This study examines the relationship between cultural heritage and syntactic evolution in multilingual societies, focusing on cross-generational language transmission. Employing a mixed-methods approach, it analyzes linguistic practices, cultural narratives, and syntactic patterns across three generational cohorts in five distinct multilingual communities. Findings reveal significant generational shifts, with elders preserving traditional syntax linked to cultural rituals, while younger cohorts exhibit syntactic simplifications and hybrid constructions influenced by dominant languages. Statistical analyses underscore the role of cultural practices in shaping linguistic patterns, highlighting the dynamic interplay between heritage preservation and linguistic innovation in contexts of societal bilingualism and intercultural interaction. The research demonstrates that syntactic changes correlate strongly with the frequency and depth of cultural engagement, with participants who actively participate in traditional practices showing greater retention of heritage language syntactic features. Furthermore, we identify specific linguistic mechanisms through which cultural transmission influences syntactic maintenance and innovation, including ritualized speech patterns, narrative structures, and metaphorical expressions embedded in cultural practices. This study contributes to theoretical understandings of language change by proposing a cultural-syntactic framework that helps explain the variable trajectories of heritage languages in diverse multilingual contexts.

Fairy tales are an important part of oral literature that reflects the cultural values and local wisdom of the community that supports them. This study aims to explore the values and meanings of local wisdom in the fairy tale "Mentiko Batuah" , a folk tale from Aceh that is rich in moral messages and cultural symbolism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a hermeneutic approach and content analysis. Data were collected through literature and documentation studies, then analyzed to reveal the cultural messages contained in the narrative structure, characters, conflicts, and symbols in the story. The results of the study show that "Mentiko Batuah" contains various local wisdom values, such as honesty, responsibility, justice, and criticism of greed and betrayal. This story also functions as a medium for character formation and strengthening the cultural identity of the Acehnese people. Thus, this fairy tale not only acts as a means of entertainment, but also as an educational instrument that has relevance in the context of cultural and moral learning. This research is expected to be a contribution to the preservation of oral literature and the development of local cultural literacy studies in Indonesia.

This the community engagement aims to optimize the digital marketing of herbal beverage products developed by Posbindu Dahlia Indah as an effort to improve the competitiveness of local MSMEs. The program was conducted using a participatory approach through observation, interviews, training, and both pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, with an average improvement from 46.5% to 85.5%. The training covered digital marketing, branding strategies, social media management, and production and distribution planning. These findings indicate that digital marketing-based training contributes positively to enhancing the capacity of Posbindu cadres in managing their businesses. Challenges remain, such as limited production tools, non-eco-friendly packaging, and lack of product certification. However, opportunities exist in developing butterfly pea tea bags and expanding market reach through marketplace platforms and external partnerships. The study recommends strengthening digital strategies, packaging innovation, and certification processes as sustainable steps for the growth of local herbal businesses.

Work accidents are incidents in the workplace that can cause injury, work-related illnesses, or death. Work accidents can occur in every sector, one of which is in the UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) industry. One of the UMKMs in RW 02 Meranti Pandak is Azka Sala Lauak, which is included in the fried food business. Work accidents that can occur in this business are burns due to hot oil splashes, slipping due to slippery floors and gas explosions. This activity aims to increase workers' knowledge regarding the prevention and handling of work accidents in UMKM Sala Lauak. The method used in this counseling is lectures. From the results of the counseling, it was found that workers' knowledge increased about the prevention and handling of work accidents in UMKM Sala Lauak from 9.80 to 13.07. It can be concluded that the counseling carried out was effective because there was an increase in participants' knowledge about the prevention and handling of work accidents in UMKM Sala Lauak.

