Abstrak:
. Petanque is a relatively new sport at the moment. This pétanque sport includes games where the props are an iron ball (BOSI) and a wooden ball (BOKA). In this game the target is to throw the iron ball so that it is closest to the wooden ball. This research was conducted to find out how developed the sport of pétanque is among school students. The method used in this research is by conducting outreach to students in grades 4 and 5 of elementary school. This article was created to provide insight and knowledge about the sport of pétanque to elementary school students. This is done so that it can produce outstanding pétanque athletes.

<p><em>Over an extended duration, small-scale farmers have been contending with the persistent issue of electricity scarcity, which adversely affects crop production, particularly during dry seasons. The dependence on generators, despite being expensive and environmentally harmful due to oil spillage and Carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, remains a prevalent yet unsustainable solution. Wind energy emerges as a promising alternative with diverse benefits for farmers, addressing concerns related to irrigation, storage, and water management, ultimately leading to significant yield increases during dry periods. This study investigates the performance of a small-scale wind energy conversion system tailored for the irrigation needs of farmers in arid regions, focusing on Zaria Local Government, Kaduna State, Nigeria as a case study. Utilizing wind speed data from the Nigeria Meteorological Agency (NIMET), the system's electrical parameters, including voltage, current, frequency, and power, were analyzed to assess fluctuations resulting from wind speed variations. Results show significant variability in electrical parameters: wind speed ranged from 3.10 m/s to 9.83 m/s, resulting in fluctuations in generated voltage (98 volts to 250 volts), current (51 amps to 103 amps), frequency (39 Hz to 65 Hz), and power (5.1 kW to 20.6 kW). Converter systems were found effective in stabilizing output for grid integration: the AC/DC converter converted fluctuating AC signals into stable DC output (200 volts, 93 amps), while the subsequent DC/AC inverter produced non-fluctuating AC output (voltage: 200 volts, current: 92 amps, frequency: 50 Hz, power: 18.3 kW). These findings emphasize feasibility of implementing wind energy solutions in remote agricultural areas.</em></p>

Abstrak:
Increased food production requires fertilizers and pesticides. Fertilizers are used to increase soil fertility and pesticides are used to eradicate pests in food crops and plantations. Problems of farmers in Pucak Village, Kec. Tompobulu as a partner does not know the level of exposure to pesticides, does not know the impact of pesticides on health problems and does not have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when spraying. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of the use of fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, (2) Provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves in fertilizing and spraying pesticides. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Farmers experienced an average increase in knowledge of safe and healthy fertilizing and pesticide spraying management, (2) Provision of PPE, especially hats, masks and gloves to farmers. Gowa as a partner does not yet know how to prevent exposure to organic fertilizers on health, there is no provision of micronutrient supplementation (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Boron and Vitamin D) as an increase in body immunity and detoxification of fertilizer exposure poisoning and there is no availability of Personal Protective Equipment in managing fertilizers in the form of masks and gloves for farmers. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on preventing fertilizer exposure to farmers, (2) Providing micronutrient supplementation (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Boron and Vitamin D) to increase body immunity and detoxify fertilizer poisons, (3) Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of masks and gloves when carrying out inorganic fertilization on farmers. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using organic fertilizer on health, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Farmers experienced an average increase in knowledge of safe and healthy management of fertilization and pesticide spraying, (2) providing micronutrients and explaining sources of other food ingredients containing micronutrients in their environment, (3) Providing PPE, especially hats, masks and gloves to farmers

Employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis method, the study delves into existing literature to investigate the impact of technology-based interventions on parental influences in shaping children's ethical decision-making in the digital age. The research addresses three primary questions: (1) How does incorporating technology in family-oriented character education programs impact children's formation and reinforcement of moral values and digital citizenship skills compared to traditional methods? (2) What are the key challenges and opportunities families face when leveraging technology for character education, and how do these factors influence the effectiveness of moral development within the familial environment? (3) In what ways do parental involvement and modelling of digital behaviours shape children's ethical decision-making and online conduct, and how can technology-based interventions enhance or alter these parental influences on their children's moral development and digital citizenship? Through a comprehensive review of theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and technology integration models, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of character education within the digital landscape.

Abstrak:
In the world of education, the issue of job satisfaction and performance has become the main concern for academics. This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, education and training, and protean careers on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research to obtain and collect data and information that refers to the research problem. Data collection techniques based on field research were carried out in kindergarten private schools spread across regencies/cities in West Java Province. The population in this study were all Private Kindergarten (TK) Principals of 1,503 people. Sampling using random sampling and proportional sampling as many as 316 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, and education and training variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The protean career variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for school principals.

Komposisi optimal penambahan aluminium dan magnesium dipilih berdasarkan parameter potensial anoda dan lau korosi. persamaan pemodelan yang telah dipilih adalah pemodelan dengan metode regresi polynomial orde 2 multivariate by multivariate regression of second-order polynomials. Model yang sesuai ditentukan dengan membandingkan koefisien determinasi, standar estimasi eror, dan signifikansi nilai P. Penambahan aluminium dan magnesium menyebabkan potensial anode semakin lebih negatif, sedangkan penambahan magnesium dan aluminium meningkatkan dan menurunkan laju korosi. Anoda yang paling optimal telah ditentukan ketika penambahan aluminium 3% dan magnesium 0,1% yang mana menghasilkan laju korosi 38,88 mpy dan potensial anoda -1,098 V.

The Community Service Lecture work program in the form of hydroponic kale and catfish cultivation applications with an aquaponic system was carried out in Dawuhan Hamlet, Kayugiyang Village, Wonosobo Regency. The purpose of this KPM work program is to utilize the yard of the house so that it has productive value and educate the community with environmentally friendly cultivation systems. The stages of implementing this work program include the stages of field surveys and partner conditions, seeding kale seedlings, installing Aquaponics installation ponds, and mentoring activities. The technology used is the aquaponic system cultivation, which utilizes catfish manure as natural fertilizer for water spinach plants placed on it. From the results of the implementation of the KPM work program, it resulted in 1 (one) unit of aquaponic cultivation ponds, increasing public knowledge, especially for teenagers who are KPM partners.

This research explores the utilization of virtual reality (VR) in educational settings and examines current trends, future directions, benefits, and challenges associated with its implementation. The purpose of this library research is to provide an overview of the existing literature on VR and educational research, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance traditional teaching methods and improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The method used for this research is a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant scholarly articles, books, and reports from academic databases and libraries. The results indicate that VR has been utilized in educational research to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, personalize instruction, bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. VR also presents challenges such as cost, accessibility, curriculum integration, teacher training, technical limitations, health and safety concerns, privacy, and ethics. However, the research concludes that with careful planning, adequate resources, and proper support, VR has the potential to revolutionize education and prepare students for a technologically advanced future. Further research and innovation in areas such as immersion, AI integration, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, and ethics are recommended to fully leverage the benefits of VR in educational settings.
