Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja bendahara pengeluaran dan pembantu bendahara pengeluaran dalam hal penatausahaan keuangan di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Kupang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa kinerja bendahara pengeluaran dan pembantu bendahara pengeluaran masih rendah ditunjukkan dengan masih banyak terjadi permasalahan keuangan pada tahap penatausahaan sampai tahap pertanggungjawaban keuangan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Kupang. Untuk itu, sistem pengendalian internal sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperbaiki kinerja di unit tersebut.

<p>Era digitalisasi perkembangan marketplace sebagai E-Commerce menjadi platform utama bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Marketplace E-Commerce Shopee menjadi platform yang banyak digunakan dalam hal penjualan produk secara digital marketing. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>

Banjir merupakan bencana alam dengan jumlah terbesar di Indonesia. Satu dari banyak wilayah yang menjadi langganan banjir adalah Kecamatan Sayung di Kabupaten Demak Provinsi Jawa tengah. Salah satu penyumbang debit banjir di daerah Sayung sungai Gonjol dimana memiliki dua peran yaitu penampungan debit air yang bersumber dari curah hujan dan penampungan debit air saat terjadi pasang air laut. Tujuan analisis hidrologi pada DAS Gonjol adalah untuk mengetahui debit banjir rencana periode ulang yang dapat digunakan dalam merencanakan penanggulangan banjir di Kecamatan Sayung Demak. Dalam Perhitungan debit banjir ini memakai data curah hujan maksimum yang didapat dari Stasiun Hujan Pucang Gading. Hasil Penelitian ini didapatkan grafik Intensitas hujan selama 24 jam untuk periode ulang 2, 8, 10, 20, 50 dan 100 tahun dan debit banjir maksimum DAS Gonjol yang didapat adalah Q2 (43,77m3/sec) , Q5 (51,73 m3/sec), Q10 (55,95 m3/sec), Q20 (59,40m3/det), Q50 (63,23 m3/sec), Q100 (65,87 m3/sec)

The teacher's role is very important in implementing the curriculum as well as in learning activities. Therefore, the activities carried out by the teacher need to be supervised or assisted so that the vision and mission of learning activities can be carried out properly. With the completion of academic supervision, it is hoped that there will be  real support for teachers in developing their abilities to achieve curriculum goals. This study aims to evaluate supervision activities which consist of three stages, starting from planning academic supervision, implementing academic supervision, and following up on academic supervision. The case study in this research is at MTs Plus Sabilunnajah which is in Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research at the planning stage have been carried out properly, the school principal carries out supervision planning by requesting the results of regular meetings. In the next stage, namely the implementation stage, the principal assesses every aspect of supervision starting from the suitability of the lesson plans with learning activities, learning processes, teacher performance, and classroom management by the teacher. From the results of the supervision implementation, it is known that there are some discrepancies between the RPP and the implementation of learning in the classroom. Another obstacle in the implementation of supervision is the schedule of supervision activities which are often delayed if the principal has an urgent need
 

In the working area of ??the Sijamapolang Community Health Center, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, stunting is still relatively common. Stunting is important to handle because it concerns the quality of human resources. Stunting, apart from being a risk of hampering physical growth and susceptibility to disease, also causes barriers to cognitive development which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future. Stunting can be caused by various factors, including low nutritional intake in the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetus to a two-year-old baby. Apart from that, poor sanitation facilities, lack of access to clean water, and lack of environmental cleanliness are also causes of stunting. Poor hygiene conditions mean that the body has to fight extra hard against sources of disease, thus hampering the absorption of nutrients. Basically, stunting can be prevented from an early age. Of course, this can be done by increasing the family's insight or knowledge, especially mothers, regarding stunting prevention. By looking at the problems of these partners, the Community Partnership program aims to provide knowledge and information to the community so they can prevent and overcome the problem of stunting. The results achieved in this activity, namely, participants have knowledge about: the definition of stunting and its characteristics, the causes of stunting, the impacts of stunting, how to prevent and overcome stunting
 

Technology is very embedded in our lives and our daily activities. The development of this technology makes many jobs easier. This technology can also solve many problems, one of which is business problems. The solution to the problems at the Mbledeq Restaurant can be overcome by creating a Website-Based Payroll System, which includes calculating employee salaries according to attendance, inputting employee data, and reporting employee pay slips. Building a web-based application system that can be used to meet the needs of Mbledeq Restaurant employees, this website-based website is expected to help the Admin process Mbledeq Restaurant payroll data and display details of salary slips received during one month of work. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD ). RAD is considered very suitable for this research because it is known to be fast in developing information systems. The method in this research consists of requirements planning, system design, and implementation. By considering the design, implementation, and objectives of creating an employee salary information system at MbledeQ Cafe&Resto Gresik, it can be concluded that building an employee salary information system at MbledeQ Cafe&Resto Gresik so that the employee salary information system becomes a comfortable place for employees to find their pay slips. The salary information system generates attendance reports, salaries & pay slips, which can be given to future employees and also makes it easier for admins to calculate employee salaries.

