The Islamic capital market is an alternative source of funding as well as an investment vehicle for a company whose operational activities are based on sharia principles. In this case the Islamic capital market affects the level of economic growth of a country.  where when the level of investment is high, the country's economic growth will increase and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method with sources from articles, books and data analysis using descriptive analysis regarding the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia's economic growth is inseparable from the role of Islamic stock investment. Economic growth can be measured with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). GDP  continues to increase over the past few years, as well as the sharia stock market capitalization which is quite stable. Where is the relationship between capitalization Islamic stock market with a positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

Penggunaan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran, metode dan media dalam pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu bidang studi yag sulit dipelajari oleh siswa di sekolah dasar yaitu IPA. Fakta di lapangan ditemukan bahwa guru dalam menyampaikan materi hanya menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi belum optimal, pembelajaran fakta dan konsep masih mengandalkan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar, siswa kurang dilibatkan secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII masih kurang, dan siswa mudah lupa terhadap pelajaran yang telah dipelajarinya karena hanya menghafal tidak secara langsung mengamati media belajar yang nyata sesuai materi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan suatu penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan penerapan metode eksperimen upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar IPA pada Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022. Berdasarkan hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan daya serap kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 68,82% dan 84,49%. Sedangkan peningkatan ketuntasan kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 60,00% dan 90,00%. Dan peningkatan ketuntasan individu pada Siklus I dan II masing-masing sebanyak 12 dan 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode eksperimen memiliki efektivitas dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPA pada siswa Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022.
 
 

Pendidikan pada mulanya tidak pernah memisahkan antara ilmu umum dengan ilmu agama, akan tetapi, semua ilmu, baik yang erat kaitannya dengan persoalan akhirat, maupun dunia, itu semua dikategorikan sebagai ilmu agama Islam secara tekstual terkesan memberikan justifikasi pemaknaan adanya pemetaan epistemologi ilmu pengetahuan, sebagaimana pemberian term kutub ilmu, yaitu qauliyah dan kauniyah, aqliyah dan naqliyah, ukhrawy dan duniawy, hushuly dan hudhury, dan sebagainya. Namun, Islam tidak memisahkan secara radikal kedua kutub ilmu tersebut justru saling terkait, yang qauliyah mewarnai kauniyah, naqliyah memberi inspirasi akliyah, dan seterusnya. Dikotomi ilmu pengetahuan bermula dari Barat karena faktor modernisasi yang bagian dari refleksi pemikiran yang humanism, pluralism, individualism, pragmatism, dan sekularism. filsafat pendidikan beriontasi pada ilahi, ilmu yang diperoleh manusia baik melalui nalarnya ataupun karena diperoleh dengan pengamatan pada lingkungan dan pengalaman yang dilaluinya harus disadari bahwa semuanya itu bersumber dari Allah SWT.

In Indonesia in the last five years, homosexuals still experience discrimination. This condition causes the gay to create new identities that are constructed. Instagram is a medium that is currently widely used by gay in social interactions. This media is used by gays to construct their identity. This study aims to find out how they construct their identity through instragram social media, and what their identity is different in the real world and cyberspace in Bandung. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological study approach. The informants in this study were gay groups in Bandung City, expecially gay young. Sampling technique used to purposive sampling with deep interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study say that one's experience of being gay is driven by internal environmental factors, namely the treatment of discrimination from family members, colleague and friends. The popular features of Instagram used by informants on Instagram are posting photo, video, and comment by share story to post. Gays construct their identity through online and offline media. Researchers found that there were two stages (front stage and back stage) played by gays when interacting with others.

This study was conducted in PT. Geomed Indonesia. The purpose of this study are : (1) To find out the method of recording raw material inventory system at PT. Geomed Indonesia, (2) To find out the procedures that make up the raw material inventory system at PT. Geomed Indonesia, (3) To find out the elements of internal control contained in the accounting system for raw material inventories at PT. Geomed Indonesia, (4) To find out whether the internal control accounting information system for raw material inventories is effective enough for the company. The method of research analysis used is desccriptive qualitative method, with research data sources using primary data and secondary data obtained through interview techniques, observation and literature review. The basoc of the informant principle in this study is 3 people.From the results of study indicate that the internal control accounting information system carried out is quite good because there already is a task separator, manual and computerized recording and supervision of the leadership. However, it is necessary to add the Receiving function within the company to ensure that internal control accounting information system is carried out properly.Keyword : Accounting System, Inventory, Raw Materials

SMA Ky Ageng Giri adalah lembaga pendidikan dalam naungan yayasan yang beralamat di Girikusumo desa Banyumeneng kecamatan Mranggen, kabupaten Demak. Masalah yang sering di hadapi SMA Ky Ageng Giri ini, pencatatan dan perhitungan masih menggunakan sistem manual, penyajian laporan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel yang hasil laporannya berupa lembaran print out, mengakibatkan penumpukan arsip buku dan kesulitan dalam pencarian data. Update dan posting setiap transaksi keuangan belum  bisa dilakukan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat karna pengolahan data semua dilakukan secara manual. Penggunaan komputer yang masih single user dan tidak adanya hak akses yang mengamankan data tersebut sehingga kerahasiaan dokumen dan laporan keuangan  masih dapat dimanipulasi oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.
Sistem informasi keuangan yang baru diharapkan mampu memberikan laporan-laporan keuangan secara cepat dan akurat, serta dapat memberitahukan pendapatan dan pengeluaran setiap hari, tingkat keamanan dapat terjamin karena pada saat masuk ke sistem terdapat password. Dengan adanya database yang berbasis clien server  maka tiap-tiap user akan lebih efektif pada saat bekerja.
