Introduction: There has been a notable rise in the popularity of K-pop endorsers within the landscape of Philippine advertising, influencing Filipino consumers' purchase intentions. Therefore, this study aims to examine the mediating effect of attitude toward a brand on the relationship between brand credibility, endorser credibility, and consumers' purchase intentions.

Methods: The participants of the study were Filipino internet service subscribers, and they were selected using purposive sampling technique. The approach used in this study was quantitative research and causal-predictive approach while the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to estimate the relationships of the proposed model.

Findings: The results showed that an endorser's credibility significantly influences consumers’ purchase intention and attitude towards a brand. On the other hand, the relationship between brand credibility and purchase intention is not supported. However, there is a significant relationship between brand credibility and attitude towards a brand. The relationship between attitudes towards a brand and purchase intention is also supported. The mediation analysis revealed the importance of attitude towards a brand which tremendously mediates the relationship between brand credibility and endorser’s credibility leading to purchase intention.

Originality: This study highlights the novel role of consumers' attitude as a mediator between endorser and brand credibility, shaping purchase intentions in the Philippine telecom industry through K-pop idol endorsements.

Introduction: Government public relations ideally conveys policies and regulations in an integrated manner (one government one voice), but in reality there is often different and contradictory information in each government institution, thus confusing the public and hindering the handling of the pandemic. This research answers the question of how the crisis narrative is built by 5 (five) central government institutions in Indonesia through their official websites, whether the narrative tends to be integrated or vice versa.

Methods: The method used in this study is qualitative content analysis where the author collects all news materials on 5 (five) official websites of government agencies, namely: the Covid-19 Task Force, the Ministry of Information and Communication, the Ministry of Health, the Cabinet Secretariat and the State Secretariat, in March-August 2020.

Findings: Data were analyzed based on the principles of crisis and emergency risk communication (CERC) as a reference for coherence (integration) of narratives between institutions. The results of the study indicate that CERC principles are used comprehensively by the five institutions studied. In general, the narratives built by the five institutions tend to be integrated on the issues: (1) the narrative of the initial responding; (2) the narrative of handling and controlling; (3) the narrative of helping and caring; (4) the narrative of regulating and advising.

Originality: The study has novelty in the application of crisis communication based on the CERC principles of the Covid-19 pandemic which is viewed comparatively in the narratives of 5 (five) Indonesian government institutions.

The Kalibawang Urban RDTR for 2022-2042 will see adjustment to the Minister of ATR/BPN Regulation No. 11 and No. 14 of 2021, aims to analyze obstacles to implementing ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation No. 11 and No. 14 of 2021 in the preparation for the  Kalibawang Urban RDTR. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative research with data collection is carried out by observation dan documentation, and data analysis are Miles and Huberman (1984) consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data collection originates from RDTR database of Kalibawang Urban RDTR material documents in the form of technical material, factual analysis material, policy study drafts, and the 2018 Kalibawang Urban RDTR draft. Data reduction is related to analyzing the obstacles in  implementing the ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation Number 11 and ATR/BPN Ministerial Number 14 of 2021 compare material: RTRW Kulon Progo Regency for 2012-2032 and Draft RDTR for Kalibawang City for 2022-2042, material for RTRW for Bontang Regency for 2019-2039 and RDTR for Bontang City for 2016-2036, as well as material on the East Kutai Regency RTRW 2015-2035 and the Sangatta Urban Area RDTR 2022-2042. Display data related to RDTR database material in a geodatabase via a Geographic Information System (ArcGIS), planning maps, and technical material documents. Concluding the results of the analysis  results in obstacles to ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning the stages of preparing the RDTR: difficulty finding RDTR data and information, the process of obtaining image data takes time, adjusting the standard classification code for Indonesia fields in 2020 to four or five digits, checking special provisions, classification of spatial structure plan content and spatial patterns, and adjusting RDTR loads with Kulon Progo RTRW and regulations. Obstacles in implementing ATR/BPN Ministerial Regulation No. 14 of 2021 regarding the preparation of the database and presentation of RDTR maps: re-delineation of the RDTR map by the Decree of the Regent of Kulon Progo Number 190 of 2021, adjusting the timing of RDTR, image recording data, lack of RDTR data and information for various sectors, and checking spatial pattern maps compares to other images.

