Posyandu is one form of health efforts resourceful community which is a real form of community participation in health development. Two factors that affect children visit that factor maternal knowledge of ignorance weigh the benefits against her mother in IHC. Study Design This study is analytic with cross sectional approach. Sample of 35 respondents conducted in the mother at Lubuk dendang village Perbaungan district Serdang bedagai in 2022. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Result (73.0).of the relationship with the mother's knowledge toddler visit diposyandu find p = 0.017 and cadres role relationships with toddlers visit diposyandu find p = 0.025. Conclusion There is a significant association between mother's knowledge and the role of cadres to visit health centers toddler at Lubuk dendang village Perbaungan district. The need for care advice from health workers about health education to the community, especially pregnant women and mothers with young children about the importance of a visit to Posyandu. For relevant institutions in this case the clinic in order to pay attention to cadre's refreshment in order to keep motivated in carrying out its function and role in Posyandu.

Ida Jean Orlando first published her theory in "The Dynamic nurse-patient relationship: Function, process and principles of Professional Nursing Practice" (1961) and published her second book entitled; “The Discipline and Teaching of Nursing Process: An Evaluative Study (1972). Orlando made several important contributions to nursing theory and practice. The concept of the nursing process that he provides includes several criteria, including providing a relationship concept that is described systematically regarding phenomena in the field of nursing, specifying the relationship between nursing concepts, explaining what happens during the nursing process and why it happens, describing how nursing phenomena can be controlled and explains how to control to predict the outcome of the nursing process.Objective: This research aims to implement nursing care for Humerus Fracture patients using the Ida Jean Orlando concept model approach. Research methodology: This research uses a Case Study, namely providing nursing care to patients with Humerus Fractures. Results: The results of this research are to improve nurse-patient interactions, a better understanding of relationship dynamics in the nursing process, and their impact on overall patient outcomes.Conclusion:The conclusion of this research is that the application of nursing care to Humerus Fracture patients using the Ida Jean Orlando concept model approach can make a positive contribution to nurse-patient interactions and overall patient outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction at PT Telkom Akses Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Akses Semarang, totaling 73 people. Sample / respondents taken as many as 73 respondents, by measuring the census technique. The results showed that the compensation hypothesis test had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 3.225> t table = 1.671 with a significance figure = 0.002 < ? = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count = 3.182> t table = 1.671 with a significance number = 0.002 < ? = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (t count 5.645> t table = 1.671 with a significance number = 0.000 < ? = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H3) that the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction is proven. The regression coefficient ?1 = 0.284 (positive sign) means that the greater the compensation received, the greater the job satisfaction. The regression coefficient ?2 = 0.277, (positive sign) means that the more work discipline, the higher job satisfaction. Regression coefficient ?3 = of 0.476 (positive sign) means that the more comfortable the work environment, the higher the job satisfaction at PT Telkom Access Semarang.

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Pengotan bertujuan untuk memotivasi masyarakat agar mau belajar menulis bahasa Inggris dalam bentuk free writing activities. Kebebasan dalam mengeksplorasi dan mengungkapkan ide-ide dalam bentuk tulisan bebas (free writing activities) berbahasa Inggris, terutama terkait dengan peternakan adalah upaya untuk membuka wawasan mereka saat belajar bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan ini berupaya untuk membentuk kesadaran mereka bahwa kemampuan menulis yang dimiliki menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris. Kreativitas penulisan diperlukan untuk memberi semangat belajar dalam pembelajaran partisipatori dan kooperatif yang menghindari kesan kaku pada suatu tulisan namun eksplorasi ide bisa dilakukan dengan cara yang lebih sederhana namun dapat dipahami oleh pembelajar. The research method used is quantitative by taking a comparative calculation approach between 2021 and 2022, which type of research uses a secondary data approach obtained from annual financial reports for a period of 1 year, namely 2021-2022, books, journals, and other sources. other.
The results of the research can be concluded that the company PT. Hutama Karya experienced a decrease in profitability in 2022 where the performance of financial companies in the 2022 period decreased, from the results of the gross profit margin analysis it can be seen that the proportion of company revenue decreased by a difference of 1% and from the results of the profitability analysis using the ratio of return on assets decreased reached 0.08% above the profit from managing the company's resources and assets.

Geographically and demographically, Indonesia has natural conditions that have the potential for floods disaster. There are at least 16,771 islands and 65,017 rivers that fill the archipelago. Unfortunately, the ever-increasing urban population accompanied by a lack of awareness and preparation for protecting the environment has resulted in a higher risk of flooding in urban areas. This study utilizes digital imagery to detect flood conditions in urban areas. In terms of access, digital images are available in urban CCTV monitoring systems as well as office areas, housing, and from people who have smartphones. The detection method used in this study is the VGG19 model which consists of 16 convolution layers and 3 standard classification layers. All convolution layers are divided into 5 blocks followed by a MaxPooling layer for each block to reduce the resolution of the input image. In the last layer, SoftMax layer is used to estimate the probability between flood labels and normal conditions. There are 4 parameters that were optimized during the VGG19 model training process, namely Batch Size, Learning Rate, Dropout and Epoch (training repetition). To test the proposed model, public datasets are used, namely the Roadway Flooding Image Dataset and Road Vehicle Images Dataset. The best flood detection results (or normal conditions) achieve the accuracy of 98.78%. As for the other three performance metrics, namely precision, recall and F1-score, they reach 99%. These results are generated by the VGG19 model with a Batch Size parameter of 20, a Learning Rate of 1e-5 (0.00001), 50% Dropout and 100 Epoch. The achievement values of the four metrics can be considered quite good, so that the VGG19 model has the opportunity to be developed for flood detection applications in order to monitor urban flood conditions.
