This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously variables namely Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Quick Ratio (QR) on stock returns. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of financial statements (financial statements) of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 – 2020. This study has the result that the variable Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a significant influence on stock returns, while Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Quick Ratio (QR) do not have a significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, all independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on stock returns. Researchers provide suggestions for future research to use a larger population with a longer time frame and are advised to add more diverse independent variables. For companies to better evaluate various things that can affect stock returns so that issuers can maximize their resources so that they can increase the interest of investors to invest. In addition, for investors to be more selective in terms of fundamental and technical analysis in investing. As well as the government is expected to be more flexible and careful in implementing its regulations.

Perubahan iklim membawa dampak terhadap semua lapisan kehidupan manusia. Perubahan iklim secara langsung atau tidak langsung merubah lingkungan fisik manusia di mana mereka tinggal dan melakukan kegiatan kesehariannya. Perubahan iklim juga memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan parameter iklim (suhu udara, suhu radiasi, kelembaban, kecepatan angin) kota, kawasan di sekitar bangunan, serta parameter iklim di dalam bangunan itu sendiri. Dalam pencapaian kenyamanan fisik manusia, suhu udara luar yang tinggi perlu diselesaikan dengan rancangan bangunan dengan pertimbangan parameter iklim sehingga perlu kiranya untuk segera dimodifikasi. Bangunan diciptakan untuk melindungi penggunanya dari bahaya yang berasal dari alam. Dengan demikian, dalam mendesain sebuah bangunan, penting untuk banyak belajar dari alam, Cabang ilmu pengetahuan ini muncul disebut "Biomimikri" yang berarti (Simulasi Alam) adalah metode inovasi yang mencari solusi berkelanjutan dengan meniru pola alam. Paper ini memberikan gambaran contoh model ornament arsitektural Biomimikri dalam bangunan guna merespon perubahan iklim yang terjadi, agar kebutuhan kenyamanan fisik manusia tetap tercapai, dan permasalahan pemanasan bumi dapat diminimalkan.
 
 

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can help someone in making decisions and is also an approach to support decision making on a particular problem. One of the methods in the decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is a method for making scientific and rational decisions to provide solutions to multi-criteria and complex problems with various alternatives. In this research, the author tries to apply the AHP method to determine the location of new housing developments in Lombok Tengah District. The criteria used for consideration are land conditions, facilities, social and economic conditions, and land availability. The results of this study can prove that DSS with the AHP method is able to assist developers in determining the choice of new housing development locations in Lombok Tengah District.

Human Computer Interaction (HCI), a growing research field in science and engineering, aims to provide a natural way for humans to use computers as tools. Humans prefer to interact with each other mainly through speech, but also through facial expressions and gestures, for certain parts of the speech and displays of emotions. The identity, age, gender, and emotional state of a person can be obtained from his face. The impression we receive from the expression reflected on the face affects our interpretation of the spoken word and even our attitude towards the speaker himself. Although emotion recognition is an easy task for humans, it still proves to be a difficult task for computers to recognize user`s emotional state. Advances in this area promise to arm our technological environment by means for more effective interactions with humans, and hopefully the impact of facial expressions on cognition will increase rapidly in the future. Will do. In recent years, the adoption of digital has increased rapidly, and the quality has improved significantly. Digital printing has resulted in fast delivery and needs-based costs. This article describes a sophisticated combination classifier approach, an empirical study of ensembles, stacking, and voting. These three approaches were tested on Nave Bayes (NB), Kernel Naive Bayes (kNB), Neural Network (NN), Auto MultiLayer Perceptron (Auto MLP), and Decision Tree (DT), respectively. The main contribution of this paper is the improvement of the classification accuracy of facial expression recognition tasks. In both persondependent and nonpersondependent experiments we showed that using a combination of these classifier combinations gave significantly better results than using individual classifiers. It has been observed from experiments that the overall voting technique by voting achieves the best classification accuracy.

The decision support system as a tool for decision making, has now begun to be widely applied in various fields of life, not least in making a decision for the process of accepting new students at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabaliused. With the decision support system (SPK) can help schools in the selection of new students. The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used to select new students is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which functions to calculate the final score of each student in the school and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serves to rank each student.The result of this study is that the combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) methods in determining new student admissions at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabali School can be used. SPK (Decision Making System) can display information according to what the user inputs correctly.

The accounting, financial management, and taxation training activities for school managers are motivated by the responsibility of vocational high schools (SMK) to be able to make good accountability reports for aid funds provided by the government and other parties. It is hoped that this report can be prepared in accordance with applicable accounting principles. In addition, professional fund management allows schools to grow optimally and in the end is expected to be able to support a quality teaching and learning process. School administrators need to manage the funds they receive professionally. Schools as institutions that use funds in carrying out activities need to understand generally accepted tax rules and their application. Funds disbursed to schools will be monitored for their use and their accountability reports checked by authorized agencies such as the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). Vocational High Schools that rarely have accounting staff will of course delegate this responsibility to school principals and treasurers who may also not have sufficient educational background and knowledge of accounting, financial statement preparation, school financial management, and taxation. This training is expected to help provide knowledge, understanding, and skills so that schools can organize the preparation of financial reports, manage finances transparently and apply procedures for collecting, depositing, and reporting school taxes.

ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan di zaman era modern ini dan serba instan, internet sudah merambah ke dunia bidang jasa yang disebut sebagai warnet. Pada dasarnya, warnet merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha yang dikelola oleh satu kelompok atau individu yang memberikan pelayanan berupa jasa internet oleh penggunanya. Biasanya pengguna dikenakan biaya per jam atau paket, sesuai lama penggunannya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pemdekatan kualitatif,lokasi penelitian di warnet MEDIA NET yang terletak di Jl Cinde Barat 1 Ruko No. 2, Kelurahan Jomblang, Kecamatan Candisari, Jomblang, Candisari, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Sumber data menggunakan observasi,wawancara,dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah : produk jasa yang ditawarkan di warnet ini cukup beragam seperti paket pelajar,paket umum,dan paket malam yang sangat diminati oleh banyak kalangan. dapat promosi yang dilakukan adalah hanya menyebar brosur saja di sekolah-sekolah sekitar tempat usaha dan lampu merah di tentara pelajar.
