaran bertoleransi, Kesehatan, kepercayaan diri, konsentrasi, sosialisasi, dan peneriman terhadap kesalahan sendiri maupun orang lain. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap penghargaan terhadap budaya lain dan meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap keberadaan budaya lain.

During the screening of new students, each state and private institution is required to carry out promotion in order to obtain the number of students according to the predetermined target. Problems that often occur when determining the location of promotion, the New Student Admission Team (PMB) determine the location of promotions randomly without considering several factors that can affect the number of students who will join. This is often done mainly by private university such as Semarang University (USM). To overcome this, a system is needed to provide information for the New Student Admission Team (PMB) in making decisions on the location of USM promotions. This system applies the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and criteria that can affect the number of students who will later register because the determination of the location of the promotion is right on target. Criteria and weights include: Distance (cost) with a weight of 30%, number of students (benefit) with a weight of 40%, school status (benefit) with a weight of 20%, and a source of information (benefit) with a weight of 10%. The programming language used by PHP and data bases uses MySQL. The final result of this study is a decision support system that can provide information to the PMB team about the location of the school that has the potential for USM promotion.

Sistem Informasi persediaan barang habis pakai digunakan untuk pengendalian dan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan barang habis pakai dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan barang habis pakai sering menghadapi permasalahan. Permasalahan tersebut seperti penghitungan barang tidak akurat, proses pencatatan, dokumentasi data transaksi terhambat, dan kontrol persediaan barang tidak optimal.
Hal yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi pengelolaan persediaan barang habis pakai. Sistem ini dibuat dengan mengembangkan sistem yang telah ada. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan secara cepat dan akurat. Tahapan pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem ini adalah analisis sistem, perancangan sistem dan implementasi sistem. Perangkat lunak bantu yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan rancangan sistem adalah Delphi Borland. Sistem Informasi persediaan barang habis pakai dibangun berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna sehingga dihasilkan spesfikasi kebutuhan. Basis data dalam sistem ini mencakup tabel barang, pengguna, pemasok, sirkulasi, notabon, persediaan, pengusulan barang dan kadaluarsa barang.

Kegiatan akademik yang dilakukan oleh Universitas menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan kelulusan mahasiswanya. Fakultas Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Universitas Semarang mempunyai 2 jurusan dan 3 program studi sistem informasi. Di Jurusan Teknologi Informasi seringkali mahasiswa mengalami kebingungan dalam mengambil mata kuliah pilihan, yang mana tidak didasarkan pada kemampuan prestasi yang dimiliki namun berdasarkan pada jumlah mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah tersebut. Hal ini akan mengakibatkan pengelola kesulitan memploting kelas yang akan dibuka semester yang akan berjalan. Yang sering terjadi adalah mahasiswa kehabihan kuota untuk mata kuliah pilihan tertentu dan pengelola harus menambah kelas untuk mata kuliah tertentu. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan suatu pola dengan menggunakan data matakuliah pilihan yang akan diambil di semester selanjutnya menggunakan metode Apriori. Tujuannya adalah bisa menemukan pola data mahasiswa yang akan mengambil mata kuliah sehingga memudahkan pengelola program studi dalam memprediksi kelas yang dibuka.

Managing car stock is the biggest challenge for a company, especially in PT. New Ratna Motor engaged in automotive. The problem is related to the process of selling goods where the sales and car stock are out of balance. Comparisons between cars entering and cars coming out (sales) are larger cars that enter so that there is a buildup of stock in the number of cars which results in company losses which include running taxes that must be paid each year, as well as the accumulation of certain types of cars and spending on car parking. The ELECTRE method is applied as a method in determining what types of cars should be stocked by the company based on customer satisfaction, if the customer is satisfied with one type / type of car and quickly gets the unit, chances are the customer will buy or reference the product. The final result of this study is the ranking of the alternatives for determining the stock of the car.

Abstract This study aims to determine employee perceptions about the use of information technology in accounting information systems at the Permata Group Hospital by using the theory of Technology Acceptance Model. The use of TAM model is based on the fact that so far TAM is a concept that is considered the best in explaining the behavior of the user of new information technology systems . The population in this study were all employees the Accounting and Finance at the Permata Group Hospital which includes Permata Bunda Hospital in Purwodadi and Permata Medika Hospital in Semarang. Sampling was conducted using population census, that is 32 people .These results prove the hypothesis is accepted 4 of total 5 proposed hypothesis Relationships proved significant : a) the effect of perceived ease of use (PEOU) on perceived usefulness (PU) , b ) the effect of perceived ease of use (PEOU) of the attitude toward using (ATT) , c ) the effect of perceived usefulness (PU) of the acceptance of information technology (ACIT) , and d ) the effect of attitude toward using (ATT) on the acceptance of information technology (ACIT) . This proves that the employees' perception of the use of information technology in accounting information systems based on information technology can be explained by the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