Wedding gifts, which used to be personal and called seserahan, are now commonplace in Indonesian society and must be present at a number of wedding events. In Javanese traditional ceremonies (for example in Central Java and East Java), seserahan are usually given the night before the wedding. These wedding gifts have a very promising opportunity if made into a business. This wedding gift making training from all kinds of gifts is open to women in Lebosari Village. The delivery method is by directly providing and making materials to match the desired quality. The trainer first provides the shape of the gift, then the participants are invited to make additional shapes. Participants will also learn about statue making techniques and the tools needed to make wedding gifts. In addition, training participants also get information about the cost of making wedding gifts. The result of this training is that it can make the community more enthusiastic in filling their free time by taking advantage of existing business opportunities such as making wedding gifts.

The research was conducted by providing training and enhancing the understanding of mathematical concepts among the fifth-grade students of SDN 2 Kembiritan. The goal is to improve the students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The methods used in this activity are direct practical methods and lecture methods. The instruments used were pre-tests and post-tests. Based on the service, it can be concluded that the use of the Fractional Clock media has proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 2 Kembiritan, as evidenced by the learning outcomes after the use of the learning media meeting the established criteria, with 70% of students achieving scores above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM).

Dealima Prosent which is located in Dusun Gantang, Boboh Village RT 03 RW 02, Menganti District, Gresik Regency, the study was conducted for 3 months. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the sustainability of CV. Dealima Prosent's business is greatly influenced by the management of skilled and competent human resources, as well as the application of the latest technology to improve efficiency and product quality, to further strengthen competitiveness, companies are recommended to expand non-technical training for employees, develop an online platform for customer service, and highlight quality and service to compete in the market. The research subjects involved 1 business owner, 1 employee and 4 Customers. Data validity testing using triangulation, namely sources, data collection techniques, and time. This study explores an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by companies in maintaining competitiveness in the increasingly competitive printing industry. In terms of theory, it is suggested that future research develop a Dynamic Capability framework that is more relevant to SMEs, by including the dimension of customer participation in sensing (customer-driven sensing) and adding focus on organizational culture transformation and local value-based learning. In addition, integrating the concept of business resilience into this theory is very important to deal with uncertainty and crisis. The development of this theory will be increasingly applicable to SMEs in building an adaptive and inclusive business sustainability model.

Based on Law No. 20 of 2008, MSMEs have a major role in labor absorption and contribution to national GDP. MSMEs also act as a means of community empowerment, alleviating poverty, and creating economic equity. the development of traditional herbal products based on red ginger is a promising opportunity. One of the innovations developed is red ginger powder, which not only has health benefits but also high economic value. The method used in this community service activity is through participatory and collaborative methods. The utilization of red ginger as the main ingredient of herbal products has had a significant impact in strengthening the economic resilience of the community. Through the empowerment of MSMEs and the development of red ginger powder products, new business opportunities, increased income, and awareness of healthy consumption in the community were created.

The development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the e-commerce sector offers new opportunities to enhance online shopping experiences through immersive and interactive features. This study aims to analyze the influence of AR characteristics—interactivity, vividness, novelty, and informativeness—on consumer perceptions (perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, and hedonic value), and how these perceptions affect attitudes, satisfaction, and purchase intention on the Shopee platform. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 100 active Shopee users who have experienced using AR features. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that most AR characteristics significantly affect consumer perception. Furthermore, perceived enjoyment, usefulness, and hedonic value were found to influence user attitudes and satisfaction, ultimately increasing purchase intention. This study contributes theoretically to the understanding of AR integration in consumer behavior within e-commerce, and provides practical implications for businesses in designing immersive technology-based marketing strategies.

The workshop “Individual Annual Tax Return Reporting 1770 S and 1770 SS” held on April 29, 2025 at SMK Puja Bangsa was attended by 59 participants. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of SMK Puja Bangsa students in Annual Individual Tax Return Reporting 1770 S and 1770 SS using DJP Online and provide an overview of how to calculate Income Tax 21 using TER (average effective rate). The workshop implementation method includes interactive lectures, simulations, hands-on practice and questions and answers. The survey results showed that the majority of participants felt a significant increase in their knowledge regarding the 1770 S and 1770 SS Individual Annual Tax Return Reporting using DGT Online.