Styrofoam digunakan sebagai bahan utama pengganti agreagat kasar guna mendapatkan beton ringan dengan berat volume menjadi kurang dari 1900 kg/m3 dan juga memiliki kuat tekan beton minimum 100 kg/cm2 dengan cara membuat benda uji berbentuk silinder Ø15-30 cm dengan perbandingan volume komposisi 1 yaitu 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Styrofoam,  perbandingan  volume  komposisi 2 yaitu 1Pc : 1.5Pasir : 2, 5Styrofoam dan perbandingan komposisi 3 yaitu 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik styrofoam tersebut yang digunakan sebagai pengganti agregat kasar tidak memenuhi syarat untuk beton mutu tinggi karena berat volume styrofoam hanya diangka 0,095 kg/ltr, Berat volume yang diperoleh untuk komposisi 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Styrofoam adalah 1278,89 kg/m3, komposisi 1Pc: 1,5 Pasir: 2,5 Styrofoam adalah 1242,56 kg/m3, dan komposisi 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam adalah 1097,88 kg/m3, jika dibandingkan dengan beton konvensional dengan komposisi 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Kerikil adalah 2387,73 kg/m3 yang mempunyai selisih berat kurang lebih 46,43%, karakteristik kuat tekan beton untuk komposisi 1Pc : 1,5Pasir : 2,5Styrofoam 84,73 kg/cm2 dan komposisi 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam 71,93 kg/cm2 termasuk dalam klasifikasi beton mutu B0 (<100 kg/cm2), sedangkan kuat tekan karakteristik untuk komposisi 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam adalah 107,13 kg/cm2 (>100 kg/cm2)

This paper is aimed to see whether the government's discourse to form a special land court is the only way to answer the problem of resolving land cases in Indonesia.The settlement of land cases in Indonesia often experiences obstacles, this has led to the government's discourse to form a special court to handle land cases that occur. Conducting this research is crucial to ensure that complicated land problems are promptly resolved without further increasing the losses that the involved parties have to endure. This research was conducted using a normative juridical method by conducting studies on legislation, expert opinions and decisions on cases that have occurred in Indonesia. This research has novel value in offering other solutions than establishing land courts, namely by strengthening existing courts so that land cases can be resolved thoroughly and maximally without the need to go through two courts. The discourse on the establishment of a land court becomes a problem that needs to be observed considering that the establishment of a special land court may not necessarily be able to completely resolve land cases. From this research, it will be shown that there are other solutions in simplifying and handling land cases other than the establishment of a special land court.

Behavior about clean and healthy living in educational institutions is an effort to empower students, teachers and the community in the school environment to know, want to do and be able to practice a set of behaviors on the basis of awareness as learning outcomes, so that they are independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment . Behavior regarding clean and healthy living is an indicator of achievement in improving health in the 2015-2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program. In the SDGs, behavior regarding clean and healthy living is one of the prevention strategies with short-term impacts for improving health in regional settings, namely schools, families and communities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, school-age children and adolescents were at risk of contracting COVID-19 due to their high activity and tendency to group. However, due to their good immune system, often COVID-19 in this group shows no symptoms or only mild symptoms, so they are often ignored and have the potential to spread to people around them. The impact of COVID-19 on school-age children and adolescents can affect their physical and mental health. Based on the description above, the authors conducted research on the effect of implementing UKS activities on Clean and Healthy Behavior. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation study design with the type of research used is Analytical Observational. The research was conducted at Middle School 2 Kualuh Leidong, North Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra Province in March -May 2022 with a sample size of 70 respondents. Sampling in this study used a probability sampling technique with proportional stratified sampling. Data analysis in this study includes Univariate and Bivariate Analysis with the provision that if ρ ≤ α 0.05 then there is an influence or relationship between the two variables. The results of the study obtained a p value of 0.000 which means that there is an influence of the School Health Business program on Clean and Healthy Behavior. It is hoped that the puskesmas staff will socialize the school health program and activity plan, complete facilities that support clean and healthy behavior and further increase school involvement and collaboration with parties related to the implementation of activity programs or clean and healthy living in the working area of the Tanjung Leidong community health center.
 

<p>Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan salah satu guru SMKN 6 Semarang, agar siswa di SMKN 6 Semarang ini dibekali pengetahuan melalui pelatihan sebelum bekerja di industry <em>hospitality</em> khususnya mengenai <em>service quality</em> yang terdiri dari faktor <em>Reliability,<strong> </strong></em><em>Assurance</em>, <em>Tangible, Empathy</em> dan <em>Responsivenes.</em></p><p><strong>Tujuan:</strong> Tujuan dilakukannya pelatihan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu sehingga siswa siap kerja di industri <em>hospitality </em>sesuai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Dengan bekal pengetahuan tentang <em>service quality</em> di industry <em>hospitality </em>para siswa diharapkan memperoleh wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang pelayanan prima yang nantinya akan dipergunakan pada saat mereka bekerja melayani tamu.</p><p><strong>Metode:</strong> Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah<strong>. </strong>Masing-masing siswa mengikuti dengan antusias selama pelatihan berlangsung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 1 (satu) hari dengan durasi Peningkatan kemampuan adalah 4 (empat) jam, terdiri dari : 30 menit perkenalan, 30 menit untuk persiapan buku <em>check list</em> kebutuhan<em> </em><em>Service Quality, </em>180 menit praktek dan keseluruhan penyusunan kebutuhan <em>Service Quality.</em></p><p><strong>Hasil:</strong> Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah rata-rata seluruh peserta pelatihan memberikan tanggapan positif tentang kegiatan pelatihan pengetahuan dan praktek <em>Reliability, Assurance</em>, <em>Tangible, Empathy, Responsivenes</em> serta memperkenalkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung <em>service quality</em> sehingga pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dinyatakan berhasil mencapai tujuan dan target sesuai yang telah ditetapkan.</p><p><strong>Manfaat/Kontribusi: </strong>Manfaat pengabdian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMKN 6 Semarang diberi rangkaian kegiatan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang <em>Service Quality</em> dalam berbagai bidang sehingga mereka akan terbiasa menghadapi masalah yang terjadi pada saat mereka berada di dunia industri khususnya industri perhotelan.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong> Industri <em>hospitality</em>, <em>Service Quality</em>, kompetensi</p>
