Employee attendance is primary factor at an institution or company in achieving target. This condition relates to disciplines. And affect to pros and cons company management or human resource quality it self, impact that happened can be in the form of lack of output from production result. Much company managements take decision by conduct salary amputation of each absence employee in the operation. In consequence, must existence of special record  to note existence and employees absence in order to employees existence in conducting job activity are noted properly. A lot of way of used for processing employees attendance, one of that is with use barcode machine. In STEKOM, absence system which used is fingerprint scanner machine, but the system mentioned is requiring expensive cost enough, it needs troubleshooting and also repairing. So that company have to releasing a lot of cost for handle employees attendance process. Beside that, damage fingerprint condition, wet and dirty can be became of employees. So its disturb process of absence transaction. Minutiae method is a method which is used by the writer in this research. This method is assumed as an effective method to describe the intrinsic elements in designing and identifying finger print. It is because in processing a program, it should be described in order to be understandable.

In the drug procurement process, there is no specific record of debt by the Pharmacy section or by the Finance Sector. The records that are trying to be done are like payment receipts from the Finance Sector paying invoices from the drug industry that have provided drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the financial sector in managing debt as well as in recognizing debt and the maturity of debt payments of each supplier. With these obstacles, the RSUD requires an Information System for Recording Debts in Procurement of Auxiliary Drugs for the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Financial Sector in recording Debts, especially in the procurement of Drugs. This data system uses object-oriented programming with a SQL Server database to create an information system that can speed up the forest recording process in drug procurement

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kenyataan bahwa kerukunan umat beragama saat ini perlu dipertahankan dengan baik oleh semua pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk toleransi kerukunan umat beragama dalam kemajemukan dan pluralitas dan untuk mengetahui jenis toleransi umat beragama dalam kemajemukan dan pluralitas saat ini. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penentuan informan dilakukan Purvosive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan dekriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan; Reduksi data,  penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tentang toleransi kerukunan umat beragama dalam kemajemukan dan pluralitas masyarakat: (1) Toleransi umat beragama berjalan secara harmonis meskipun pada saat-saat tertentu konflik tetap ada namun dapat diredahkan dengan cepat (2) Ketiga umat beragama yaitu Islam, Protestan, dan Katolik masih memiliki hubungan darah melalui perkawinan silang lintas agama. (3) Kebudayaan menjadi unsur pokok terciptanya toleransi ketiga umat beragama.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kenyataan bahwa rendahnya pengetahuan dan pengenalan angka pada anak usia 506 tahun di TK Wihdatul Ummah Kecamatan Donggo Kabupaten Bima dalam pembelajaran menghitung, disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman anak dalam mengenal angka. Bentuk penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian tindakan kelas adalah berupa skor kemampuan guru dan anak dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian pada indikator mengenal angka melalui bermain puzzle dari  13 peserta didik yang di teliti terdapat  2 anak kategori berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) mampu mengenal angka dari 20 angka yang diperlihatkan anak mampu mengenal  1 sampai 20  angka  dengan benar. Pada kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) ada 2 anak yang bisa mengenal angka  1 sampai 10  dan masih butuh bimbingan guru, pada kategori Mulai Berkembangan (MB) ada 2 anak karena bisa mengenal angka 1 sampai 5 angka dan masih butuh bimbingan guru, dan 7 berada pada kategori Belum Berkembang (BB) anak tidak mampu mengenal angka yang telah diperlihatkan. Pada indikator dari 13 anak didik yang di teliti terhadap 4 anak kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) yakni anak didik mampu  menghitung dan mengenali angka, dilihat dari 20 angka yang diperlihatkan anak mampu menghitung 1 sampai 20 angka dengan benar. Pada kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) ada 3 anak bisa menghitung 1 sampai 10 angka dan masih butuh bimbingan guru, kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB) ada 2 anak karena hanya bisa menghitung 1 sampai 5 angka dan masih butuh bimbingan guru dan 5 berada pada kategori Belum Berkembang.

The study aims at discovering the causing factors of social conflict between the people in Dara village in Tanjung village of west Rasana’e subdistrict in Bima city, and the efforts of solution of social conflict between the people in Dara villag in Tanjung village of west rasana’e subdistrict in Bima city.
The type of of this study is destriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The determination of the informant was conducted by employing descriptive qualitative sampling technique. Data were collected by employing descriptive qualitative conducted in several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The results of the study reveal that (i) the causes of social conflict between the people in Dara village in Tanjung village of west Rasana’e subdistrict in Bima city are: firs,  conflict of high school students of SMA Muhammadiah among SMA PGRI in Bima city, the youth, and the ethnic of the village. Second, bullyng between the teenagers of Dara and teenagers of Tanjung in Football Match in Mangge Maci Field Court, (ii) the efforts of solution of social conflict between the people of Dara village and Tanjung village of west Rasana’e subdirsct in Bima city were the prominent religious figure, peominent people, customs figures, Kapolres Bima city, Mayor of Bima the head of Karang Taruna, and the Head of the village.

Konveksi Muzammil adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produsen celana jeans, yang berlokasi di desa Cepoko Mulyo Kendal Jawa Tengah yang didirikan sejak tahun 1998. Perhitungan biaya produksi dan harga jual Konveksi Muzammil Cepoko Mulyo masih menggunakan perhitungan secara konvensional. Padahal era sekarang diperlukan manajemen strategi yang lebih baik demi bersaing secara kompetitif di dunia industri. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang sesuai guna mendukung aktifitas bisnis Konveksi Muzammil dalam melakukan pengelompokan biaya, data dan pembuatan sistem laporan. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi informasi untuk memudahkan proses penghitungan biaya produksi dan meningkatkan ketepatan dalam memanajemen keuangan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Menggunakan Metode Variable Costing, dengan menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai bahasa program dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari aplikasi ini yaitu pencatatan seluruh data yang berkaitan dengan proses perhitungan Harga pokok Produksi secara terkomputerisasi. Hasil dari aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah proses penghitungan harga pokok produksi, mempermudah dalam pengelompokan data produksi dan  dengan adanya metode variable costing pada sistem ini menjadikan penghitungan harga pokok produksi menjadi lebih sesuai dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan.

A cash flow statement is a financial report that contains information on cash inflows and cash outflows from a company during a certain period. This information is presented according to the type of activity that causes the cash inflows and outflows to occur. Company activities generally consist of three types, namely, operational activities, investment activities and financial activities.
The process of receiving and disbursing cash is also recorded at any time for the preparation of the company's income statement. Cash flow recording activities at this company are still manual where every company receipt will be recorded by employees of the finance department which will ultimately be recapitulated in the annual report and compared with other recording results such as cash disbursements.
This system has many weaknesses where the information needed cannot be presented quickly and accurately, requiring a fairly complicated process for a longer time to check certain cash flows.
