Cooperation as one of the driving wheels of the economy also require technology in the implementation of their operations. The application of the information system to the cooperation will affect the cooperative's performance. The Tani Makmur Cooperation in Klaten is a cooperative that helps farmers in managing rice fields, but does not yet have a web-based system that can integrate the required information. In this study, a web-based information system was designed that can be used as data storage, using a waterfall model. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The resulting information system consists of the menu Master Data, Transactions, Reports, Settings, Graphics, Backups, and Help. Cooperation members can carry out storage, borrowing and installment transactions through the Transaction menu. The cooperation admin can view all transactions through the Reports menu. The resulting web-based information system can be used to store cooperation data, thereby expediting and accelerating the transaction process for Koperasi Tani Makmur customers and also reducing the risk of data loss..

Assessment of employee performance is expected to know precisely the success in completing work. Employee performance appraisal is also useful for companies in providing feedback to employees and can be used as a basis for agencies to evaluate employee performance. Most government services currently utilize information technology as an information service to the public and the agency's internal services. In institutions, it is necessary to increase and develop the capabilities, knowledge and skills of its human resources, so that it is expected to be able to produce apparatuses that have competitive competencies. Therefore, the authors designed and built an employee performance appraisal system which was implemented using Electre and Web-based and Android methods. It is expected to be able to assist agencies in evaluating employee performance so that they can remain consistent in carrying out their duties as Civil Servants (PNS) within the scope of services to the community. This research uses the R&D method. researchers only use up to step 6. Based on the results of trials of 10 respondents who have assessed the decision making system using the electre method, that the application of employee performance appraisal using aggregate ranking can help provide information on the level of employee performance based on predetermined criteria. Respondents agree that this system is more efficient in assessing employee performance with an average of the old system = 43.50% while the new system is = 84.50%.

This study aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for selecting the best employees who are entitled to receive incentives. PT. Campus Data Media in selecting the best employees still uses Microsoft Excel in evaluating employee performance, so it requires a long process to report and recommend the best employees for each branch to HRD. In addition, the parameters used for employee assessment can be different for each branch. From the existing problems, a web-based decision support system MVC (Model View Controller) was made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The system development method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a sample of 64 employees to be assessed. PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya sering mengalami beberapa masalah karena jumlah pengadaan yang dibeli banyak namun belum ada sistem yang membantu untuk merekomendasikan pembelian produk, contohnya pada tanggal 9 bulan oktober 2018 PT. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi di PT Nerangi Sarana Karya perlu diterapkan sistem pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode Fuzzy MCDM, berdasarkan hasil pengujian data bahwa metode ini memiliki tingkat akurasi analisa data sebesar 87% sehingga metode ini cukup layak untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kematangan dari penerapan Manajemen <em>supply chain</em> pada pekerjaan konstruksi dan merumuskan tindakan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk menindak lanjuti temuan yanga ada pada pekerjaan konstruksi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kulitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan menggunakan alat analisa yang digunakan adalah <em>Supply Chain Maturity Assessment Test</em> (SCMAT). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kematangan manajemen supply chain pada proyek-proyek yang dikerjakan oleh CV.Satria secara keseluruhan sudah baik dengan rata-rata telah memiliki skor kematangan di atas tiga, hanya ada 5 <em>best practices</em> yang masih di bawah nilai standar dan tindak lanjut dari temuan 5 <em>best practices</em> yang akan dijalankan dalam aspek <em>Manajemen Supply Chain</em> yaitu melakukan pengembangan dalam penggunaan teknologi <em>bar code, sensor</em> dan RFID mengacu pada hasil penilaian dari 5 <em>best practices</em>, serta pengembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk mengintegrasikan informasi dan komunikasi di antara para organisasi dalam <em>supply chain</em>.</p>

The purpose of this study is to develop an inventory information system using the Last In First Out (LIFO) method where the unit sold is the last unit entered, making it easier to organize goods, both entering and retrieving goods, and goods will sell quickly because they follow the trend with the latest models that generate more profit. large and this system is also equipped with a minimum stock limit report aimed at knowing the minimum stock limit of goods so that it can provide up to date notifications about out of stock items. By implementing this system, it is hoped that users will find it easier to carry out their business processes.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 <? = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient ?1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 <? = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows ?2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline.
