Down syndrome (DS) is a physical disorder caused by an excess of the third chromosome in the 21st pair of chromosomes which causes the number of chromosomes to become 47. One of the symptoms of Down syndrome is muscle weakness which can affect the baby's reflexes. To assess the effect of baby massage intervention on the reflex development of babies with Down syndrome in the NICU. The method used in this research is a case study with baby massage intervention for Down syndrome patients in the NICU. The intervention was carried out for 3 days. Baby massage intervention is carried out once a day with a duration of 10 -15 minutes. The results of this case study show that after baby massage there were changes in the palmar grasp reflex and Babinski reflex. Baby massage can improve babies’ reflexes particularly palmar and Babinski reflexes on babies with Down syndrome in the NICU.

Mission is the Great Commission that must be carried out by the church with true enthusiasm and sincerity. However, this part is sometimes not realized consistently within the church due to various problems and obstacles that occur in church institutions. Therefore, it is very important that the mission be carried out properly and spread to all existing groups. Thus, the aim of this article is to provide important points that must be carried out by the church in realizing God's mission in the world so that the church can grow and be consistent in carrying out the mission or Great Commission that has been commanded in Matthew 28:19-20. The method used in this paper is a descriptive qualitative method with an approach to library data sourced from books, Bibles, journals and other online media, then analyzing these sources and drawing conclusions. The result of this article is that the church has important points as an effort to overcome various challenges or problems in mission activities so that the church can maximize the realization of the great commission contained in Matthew 28:19-20 and the church grows healthily and consistently to carry out its responsibility, namely spreading good news for everyone.
 

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang permasalahan yang sedang marak terjadi mengenai adanya ancaman kerusakan ekosistem hutan yang lebih besar dari aktivitas illegal logging, pembalakan liar, dan deforestasi oleh Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit di tanah Papua khususnya di daerah Kampung Rhepang Muaif Distrik Nimbokrang Kabupaten Jayapura. Tujuan penelitian ini sendiri menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dan upaya daripada pembangunan kelompok Ekowisata Bird Watching Isyo Hill’s dalam menghadapi adanya ancaman Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit di daerah tanah adat mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang secara komparatif diterapkan untuk menelaah fenomena pada penelitian ini. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa PT.ABC sudah memiliki izin lokasi lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit seluas 32.000 Ha tanpa melakukan pertemuan secara internal bersama masyarakat adat sebagai pemilik hal ulayat tanah adat. Lalu PT. ABC juga tidak pernah memberikan keterangan laporan perkembangan terkait lokasi lahan Kelapa Sawit terhadap Pemerintah Kabupaten Jayapura. Akibatnya menimbulkan terjadinya konflik sengketa lahan antar suku tepatnya di kawasan Spot Korea sehingga upaya yang sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat adat di Kampung Rhepang Muaif adalah membentuk dan membangun kelompok Ekowisata Bird Watching Isyo Hill’s untuk menjaga hutan adat serta mengurangi dan mencegah dampak kerusakan ekosistem hutan yang lebih besar di tanah Papua.

This article discusses the role of Jesus Christ as the "Cornerstone" in the context of the Christian life and how its meaning becomes increasingly relevant when we face trials and challenges in life. Jesus Christ as the "Cornerstone" is a metaphor that comes from the Book of 1 Peter in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. This concept reflects the strength, stability, and protection given by Christ to His people. In this paper, we explore the significance of this concept and how it provides inspiration and hope to individuals facing trials and adversity. We also detail how faith in Jesus Christ as the “Cornerstone” can guide us through life's trials. In conclusion, this article explores how important it is to understand the presence of Christ in facing the trials that often come in our journey as believers.

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle variables (X1), brand image (X2), price (X3) and promotion on purchasing decisions (Y) at the Centro Bike Kawasaki Kediri Motorcycle Dealer. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 87 respondents at the Kawasaki Kediri Dealer. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 3.041 + 0.203X1 + 0.220X2 + 0.238X3 + 0.204X4 and the results of the t test for lifestyle variables had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.022 < 0.05. Brand image has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig value. 0.016 > 0.05. Price has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig value. 0.013 > 0.05. Promotion has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig value. 0.027 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that lifestyle. Brand image, price and promotion simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Kediri Kawasaki Dealer.

