Digital marketing is a skill that many people really need to learn in order to increase their knowledge and prepare themselves for a successful career in the future, increase creativity and be innovative. In an effort to increase national knowledge, one of the activities that students need to carry out is KPPM which is an activity that focuses on community service. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research method which is used to research and describe the positive influence on the implementation of training activities carried out by IAKN Tarutung students in Purba Dolok village, namely KKN in the form of PKM. So this type of research is also based on factual data and field data, where the researcher goes directly into the field to see directly the conditions that are the subject of the research. As a result of the training activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the participants can understand the material presented by the resource person and also increase the insight and knowledge of the training participants.
 

Sexual Violence against children is a serious problem that requires in-depth attention in the context of legal protection of victim. In the case of Herry Wirawan, involving 13 (thirteen) victims of sexual assault in Bandung, has raised controversy over the reimbursement charged to the state. In it’s ruling, the chamber of Judges of PN Bandung sentenced Herry Wirawan to life sentence and ordered the payment of restitution to the victims. However, there are questions about the legality of the payment of restitution, especially since the perpetrators have been sentenced to life imprisonment, which is incompatible with Article 67 2023 of the Covenant. This study uses a normative approach to analyze this problem, focusing one the case of Herry Wirawan. The result showed a gap between the legal process and the victim’s need to obtain adequate compensation for the suffering they suffered. In addition, there are problems related to the minimality of the claim for restitution made by the victim and the implementation of restitution that is not always smooth. Implementation of restitution in legal practice still faces a minimum victim awareness and understanding of their rights as well as the perpetrator’s ability to pay restitution. The study highlights the need to raise victim awareness, improve law enforcement mechanism, and provide adequate support service. In addition, recommendations for improvement of relevant policy or legal practice are also identified. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the complexity of the restitution process in cases of sexual violence in Indonesia and provide a basis for improving legal protection for victims.

Seiring perkembangan jaman, penggunaan digitalisasi juga sudah merambah pada seluruh lapisan masyarakat tidak peduli bagaimana status sosial mereka. Hal inilah yang membuat pendidikan harus tanggap dan dapat secara konsisten dalam integrasi digitalisasi ke dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik yang merupakan bagian dari masyarakat dapat terbiasa dan mulai memiliki kompetensi yang memang sudah berkembang sesuai tuntutan jaman. Namun sayangnya masih banyak sekolah yang masih kesulitan dalam mengimplementasikan integrasi digitalisasi ke dalam proses pembelajaran baik sebagai kajian ilmu maupun media, bahkan diantaranya tidak menyadari apakah sekolahnya siap untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi ini. Oleh karena itu untuk menyiapkan digitalisasi pembelajaran, perlu dianalisis terlebih dahulu bagaimana kesiapan sekolah dalam menyambut era digitalisasi ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lanjutan dari penelitian pengembangan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada uji coba skala terbatas di beberapa sekolah, yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan tinjauan dan kajian secara nasional sehingga diperoleh produk yang valid berskala nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen pengukuran tingkat digitalisasi yang dikembangkan, sejalan dengan fokus penelitian ini yakni sebagai tahapan uji coba skala terbatas. Selain itu juga dilakukan wawancara tak terstruktur dan observasi untuk memperkuat data yang terambil. Jumlah sekolah yang menjadi responden adalah 10 Sekolah Dasar di Bengkayang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 80% sekolah terkategori belum siap, sedangkan yang siap mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi hanya 20%. Hasil penilaian dari raport pendidikan juga menunjukkan hal yang sama.

Transgender atau transseksual adalah individu yang memiliki identitas gender atau ekspresi gender yang tidak selaras dengan jenis kelamin ketika ia dilahirkan. Individu tersebut memiliki resiko tinggi pada permasalahan psikologis yang disebabkan adanya perbedaan antara jenis kelamin ketika lahir dengan perasaan menjadi pria atau wanita. Beberapa cara mereka upayakan untuk dapat menyelaraskan penampilan, jenis kelamin, dan identitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran Psychological Well-being pada Transsexual Male-to-Female. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga (3) wanita transpuan yang sudah melakukan operasi perubahan kelamin dan identitasnya, serta secara terbuka telah mendeklarasikan status identitas seksual kepada keluarganya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subyek memiliki profil Psychological Well-being yang baik, Subyek 2 dan 3 memiliki ke-6 dimensi PWB. Sedangkan Subyek 1 kurang optimal pada dimensi tujuan hidup dan pengembangan diri. Hal ini subyek cenderung puas dengan kondisi saat ini dan merasa sudah berumur untuk memulai sesuatu yang baru.    

