The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the duties and authorities of the village government in managing tourist villages in Boleng District, West Manggarai Regency. This research is empirical juridical research, which is research directly to related parties to obtain primary data directly from respondents. The data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and literature/document studies. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted in West Manggarai Regency. The results of the data processing were analyzed descriptively using the empirical juridical method, namely identifying and adjusting to the actual situation. The results showed that: the implementation of the duties and authority of the Village Government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities is in accordance with existing procedures, but in providing duties and responsibilities for the management of the Tourism Village has not been evenly distributed and has not been given the trust to manage the Tourism Village by the Regional Government. Based on the experience in the field and the information obtained, the researcher can provide suggestions and input to the Golo Lujang Village Government so that it can maximize its role, especially in managing the "Sano Limbung" Tourism Village, as well as to the three groups formed, especially the Tourism Awareness Group, to be reactivated and in giving tasks and responsibilities to the community evenly. To the Tourism, Creative Economy and Culture Office in order to provide opportunities for the Tanjung Boleng Village Government to manage their own Tourism Village in this case "Rangko Cave" and the Village Government itself in this case the Tanjung Boleng Village Government has the courage to convey to the Regional Government of West Manggarai Regency in this case the Tourism, Creative Economy and Culture Office so that the tourist attractions can be managed by the Tanjung Boleng Village Government.

By comparing parental leave durations, compensation rates, and eligibility criteria across various countries, the research explores how different policies affect parental mental health, family bonding, and gender equality in the workplace. Findings suggest that comprehensive parental leave policies contribute to stronger family bonds and reduced stress, benefiting both parents and children.

Seeking knowledge is an obligation for Muslim. In seeking knowledge, understanding and morals are needed based on religious postulates so that Allah makes it easier for the purpose of seeking knowledge. It is important for Muslims to study the arguments relating to the obligation to study and understand the morals of a student in studying in order to obtain maximum knowledge. The aim of this research is to reveal how a student should have good behavior towards the teacher according to the hadith perspective. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library approach, the main data sources are reading materials from books, magazines, journal articles and hadith books. The research results show that (1) students must have good intentions, straight because of Allah. Sincere intentions in his heart. The sole intention of learning is because of Allah SWT. (2) Apart from that, a student must also try to improve good morals in his efforts to study. The most important figure as a role model for students to have commendable morals is Rasulullah SAW. Rasulullah SAW is a noble creature.

All of the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad reflects Islam. By knowing the Prophet Muhammad SAW from a social perspective, social values ??can emerge in Islam. This study is expected to increase enthusiasm for emulating the Islamic morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which are considered so difficult that they are still considered low even among the faithful. Islam itself.Library research uses a qualitative approach. The emphasis is placed on qualitative research using various methods, including interpretive and naturalistic approaches to the research subject. This research examines the Prophet Muhammad as mentioned in the book 'Islam' by Fazlur Rahman. The results of this research are an investigation into the form of secular Islamic morality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It is recorded that the Prophet never put his personal interests first. On the other hand, the holy form of Islamic morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW originates from the main postulates of Islam, namely the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This research reveals that the Al-Qur'an and Hadith provide an explanation of all the Islamic morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This is in line with Aisyah's statement that the Prophet's morals are Al -Quran.

The high prevalence of Scabies is due to the lack of attitude and poor environmental sanitation conditions. The lack of these will lead to the emergence of bad habits, such as poor personal hygiene, which can cause the body to be attacked by skin diseases that often occur in students, such as Scabies. This research aimed to determine the effect of snakes and ladder game media on the attitude of students in preventing Scabies at the Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh. This research used quasi-experimental methods with the pretest and post-test control group design. The population in this research was 53 students, while the sample was 15 students chosen by the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire to determine attitude of students about scabies prevention. the Likert scale to assess students' attitudes. This research was conducted at Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh on August 18, 2023. The analysis using the t-test obtained a ?-value of 0.002 < ? = 0.05 for attitudes, thus indicating that Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted. This research concludes that there is a correlation between snakes and ladder game media on the attitude of students in preventing Scabies at the Babun Najah Islamic Boarding School of Banda Aceh. The researcher suggests that the Islamic boarding school can maintain the cleanliness of students to avoid Scabies.

Cross-infection is one of the main risks faced in medical procedures, including tooth extraction in health facilities such as the dental clinic of the Health Center. This infection can occur through direct contact with blood, saliva, or non-sterile medical equipment, as well as through transmission from patients to medical personnel or vice versa. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of efforts to prevent and control cross-infection in tooth extraction procedures at the Dental Clinic of the Kassi - Kassi Health Center. The methods used in this study include counseling to medical personnel regarding cross-infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and sterilization of equipment. Evaluations were conducted before and after counseling through questionnaires filled out by the participants. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding, awareness, and implementation of cross-infection prevention protocols. Before counseling, only 60% of participants had a good understanding of cross-infection, while after counseling, this figure increased to 90%. Improvements were also seen in awareness of hand hygiene, knowledge of PPE use, sterilization procedures, implementation of SOPs, and handling of high-risk patients. The conclusion of this study shows that counseling and strict implementation of protocols can significantly reduce the risk of cross-infection in tooth extraction procedures. Therefore, it is recommended that similar counseling be held routinely to ensure consistent and sustainable implementation of infection prevention in the Puskesmas environment.

Oral health is an important aspect in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly. However, the elderly often face challenges in maintaining oral hygiene due to decreased physical abilities, changes in cognitive status, and lack of knowledge and access to dental health services. This study aims to identify factors that influence oral hygiene in the elderly and to develop an effective community-based intervention to improve oral hygiene among the elderly. The methods used in this study included a survey of knowledge, attitudes, and oral hygiene practices before and after counseling, as well as direct observation of oral hygiene in 50 elderly in the local community. The intervention was carried out through counseling, training, and providing support from family and community. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge of the elderly, from 60% before counseling to 85% after. Positive attitudes also increased, with more than 80% of the elderly showing a stronger intention to maintain oral hygiene independently. Oral hygiene practices also improved, with 75% of participants reporting brushing their teeth at least twice a day after the intervention, compared to 40% before the intervention. In addition, family and community support play an important role in facilitating these behavioral changes. The conclusion of this study is that a comprehensive community-based intervention is effective in improving oral hygiene in the elderly. This approach, which combines education, attitude change, and social support, can be a model adopted in oral health programs in other communities to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

This Mabadi'ul Fiqhiyah book explains or contains related Islamic religious laws. with daily worship practices. The aim of this research is first, namely to find out what values ??are contained in prayer according to the study of the Mabadi'ul Fiqhiyah book, secondly, namely to find out the application of values ??in prayer according to the study of the Mabadi'ul Fiqhiyah book. Research shows that the values ??of prayer in the book mabadiul fiqhiyah are getting closer to Allah SWT, reassuring the soul, educating time discipline, educating obedience and order, maintaining cleanliness. The values ??of the prayer service in the Mabadiul Fiqhiyah book are a means to perfect the prayer service and are a medium to get closer to Allah SWT.

Karo is a district in the province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. The capital of this district is located in Kabanjahe sub-district. Karo Regency is located on the Karo plateau, in the Bukit Barisan mountains. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the strategies used to develop the attractiveness of the Berastagi fruit market for tourists. The research method in this journal is quantitative research. The quantitative research used is survey research. This research collects data obtained from the Karo community. The result of this research is that the government is participating in developing the attraction for tourist attractions in Berastagi, namely the fruit market.