Posbakum merupakan layanan pemberian bantuan hukum yang dilakukan secara cuma-cuma kepada masyarakat miskin di dalam mencari keadilan di pengadilan. Dengan adanya bantuan hukum secara cuma-cuma diharapkan dapat memberikan jaminan dan kesamaan terhadap masyarakat miskin untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dari perbuatan yang tidak adil. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin melalui Posbakum di Pengadilan Agama Demak Kelas IB, kendala yang dihadapi  dalam implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum tersebut, dan upaya mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis. Sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin melalui Posbakum di Pengadilan Agama Demak Kelas IB tahun 2014 sampai 2022. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diambil dengan cara wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin melalui Posbakum di Pengadilan Agama Demak Kelas IB terdiri dari pemberian informasi, konsultasi, advis hukum, dan pembuatan dokumen hukum. Bantuan hukum tersebut diberikan dalam penyelesaian kasus perceraian, itsbat nikah, permohonan wali afdhol, hibah, waris, perwalian anak, dan harta bersama. Kendala yang dihadapi  dalam implementasi pemberian bantuan hukum tersebut adalah : (1) kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap bantuan hukum di Posbakum, (2) Masyarakat saat meminta bantuan hukum di Posbakum merasa takut, sehingga kurang terbuka dalam memberikan keterangan, berbelit-belit dan kadang-kadang tidak jujur mengenai duduk perkara yang sedang dialami. Kendala tersebut diatasi dengan cara (1) melakukan sosialisasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat mengenai bantuan hukum di Posbakum, (2) melakukan pendekatan kepada masyarakat agar tidak takut, sehingga petugas dapat menggali lebih dalam terhadap kasus yang dihadapinya.

The bawon wage system is a system using rice reaping wages, namely (profit sharing). the distribution of bawon is 20% profit sharing for Bawon workers and 80% for rice field owners, the wage system applied in bandar jaya village is 5:1. describes a problem by examining existing data in Bandar Jaya Village, Rantau Rasau District and then analyzing it based on the Islamic Economic Perspective. Using the data collection method, observation, interviews, and documentation were found. From the results of this study, it was found that: (1) in Bandar Jaya Village, the bawon system was considered a very suitable wage system compared to daily and piece rate wages. They considered the value of rice to be more valuable than rice. other than that money for rice that has good quality can be made as seeds. And for owning land the bawon system can reduce the risks that might occur, such as fraud and the quality of work and the bawon system also strengthens the brotherhood of mutual help between landowners and Bawon workers. (2) seen from the Perspective of Islamic Economics The "bawon" wage system that has been used by farmers in Bandar Jaya Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, is a rice farming wage system that begins with a work agreement, categorized as valid and justifiable, although there is an element of ambiguity in wages because it is not yet known the full yield of the crop. However, the previous rice field owner was able to estimate the yield he would get. This study aims to find out whether the variable company size and audit opinion have an effect on the timeliness of publication of financial reports for food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Exchange (ISSI) and also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Exchange (ISSI) and also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. 16 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector were obtained which were listed on Indonesian Sharia Stocks for the 2019-2021 period as research samples.
This research is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression assisted by the IBM SPSS statistics 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the firm size variable has no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting publication, while the audit opinion variable has a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting publication. Simultaneously the independent variables, namely company size and audit opinion, have an effect on the timeliness of financial reporting publication.

This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

Background: Dysmenorrhea is a feeling of discomfort in the lower abdomen spreading to the waist that is often experienced by young women that occurs before and during menstruation, usually accompanied by nausea. The deep breathing relaxation technique is a complementary therapy that teaches how to take deep breaths, maximally hold inspiration and how to exhale slowly. Purpose: Knowing the changes in the level of the dysmenorrhea scale in adolescents before and after doing deep breathing relaxation techniques. Method: This application uses a descriptive research method and observes events or events that have occurred. Descriptive research is research conducted to describe or describe an event that occurs in society. Results: Treatment of dysmenorrhea with deep breathing relaxation techniques given 5 times for 15 minutes can affect the level of dysmenorrhea so that there is a change in the level of the pain scale in adolescents. Conclusion: Deep breathing relaxation techniques can reduce the level of dysmenorrhea in adolescents who are experiencing menstrual pain.