Artikel ini membahas upaya Mahasiswa KPK UKSW dan Jemaat Komsel 5 gereja GBI Ola Et Labora Buksuling Salatiga dalam mengoptimalkan akses air bersih di Kecamatan Argomulyo sebagai respons terhadap krisis air bersih dan sanitasi. Fokus pada daerah Bendosari Kumpulrejo dan Nobokulon yang terdampak kekeringan, artikel ini menjelaskan urgensi SDGs ke-6, menyoroti dampak keterbatasan akses air bersih terhadap kesehatan, sosial, dan ekonomi masyarakat. Program air bersih tidak hanya menanggulangi masalah fisik, tetapi juga membangun landasan sosial untuk mencapai keadilan, kesejahteraan, dan kesetaraan. Kolaborasi quad-helix antara mahasiswa, gereja, pemerintah, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan program, menciptakan sinergi dalam pemecahan masalah air bersih secara holistik. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya partisipasi aktif dan kolaborasi dalam mencapai tujuan SDGs ke-6, membuktikan bahwa program ini tidak hanya memberikan akses air bersih, tetapi juga membentuk masyarakat yang berdaya, sehat, dan berkelanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the business development of mas tri meatball stalls using the Break Even Point (BEP) approach during January to February. The location of the tri mas meatball stall is located at Kilo meter 10 Sorong, Southwest Papua.The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used was a question and answer interview technique for meatball stall owners. The results of the research obtained are: The January 2024 Break Even Point is IDR 8,13,387,298. The February 2024 break even point is IDR 12,647,059. The results of this study show that profit planning has increased in February 2024.

<p>Setiap perusahaan perlu memikirkan cara dalam meningkatkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki agar dapat mendorong kemajuan perusahaan. Salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan mempertahankan motivasi. Faktor kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada BPR Weleri Makmur Kantor Pusat Gayamsari Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 pegawai. Analisis menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi, variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.</p><p><em>Every company needs to think about ways to improve the performance of its employees in order to encourage the company's progress. One of the keys to improving employee performance is to maintain motivation. Compensation factors and the work environment can increase employee motivation and performance. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at BPR Weleri Makmur, Gayamsari Semarang Head Office. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaires to collect data. The sample in this study was 64 employees. The analysis uses SmartPLS to test structural equations. The research results show that compensation variables do not affect employee performance variables, work environment variables have no effect on employee performance variables, compensation variables have no effect on motivation variables, work environment variables have an effect on motivation variables, motivation variables affect employee performance, and motivation variables mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.</em></p><p> </p>

Data diambil dari para Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada lima Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di Kabupaten Demak sebanyak 203 responden. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis SEM, dan alat analisis adalah AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel rotasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi motivasi kerja terbukti tidak berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh total terbesar terhadap motivasi kerja dan juga memberikan pengaruh total terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p><p align="left"><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work rotation on the performance of Civil Servants at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri within the Ministry of Religion of Demak Regency with work motivation as an intervening variable. Data was taken from Civil Servants at five State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Demak Regency, totaling 203 respondents. The approach in this study was quantitative, using the SEM analysis method, and the analytical tool was AMOS 22. The results showed a significant influence of leadership and organizational culture variables on work motivation and employee performance. Meanwhile, the work rotation variable does not significantly affect work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation is proven to act as an intervening variable mediating leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. However, work motivation is proven not to act as an intervening variable mediating job rotation on employee performance. Leadership has the most significant total influence on work motivation and also has the most significant total influence on employee performance.</em></p></div></td></tr></tbody></table>

Collaborative KKN is a service activity by students consisting of several universities. Our KKN location is in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The main work program carried out by KKN Collaboration 229 students is to help Kepatihan Village MSMEs in the field of packaging and branding. Through the PANACOTTA work program, the KKN 229 group carries the theme of entrepreneurial development, entitled "Packaging Update and Branding Optimization". The purpose of this research is to find out strategies and help Kepatihan MSME players in optimizing packaging and branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data analysis process is carried out with workshops/socialization and assistance from the data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that the Kepatihan community's MSMEs can increase community productivity, which is largely purely handmade. Collaborative KKN 229 students help and assist the community to optimize packaging and branding. For example, making logos, stickers, videos, banners, and social media. In terms of marketing, many of the communities sell their products door to door.
 

This study aims to determine the effect of mobile banking and services on BRI Bank customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, which was chosen because the researcher used his own judgment in selecting members of the population who were considered to be able to provide information, and the number of samples used was 150 respondents. The research results were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The data quality test in this study is the Person Correlation validity test, the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. For the classic assumption test using the normality test,. For the hypothesis test used in this study, namely multiple linear regression, t test and determination coefficient (R2 test). The results of this study indicate that mobile banking and service have a positive and significant effect on BRI Bank customer satisfaction.