Introduction: Child-free is a person's decision not to have children. Child-free is a new value for the people of Indonesia. Gita Savitri Devi is an influencer who announced via Instagram and YouTube that she has decided to be child-free. This statement then caused controversy in the community. As a result, some parties are pro and contra against child-free.

Methods: The method used is a qualitative method with a reception analysis approach. This study uses Stuart Hall's reception theory which divides the audience's meaning into dominant positions of hegemony, negotiation, and opposition.

Findings: The results divide into four: accepting and desiring child-free, accepting and respecting child-free choices, opposing child-free discourse, and the audience trying to be neutral toward child-free discourse. The background behind the meaning is the place of residence, religion, education, occupation, and lifestyle owned by the audience, with the most common background tendency being the background of living. The reception in this study is that four informants are in a dominant position of hegemony, two informants are in a negotiating place, and one informant is in an opposition position, with the tendency of informants to be in a dominant part of hegemony.

Originality: The results of this study can reveal how the audience interprets child-free discourse, which is a new perspective. In addition, it can be a development material for further researchers in examining the other side of the child-free phenomenon that has not yet appeared in this study.

Introduction: Along with the technological development and radical growth of internet of things, digital marketing also risen as a vital tool in promoting products and services. Understanding the attitude and consumer buying behavior online also rapidly growing in the e-business limelight however, in the Philippine context there were few literatures about Gen Z online buying behavior. The purpose of the study is to determine the impact of digital marketing on the online purchase decision and buying behavior of Filipino Gen Z consumers.
Methods: A survey research method was utilized to collect data from randomly selected 378 Gen Z online shoppers from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. A Pearson-r correlation was used to determine if there was a significant relationship between the variables.
Findings: The results revealed that there were significant relationships between digital marketing and consumer purchase decisions. Consumer Purchase Decision was also affected by social, personal, and psychological factors. The result also revealed that time spent in social media sites does not influence the buying behavior of Gen Z in Pre-purchase, Purchase, and Post-purchase stages.
Originality: The study becomes novel since there were very few studies about digital marketing in developing countries. Furthermore, there are no previous studies examining Filipino Gen Z’s Online Buying Behavior in Purchase Decision Process in Pre-Purchase, Purchase, and Post-purchase stages. This study makes an important contribution to behavioral research in developing countries.

Pangandaran District is a newly formed region in West Java Province. Effective and competitive regional development requires support from the potential leading sectors in a region. Prioritization is needed because of limited resources that cannot facilitate the development of all sectors simultaneously. This analysis aims to identify leading sectors, sector interconnections, and multiplier effects on the economy of Pangandaran Regency. The results are that there are 5 (five) sectors that are comparatively and competitively superior, namely: (1) Accommodation, Food and Drink Providers, (2) Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (3) Transportation and Warehousing, (4) Wholesale and retail trade , Repair and (5) Real Estate. The largest backward linkages are achieved by the "other services" sector. This sector becomes a lever for the development of its own sector. Meanwhile, the largest forward linkages are agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. The output from the agricultural sector is widely used as an input by other sectors. Agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors are key sectors. This is because agriculture, forestry, and fisheries have the largest intersectoral linkages and dispersal index. The “Other services” sector is the largest output multiplier. The sector with the largest GRDP multiplier is agriculture, forestry and fisheries. Proper allocation of resources can be done by prioritizing the leading sectors to improve the regional development of the Pangandaran District.

Introduction: Groups with different ideologies have different perspectives on civilization and, therefore, can exhibit various cultural values. In today's globalized world, people from different cultural backgrounds interact through the web, and using emerging communication technologies, such as short videos, is a challenge, especially in public health. Although studies have shown that globalization can alter the process of cultural production and consumption and strengthen cultural identity, there are still differences in cultural production and cultural identity in public health.

