This activity aims to utilize household organic waste into liquid organic fertilizer (POC) in Jati Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Organic waste that generally comes from leftover food and vegetables is often just thrown away and causes an unpleasant odor and environmental pollution. Through counseling and practice of making POC, the community is expected to be able to process organic waste into fertilizer that is beneficial for plants. The method used involves counseling on the importance of processing organic waste, as well as practical steps in making POC, including preparation of materials, cutting, mixing with supporting materials such as brown sugar and EM4, fermentation process, filtering, and storage. The results of the activity show that the community has become more aware of the importance of processing organic waste and can practice making POC independently in their respective homes. This program not only reduces the amount of waste disposed of to landfills (TPA) but also increases soil fertility and contributes to environmental sustainability

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Earning per Share (EPS) on Share Prices (HS) and the role of EPS in organizations or companies in the construction and housing sectors. /property and real estate. The decision to select this study was based on the importance of this sector as an indicator of the country's economic health. Data was obtained from the annual financial reports of these organizations registered on the IDX from 2019 - 2021, using a purposive sampling technique. Quantitative method with a descriptive approach and path analysis to analyze data using SPSS software. The research results show that these three factors have a partial effect on share prices, with earnings per share (EPS) proven to be able to mediate the effect of return on assets (ROA) on share prices (HS). However, earnings per share (EPS) was not able to mediate the effect of return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin (NPM) on share prices (HS). These results indicate that investors in the property and real estate sector consider profitability and operational efficiency as indicators of company performance that have the potential to influence share prices. This research has several limitations, such as company coverage, the adjusted r-square value which influences share prices by 35.4%, and has not considered other factors that can mediate return on equity (ROE) and net profit margin (NPM) on share prices.

Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>

On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. Tempe is a traditional Indonesian food, a processed product made from soybeans which is formed from the Rhizopus Sp type mold, especially from the R. oligosporus species through a fermentation process. The tempeh production process needs to be improved in terms of time efficiency, cost, workmanship effectiveness and nutrition. This improvement can be done by boiling the soybeans in an autoclave. Soybeans contain antioxidant compounds in the form of isoflavones, tocopherol and ascorbate. Antioxidants are really needed by the body as an antidote to free radicals because they work by donating one electron to compounds that are oxidants so that the negative impact of oxidants can be inhibited. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of boiling time for soybeans (Glycine max L.) in an autoclave on phytochemical compounds (total polyphenols, total flavonoids and antioxidants) as well as the sensory properties (color and compactness) of soybean tempeh. This research method uses a non-factorial experimental design prepared with RAL (Completely Randomized Design) which consists of 1 factor, namely the length of boiling soybeans in an autoclave with 4 treatment levels P1 (5 minutes), P2 (10 minutes), P3 (20 minutes), P4 (30 minutes) and each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed that the highest total phenolic content and total flavonoid content were obtained from soybean tempeh with soybean tempeh treatment in an autoclave for 5 minutes, namely 5.33 mgGAE/g and 0.121 mgQE/g, while the highest antioxidant activity was obtained from soybean tempeh with boiling treatment. soya bean. in an autoclave for 30 minutes, namely 11.32%

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supply chain management on company performance with competitive advantage as a mediating variable in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The sample in this study used culinary SMEs as the object of research. While the method used in sampling is purposive sampling. Samples were taken as many as 344 respondents with the criteria of culinary SMEs in Magelang Regency which had a minimum workforce of 5 people and the business was over 2 years old. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that supply chain management and competitive advantage partially have a positive effect on company performance, supply chain management has a positive effect on competitive advantage, and competitive advantage has an effect on company performance, and competitive advantage can mediate supply chain management relationships on company performance.

This research aims to explore the impact of implementing shalawat on the level of student self-confidence at SDN 16 Bansa. Shalawat is prayer and praise to the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is often practiced in the daily lives of Muslims. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design, involving two groups: an experimental group that followed the application of shalawat and a control group that did not. The instrument used was a questionnaire to measure students' level of self-confidence before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results of the research show that the application of shalawat has a significant positive impact on increasing the level of student self-confidence at SDN 16 Bansa.
 
 

In company activities, human resources play a very dominant role. The success or failure of a company in achieving its goals really depends on the ability of its human resources or employees to carry out the tasks given. Therefore, all matters that include human resources must be an important concern for management so that employees have job satisfaction which is manifested in high work performance so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In the bento cafe Godean Yogyakarta which was used as a sample in this research, there were only 10 employees. The data used in this research is primary data resulting from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The application program used by SPSS carries out instrument testing and data analysis. The instrument tests carried out in this research were validity tests and reliability tests. And the analysis used is the multiple linear analysis method, F test, t test and the type of research used in this research is associative type to determine the effect of the coefficient of determination R^2. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the better and more conducive the organizational culture implemented at Bento Cafe Godean, the higher the level of job satisfaction felt by employees. The more conducive and comfortable the work environment at Bento Cafe Godean, both physically and non-physically, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction. These two factors, namely organizational culture and work environment, provide a strong contribution in increasing employee job satisfaction at Bento Cafe Godean.

Fifth grade elementary school teachers are able to determine their students' reading literacy abilities. The aim of the research is to narrate the fifth grade reading literacy skills from the perspective of the fifth grade elementary school teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used was interviews. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive qualitative data analysis to discuss research results and determine conclusions. There were 26 fifth grade students who were the subjects of the research. The research results showed that fifth grade students had good reading literacy skills in understanding various fiction and non-fiction texts, although there were three students with special needs who were still having difficulties. There are 26 out of 26 students who regularly borrow and read various books in the library every Friday. Morning literacy and literacy activities every Friday after gymnastics make students' literacy skills better. There were also 23 out of 26 students who were able to understand the content of reading fairy tales, short stories, explanatory texts, math story problems and thematic lesson material. This research can be applied for consideration by teachers in improving the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students.

The aim of this research is to create different views on the two genders' linguistic characteristics, so that in language they are both seen as having different characteristics. So basically language, gender and culture are related. In society, women are seen as gentle and emotional, while men are seen as firm and strong. Not only are women gentle and emotional, women are also known to often say things that contain uncertainty. In expressing this uncertainty, women often use a syntactic tool called a tag question. It could be said that the women and men who often use tag questions are women (Hidayati, 2016:12). This proves that men are more confident in what they say than women. Tag questions are used by women to confirm what they are saying to their interlocutor (Hidayati, 2010:11). From the explanation above, it indicates that linguistic characteristics can be found in films.
