This research employs an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The study is motivated by the objective to analyze the Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya, involving 151 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using statistics with the assistance of SPSS software. Based on the results of the data analysis using the t-test, it is found that partially, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatien Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya. Then, based on the results of the data analysis using the F-test, it is revealed that simultaneously, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya.

This research was conducted to see the impact of personal relationships on job satisfaction at Cv Permata Karya Jaya. Researchers use quantitative techniques. Quantitative research, the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, all employees 64 workers from all departments as a sample. The results of the study show that personal relationships (X) have a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). In this case it proves that one way to increase employee satisfaction is by providing good interpersonal relationships. With good relationships and interactions, job satisfaction is created.

The aim of this research is to determine appropriate investment decisions for infrastructure companies listed on the IDX in 2018–2022, based on intrinsic value calculations using the P/E Ratio (PER) approach. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, using the company's annual financial report data in calculating the company's intrinsic value. This study analyzes ten company stocks, including IPCM, LINK, NRCA, PBSA, POWR, TBIG, TLKM, TOTL, TOWR, and WEGE. The results of this research show that all shares of infrastructure companies selected as research objects are declared undervalued, so buying or increasing the ownership portion of these shares is the right investment decision.

The goal of this study is to ascertain the impact of advertising attraction location choice and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on interest in purchasing condominium units in Gunawangsa Tidar Surabaya. A quantitative approach is taken in this investigation. Source data were used, as well as questionnaires for data collecting. As can be observed from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, the analytical findings of this study demonstrate that advertising attractiveness has a substantial impact on location choice and interest in purchasing an electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) unit. Rice washing water is one of the household wastes that has the potential to be utilized. Research shows that rice washing water can be useful as a Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) which can be used as a plant fertilizer and soil fertilizer. Nutrients from rice washing water are processed into POC in the form of N, P, and K and other microelements obtained from the results of fermentation carried out for some time. POC from rice washing water waste also provides real benefits to plant growth, increases fruit weight and number of leaves. The purpose of conducting socialization and training on making POC from rice washing water waste at the Al Batul Tulungagung cottage is for female students to be able to process rice washing water waste which was initially useless so that it can be utilized into a more useful product in the form of liquid organic fertilizer.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist facilities and service quality partially on customer satisfaction for travel services C.V Gass Adventure, Sidoarjo.  As well as to find out between the Tourism Facilities and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction of C.V Gass Adventure Travel Services, Sidoarjo.  This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a sampling technique on 100 customers who are or have used C.V Gass Adventure travel services, Sidoarjo.  The results of this study indicate that tourist facilities (X1) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.02 which is smaller than the significance value of ? of 0.05.  Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.04 which is smaller than the significance value of ? of 0.05.
 

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of social media on digital marketing at PT Perwira Chemical Perkasa. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study are based on the ratio of the number of sales after the application of social media in digital marketing runs effectively and makes sales increase.

Background : Final year students are required to write scientific papers (theses), namely about topics in particular fields. The final Project is a mandatory requirement that students must run, during the process of preparing the final project students experience tension and anxiety faced in compiling the final project. Action to overcome anxiety is with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Five-finger hypnosis is one of the non-pharmacological therapies in the form of Self-hypnosis that can cause a relaxing effect, thereby reducing tension and anxiety. Objective : Knowing the effected of five (5) finger hypnosis on anxiety levels in final-year students at 'Aisyiyah University Surakarta. Method : Using case studies. This type of research uses a pretest-post-test design. A sample of 2 students who are compiling their final project experienced moderate to severe of anxiety levels. Measurement of anxiety levels using the HARS questionnaire. Results : The level of anxiety before being given five (5) finger hypnosis was severe and moderate anxiety and after being given five (5) finger hypnosis the anxiety level dropped to moderate and mild anxiety. Conclusion: There was a significant influence on the anxiety experienced by students of 'Aisyiyah University Surakarta before and after being given five (5) finger hypnosis therapy.

M.PD The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) warship division. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The population that is the focus of the research is 122 employees who have worked permanently in the Warship Division of PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work training (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