Methods: This study explored the differences in information understanding from different cultural contexts in the healthy cultural space and used qualitative analysis to explore these differences. Use of online ethnography for short video text objective observation and analysis. This study will take TIKTOK as the research object and analyze the feedback of different cultural groups on the problem in the real-time interaction of the subjects public health environment.

Findings: This study reveals key differences in cultural communication strategies and highlights the challenges of cultural acceptance in both contexts. The findings provide fresh insights into how multiculturalism shapes and is influenced by the use of new media technologies in public health communication.

Originality: This study provides novel insights into the unique communication practices of two specific social media accounts (@publichealthmsia and @????). By focusing on their distinct challenges and approaches, it introduces innovative frameworks and guiding questions for addressing technical dilemmas in social media communication.

Introduction: The use of social media as a channel for political communication is becoming increasingly common in modern society. Some users seek virality to influence public opinion. Among them, some employ manipulative tactics to achieve virality, which can undermine deliberative democracy. Unfortunately, the impact of manipulative virality on deliberative democracy has not received sufficient attention. This study aims to describe how manipulative virality poses a threat to deliberative democracy. The researchers focus on five social media platforms--X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, because Indonesians widely use these for political communication.

Methods: The researchers use a qualitative, exploratory approach, focusing on relevant documents using interpretive analysis and observation to study of X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Findings: Research identifies four methods of manipulative virality that undermine deliberative democracy: using fake accounts, deploying bots, paying buzzers, and spreading hoaxes. These practices threaten and subvert deliberative democracy by creating false appearances of support, potentially distorting public opinion, misleading policymakers, and damaging society. Manipulative virality often benefits wealthy groups, as they can afford to pay buzzers and deploy bots, unlike poorer groups.

Originality: This study explores the role of social media in public discourse to promote deliberative democracy. It offers novelty by presenting an in-depth analysis that digital media has the potential to undermine deliberative democracy due to the use of bots, fake accounts, and paid influencers. The findings emphasize the importance of preserving authentic public dialogue while addressing unethical practices that manipulate social media for personal or political gain.

Introduction: Technology penetrates society and has an impact on daily life. Historically, technology was dominated by men. Recently, women have become closer to the internet to share ideas through cyberspace, build sites that allow them to interact with women and women’s communities, and use the internet to help their productive activities. This study attempts to explain modern society’s connections between women and technology. The data analysis used cyberfeminism theory.
Methods: This study used qualitative methods and illustrated the case study of SiBakul platform usage by MSMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. SiBakul is an ICT-based platform for branding the digital ecosystem of MSMEs in DIY Province. The data collection employed in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data sources include MSME actors and the government responsible for the MSME sector. 
Findings: The results showed that SiBakul is the driving force behind digital platforms that support MSMEs' activities. Through the marketplace, the MSME actors, both women and men, use technology. The analysis concludes that there is a possible equality between women and men in accessing and using technology to promote and market their business products. The women develop their insight into cyberspace to increase their knowledge and be more productive economically.
Originality: The study uses the cyberfeminism perspective to highlight the importance of adapting to environmental changes in the Industry 4.0 era with women's equality for broader access to technology. Besides, it is considered for women’s equality in public areas and the productive sector, such as in MSME activities.

Introduction: In an electronic democracy, politicians avoid being solely dependent on traditional communication channels like news media. Social media acts a political communication tool and Uses Gratification (UG) theory explains how people use media for their needs. Therefore, the attempt has been made to analyze the information shared on these social media platforms by political parties to communicate has any effect on communication needs according to Uses Gratification theory.

Methods: Content analysis was employed to achieve the objectives using R software, where in data was acquired from social media platforms of major political parties of India and the coding was developed to classify the extracted data into communication needs as per UG theory.

Findings: The content analysis shows that among all parties, BJP has higher visibility and consistency on Twitter and Instagram, satisfying cognitive needs. Most parties satisfy affective needs on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. However, YouTube content is less satisfying for personal integrative, social integrative, and tension released needs.

Originality: The current study tried to use innovative methods or combining methods in a new way. It provided new insights or implications that have not been extensively discussed. Therefore, Political parties should focus on specific social media for interactive and efficient information spread.
