This research was conducted by qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews with UMKM owner Mochi Gaol, direct observation at the place of business, and analysis of related documents. UMKM Mochi Gaol was founded in 2020 by Putri Retno Mengasih. This business produces various types of mochi with unique flavors and variations. UMKM Mochi Gaol markets its products through online and offline. During the 1-month period, Mochi Gaol UMKM experienced an increase in sales. This is driven by several factors, such as the increasing popularity of mochi, effective marketing strategies, and good product quality. Mochi Gaol UMKM also face several challenges, such as intense competition, limited capital, and limited access to raw materials. To overcome this challenge, Mochi Gaol UMKM need to improve the quality of their products, expand their marketing strategies, and establish cooperation with other parties. The purpose of this research is to determine strategies for addressing the delays in the arrival and departure times of KM Umsini and KM Dobonsolo owned by PT. Pelni (Persero) at the Port of Makassar based on SWOT analysis recommendations. The data processed includes qualitative data on estimated arrival times compared to the actual arrival times of the vessels, as well as estimated departure times compared to the actual departure times. The results show that the average delay in the arrival of KM Dobonsolo is 1 hour and 18 minutes, while the average delay in departure is 2 hours and 5 minutes. Chronic kidney failure refers to the decline in kidney’s ability to maintain body fluid balance. Hemodialysis, as a kidney function replacement therapy, is needed to remove toxins and control electrolyte fluids in the body. One of the psychological impacts of hemodialysis is anxiety in patients. One way to reduce patient anxiety levels is by conducting murottal Al-Qur’an therapy. This study uses a case report method and was conducted in the Hemodialysis room of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta from May 2 to May 9, 2024. Two people with a diagnosis of chronic kidney failure were respondents in this study. The Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) was used as an instrument in this study, which was conducted before and after intervention. The results of the study showed that the respondents’ anxiety scores were in the moderate category (24 and 23) and changed to the mild category with a score of 14 after the application of therapy. This therapy has proven effective in reducing anxiety levels in patients with chronic kidney failure who are undergoing hemodialysis therapy.

The current global phenomenon shows a rapid increase in the adoption of digital technology, which has changed various aspects of life, including the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This study aims to examine effective digital marketing strategies to improve MSME performance in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Program. The novelty of this research lies in a holistic approach that integrates various aspects of digital marketing, in the context of SDGs implementation. The urgency of this research is driven by the urgent need for MSMEs to remain competitive and relevant in the digital era, as well as the crucial role in the national economy and the achievement of SDGs goals. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting relevant previous research through publish or perish Then analyze the article and crucify related to keywords. The results show that the use of appropriate digital marketing can help MSMEs contribute more effectively to the achievement of SDGs, especially in terms of poverty alleviation, job creation, and inclusive economic growth. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of policy support and continuous training for MSMEs in utilizing digital technology, as well as collaboration between the public and private sectors to accelerate the digital transformation of MSMEs.

This research aims to investigate in depth the conflict between students from the Faculty of Engineering (FT) and the Faculty of Sports Science (FIK) at a university which started with a parking incident in the auditorium area. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted using open-ended questions that included the chronology of events, the background of the conflict, the parties involved, resolution efforts, and the impacts caused. The results of the interviews revealed that the conflict started with a misunderstanding regarding parking which sparked initial arguments and fights, and escalated into further physical clashes with stones being thrown at each other, damage to facilities, and injuries to victims. Initial peace efforts failed, so a larger FIK crowd attacked the Engineering Faculty area. The conflict ended after the masses withdrew and the victims were evacuated to hospitals. Data analysis identifies patterns and perspectives from various parties, and formulates recommendations for more effective conflict management.

This research aims to determine the effect of using Scrapbook media on the speaking skills learning outcomes of Class IV UPT SDN Tabang No. Students. 24 Selayar Islands. This research is experimental research, namely the Pre-Experimental Design type. The population and sample in this study were all class IV students at UPT SDN Tabang No. 24 Selayar Islands, totaling 20 people. This research was carried out at UPT SDN Tabang No. 24 Selayar Islands. Based on the results of student activity before using Scrapbook media during the pretest, it shows that student activity is still not active, where the average score of student activity in learning is 5.68% and after applying Scrapbook media during the posttest shows a significant change in student activity, where the score The average student activity in learning is 95%. The results of data analysis, student learning outcomes after applying Scrapbook media to students' speaking skills showed that the average score of students experienced a significant change, namely 94.3 higher with a score range of 41 compared to the pretest or before the treatment was implemented, namely 47.16 with a score range 69. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the use of Scrapbook media influences the speaking skills learning outcomes of class IV UPT SDN Tabang No. students. 24 Selayar Islands.
