This paper explains the Deviations of Ma'had Al-Zaytun's Teachings Against Islamic Law, where the activity is in a ma'had or pondok in Indramayu, Central Java. During the leadership of Prof. Dr. KH. Abdusallam Rasyidi Panji Gumilang has recently reaped a lot of controversy because the teachings applied at the education center are contrary to Islamic religious laws or teachings, such as the prayer rows that are spaced apart and the mixing of male and female rows, Hajj can be carried out in Indramayu, adheres to Bung Karno's and Ma'had's understandings also say that sins can be redeemed with money. It also describes rebuttals regarding teachings in Al-Zaytun which are considered deviant and far from Islamic values ​​and law. to discuss related to deviant teachings in ma'had Al-Zaytun that are contrary to Islamic religious law, and the author will also look for what are the factors that underlie the ma'had carrying out teachings that are not in accordance with religious law or Islamic Shari'a which should.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Determinan Pengungkapan Sukarela Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 21 Perusahaan Sub Sektor Pertanian yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021. Sampel penelitianini sebanyak 18 perusahaan dikali 3 tahun sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adaalah 54data keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Uji kesesuaian dengan menggunakan uji statistis t dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain dianggap konstan. Berdasarkan pengujian statistik t dikertahui bahwa variabel Profitabilitas(X1) dan Ukuran Perusahaan(X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y). Sedangkan variabel Leverage (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y).Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan didapatkan hasil probabilitas F – statistic sebesar 0.004358< 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variable bebas berpengaruh terhadap variable terikat. Dengan ini maka variabel X1, X2 dan X3 secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y).Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa hasil adjusted R2 dari variabel-variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0.682797atau 68.2%. Hal ini berarti bahwa 68.2% dari Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y) dipengaruhi dan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yakni Profitabilitas (X1), Leverage(X2) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (X3). Sedangkan 31.8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lainnya diluar model regresi.

In the process of teaching and learning in schools conducted by subject teachers, of course, they experience various kinds of obstacles. This problem hit both students and educators which in the end caused the teaching and learning process to be not conducive. In addition to the non-conducive atmosphere during the learning process, it also results in difficulties for students to capture or accept the material provided by the subject teacher. Besides that, many teachers use the lecture learning method in learning, where the presentation of teaching is through explanations and oral narrative by the teacher to students about a material topic. The lecture method is considered a less effective method because it is a non-participatory monologue.
Real or familiar objects that we see directly provide actions such as grasping and manipulation. This will shape the future neural processing for cognition, action and memory. This study aims to determine student responses to social studies learning by using real objects at MI Sabilal Muhtadin Kapuas Hulu. This can be seen from the increasingly solid understanding and student learning outcomes of the material presented by the teacher, learning completeness increased from each cycle I (68% ) Cycle II (88%). The conclusions through the results of this research show that the use of real objects can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan citra perempuan dalam Novel Bukan Aku yang Dia Inginkan Karya Sari Fatul Husni. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah bersumber dari data premier yaitu data yang didapat dalam novel. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini berupa keterangan yang dijadikan objek kajian, yaitu setiap kata, kalimat, dan kalimat ungkapan yang mendukung aspek citra diri perempuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis teks dalam novel dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan citra perempuan tangguh dalam Novel Bukan Aku yang Dia Inginkan Karya Sari Fatul Husni yang digambarkan melalui kepribadian dan prilaku seperti, berani memulai sesuatu, bertekad untuk menang, tabah dalam menghadapi cobaan, pantang menyerah, untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh orang lain, bisa menenangkan hati dan pikiran orang-orang yang ada disekitarnya, mempunyai kesabaran yang besar, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap keluarga.
 
 

Pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap initial return sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan mengetahui pengaruh tersebut pihak perusahaan sektor consumer goods bisa lebih mengoptimalkan tingkat profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas diwaktu yang akan datang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Peneliti ini dilakukan dalam waktu 5 tahun dari tahun 2017-2021 pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang melakukan IPO. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, solvabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Secara Bersama-sama variabel independent tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, hal itu dibuktikan nilai R2 sebesar 0.046 atau sebesar 4,6%.

The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created  social  grade  which  lead to the conflict.  This became  a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the  racism  in  such  movie.  The  researcher  used  a  qualitative  descriptive method,  and  the  research  material  was  a dialogue  from  the  movie  "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The  Butler  movie.  Attitudes  is  a  pattern  of  thinking  or  feeling  about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice  rarely  occured  in the  social  life  because  black  people  can  not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

Salah satu pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil sektor informal yang merasakan dampak signifikan dari pandemi Covid-19 adalah Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi bisnis pedagang kaki lima agar mampu mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya dalam usaha-usaha yang akan dilakukan (PKL) di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif. Subjek peneilitian ini berju mlah 7 pedagang kaki lima di SD Karangasem. Dari hasil penelitian, Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Pedagang kaki lima di tengah pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial, antara lain, facebook, instagram, Whatsapp, telegram, serta tergabung dalam usaha online lainnya seperti shopee, go-food, dan grap-food. Dengan menggunakan media sosial pembeli dan pedagang dengan mudahnya melakukan transaksi tanpa harus bersentuhan. maka dapat diuraikan bahwa strategi bertahan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dengan memperhatikan daya beli konsumen di masa pandemi covid-19 ini.
