The Number Of Respondents In This Study Was 38 People, With The Implementation Of The Study Taking Place FromNovember 9, 2024 Until Completion. The Approaches Used Include Quantitative And Qualitative Approaches, With Data Analysis Techniques In The Form Of Multiple Linear Regression. The Results Of The Study Indicate That There Is A Significant Influence Between Work Discipline And Employee Performance At The Faculty Of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University. The Results Show That T Count Is 2.010, T Table Is 2.898, And The Significant Number Is 0.050 ? 0.05, Which Indicates That H0 Is Rejected And Ha Is Accepted.

Takokak fruit contains bioactive compounds that can be used as antidiabetics. This study aims to identify bioactive compounds of ethanol extract of takokak fruit and antidiabetic test of n-Hexane fraction. The method used to obtain the extract is maceration using ethanol . Antidiabetic testing is carried out through in vivo testing with the Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) method on white rats. Secondary metabolites are compounds contained in taakokak fruit that are identified as flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids and terpenoids . The results of the antidiabetic test showed that the n-Hexane fraction with glibencamide as a comparator has the ability as an antidiabetic in terms of the amount of difference in blood glucose levels in the test animal group from T 30 to T 120 . The average decrease in blood glucose levels in the negative control group (Na-CMC) was 108.67 mg/dL, the positive control group ( glibencamide ) 174.67 mg/dL, the 5% concentration fraction group 35.33 mg/dL, the 10% concentration fraction group 30.67 mg/dL, the 20% concentration fraction group 47.67 mg/dL.

Takokak fruit is one of the plants that can be used to lower blood sugar levels. The test results showed that takokak fruit contains flavonoids, steroids, and tannins. Fractionation is the process of extracting compounds from the extract using two types of solvents that do not mix with each other. The results of the antidiabetic test showed that the ethyl acetate fraction with glibenclamide as a comparator had the ability as an antidiabetic measured by the amount of difference in the decrease in blood glucose levels in the test animal group T?? to T???. From the results obtained, the average decrease in blood glucose levels in the negative control group (Na CMC) was 5.8 mg/dL, the positive control group (Glibenclamide) 21.03 mg/dL, and the fraction group 9.86 mg/dL. Takokak fruit has antidiabetic activity. Compounds that have antidiabetic activity are flavonoids, tannins, and steroids.

There are two types of marriage guardians: first, nasab guardians, namely guardians whose guardianship rights are based on blood relations. The emergence of the Itsbat Nikah provision is also related to the issue of the status of marriage registration. There are two views on the issue of the status of marriage registration, the first view states that marriage registration is only an administrative requirement, not a condition for the validity of a marriage, so marriage registration is only a process of obtaining evidence that a marriage has been carried out by someone, while the second view states that marriage registration is a valid condition for marriage. In this discussion, the author focuses on the consideration of judges who grant itsbat nikah cases where the previous marriage was held using an unofficial guardian or not the KUA head. This is not in accordance with article 23 of the Compilation of Islamic Law “(1) The new guardian judge can act as a marriage guardian if the nasab guardian is absent or impossible to present or his residence is unknown or absent or adlal or reluctant”. The Applicant's marriage guardian in the marriage contract was another person (a local community leader named Selan) due to the Applicant's non-Muslim biological father. The judge considered it as follows:  that a kiyai, cleric or community leader who acts as a marriage guardian in Islamic law is known as wali muhakkam, namely someone who is appointed by the prospective husband and wife to act as a guardian in their marriage.

However, online transactions can cause legal problems. One of the legal problems that often involves the sale and purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer is a breach of contract. Court Decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel is one of the cases of online sale and purchase breach involving Celvin as the buyer as the Plaintiff with Satrya as the owner of the brand "Namastudios" as the Defendant. This article raises the formulation of the problem regarding the legal remedies available to the injured party in the case of an obligation in the decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel involving default in online buying and selling transactions and the implications of the decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel on consumer protection in online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia.
 

Hypertension is one of the leading non-communicable diseases causing global mortality, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. The elderly, as a group vulnerable to hypertension, often lack access to education and motivation to engage in physical activities. This study aims to raise awareness among the elderly about hypertension prevention through physical activity in the form of hypertension exercises and education on the benefits of tomato juice. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method conducted in Perumahan Batara RW 13, Tasikmalaya City, targeting elderly individuals at risk of hypertension.Data were collected through participatory observation and informal interviews, then analyzed based on success indicators. The findings show that this program successfully enhanced community knowledge about hypertension, encouraged active participation in physical activities, and motivated participants to utilize tomato juice as a preventive measure against hypertension. The high enthusiasm of participants during discussions and their willingness to adopt healthy lifestyles indicated the program's success. With improvements in implementation aspects, this program has the potential to be adopted in other regions as a community empowerment strategy to enhance elderly health.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality offered through the Tokopedia application on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis and linear regression testing with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 110 respondents from active Tokopedia users, whose data was collected through an online survey. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The average product quality score of respondents was 4.16, which shows consumer satisfaction with the products available. Factors such as durability, noise, and conformity to specifications are important indicators for exuding product quality. This research also shows that the features in the Tokopedia application help improve consumer perceptions of product quality. Therefore, in order for Tokopedia to remain competitive in the e-commerce market, its main focus is developing application functionality and improving product quality

This article investigates how media coverage shapes public perception of migration issues, analyzing news reports, editorials, and social media content. By focusing on themes of security, economy, and humanitarian concerns, the study evaluates the role of media in influencing opinions and policy debates on migration. Findings indicate that media framing can significantly sway public attitudes, highlighting the need for balanced reporting.

Acts of sexual violence are a complex problem and a real threat, both physical and non-physical, that must be prevented and handled seriously, professionally and responsibly. However, the fact is that cases still continue to occur and the resolution of sexual violence cases has not met expectations. Sexual violence in question is non-physical sexual harassment, physical sexual harassment, forced contraception, forced marriage, sexual torture, sexual exploitation and electronic-based sexual violence.

Perpustakaan memainkan peran penting sebagai media informasi yang mendukung keberhasilan akademik mahasiswa, terutama di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Workshop ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami peran perpustakaan dalam menyediakan akses terhadap berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan dan penelitian mahasiswa di bidang ekonomi dan bisnis Islam. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan menyediakan berbagai sumber informasi penting, seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel yang secara khusus membahas tentang ekonomi dan bisnis islam. Fasilitas ini tidak hanya memperkaya sumber belajar bagi siswa, tetapi juga memberikan ruang yang kondusif untuk belajar mandiri dan diskusi kelompok. Meskipun perpustakaan telah menjadi sumber informasi yang penting, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan dalam memperbarui koleksi dan akses terhadap sumber informasi internasional. Workshop ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengumpulan dan aksesibilitas sumber informasi, serta pengembangan kemampuan pengelolaan informasi, akan sangat meningkatkan kontribusi perpustakaan terhadap proses pembelajaran dan penelitian mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam. Implikasi dari temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengelola perpustakaan universitas meningkatkan layanan dan sumber daya yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik mahasiswa, sehingga dapat mendukung keberhasilan akademik mereka dengan lebih efektif.
