Gula aren dipromosikan sebagai alternatif yang lebih sehat untuk sukrosa karena mengandung mineral, vitamin, antioksidan, dan memiliki indeks glikemik sangat baik. Produk gula aren yang dihasilkan oleh para pelaku usaha masih bersifat klasik berbentuk padat, dengan melewati proses pencetakan memakai batok/ bamboo. Minimnya pengetahuan dan wawasan memberikan efek tidak beraninya pelaku usaha mengambil langkah untuk membuat produk dan kemasan produk berbeda dari yang lain. Hasilnya produk selama ini belum memiliki nilai tambah ekonomi yang maksimal dirasakan oleh para pelaku usaha. Metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terhadap pelaku usaha yang dianggap mampu mewakili 29 para pelaku usaha yang ada terkait permasalahan yang terjadi. Dengan sentuhan kreatifitas inovasi terhadap produk gula aren original/ asli menjadi varian produk yang beragam akan memberikan nilai tambah yang sangat baik dari penampilan produk, kemasan produk, kandungan nutrisi dan terutama nilai tambah ekonomi karena konsumen tertarik dengan pilihan yang beragam dalam membeli produk gula aren. Dari hasil kegiatan ini para pelaku usaha mendapatkan wawasan dan keilmuan yang lebih baik terutama keberanian melakukan kreatifitas dalam hal inovasi varian produk olahan yang berbasis gula aren.

Background: Dental and oral health problems in the community, one of which arises because of behavioral factors or attitudes of ignoring dental and oral hygiene. In Indonesia, dental and oral health problems are relatively high, based on data from the 2018 Basic Health Research that 57.6% of the Indonesian population has dental and oral health problems with 10.2% of dental health workers. Papua Province has dental and oral health problems as of 48. The lowest tooth brushing behavior in Indonesia is 54.4% from the national data of 94.7% with a ratio of dental medical personnel still very low at 8%. Methods: The design of this study used a cross-sectional study, the sample used the Probability Proportional Size sampling technique and obtained 90 respondents, and the data analysis in this study used the chi-square test. Results: Based on the results of research and discussion in this study, the distribution of respondents with knowledge of Dental and oral health with the poor category as much as 58.9%, the sufficient category 20%, and the good category as much as 21.1%, the distribution of respondents who have chewing betel nut behavior is 66.7%, and do not have betel nut chewing behavior 33.3%, and the results of the analysis using the chi-square test obtained p-value 0.000 < = 0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of respondents about dental and oral health with betel nut chewing behavior in the Yapen Islands Regency. It is necessary to do health promotion about dental and oral health in the Yapen Islands Regency. It can increase the knowledge and behavior of adolescent health in maintaining dental and oral health in the Yapen Islands Regency.

Wilayah pesisir Kota Cilacap memiliki peran penting dalam peningkatan perekonomian warga Cilacap. Salah satunya adalah industri energi yang berada di wilayah pesisir Cilacap. PLTU Adipala berperan penting sebagai penyedia listrik untuk seluruh area Jawa Tengah. Karena lokasi PLTU yang berada di wilayah pesisir, menimbulkan berbagai macam permasalahan. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi adalah adanya sedimentasi di daerah dermaga dan alur pelayaran PLTU Adipala. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terganggunya proses pengiriman batu bara. Selain itu adanya gelombang laut yang besar juga menyebabkan terganggunya laju kapal yang ingin menuju dan meninggkalkan area dermaga PLTU Adipala. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kajian mengenai fenomena perubahan morfologi untuk mengetahui penyebab permasalahan dan solusi yang perlu diterapkan untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan simulasi pergerakan pola gelombang dan transport sedimen pada perairan di sekitar PLTU Adipala. Hasil pemodelan kondisi eksisting selama 1 bulan menunjukkan volume sedimen di kolam labuh saat musim barat sebesar 271.947 m3, sedangkan hasil pemodelan setelah adanya bangunan groin menunjukkan volume sedimen di kolam lauh PLTU sebesar 46.529 m3. Pada model yang disimulasikan pada musim timur selama 1 bulan dengan kondisi eksisting menunjukkan volume sedimen di kolam labuh PLTU sebesar 56.027 m3, sedangkan hasil pemodelan setelah adanya bangunan groin menunjukkan volume sedimen di kolam lauh PLTU sebesar 46.984 m3. Berdasarkan hasil dari simulasi model di kolam labuh PLTU menunjukkan pengurangan sejumlah volume sedimentasi karena adanya bangunan groin.

The community service program for planting mangrove trees at Tirang Beach, Semarang aims to increase public awareness of the importance of mangrove ecosystems and improve coastal environmental conditions. This program will be implemented through mangrove tree planting activities and counseling regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment. The method that will be used in this program is data collection through surveys to determine the level of public awareness regarding the importance of mangrove ecosystems and coastal environmental conditions. Furthermore, mangrove tree planting activities will be carried out together with the local community, involving experts in the environmental and fisheries fields. In addition, counseling will be carried out regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment, including as a place for various types of fish and wild animals to live, as well as protecting the coast from abrasion. Through this program, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the importance of preserving mangrove ecosystems and protecting the coastal environment. The expected results of this program are increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the coastal environment and mangrove ecosystems, as well as increasing the number of mangrove trees on Tirang Beach. This program is also expected to be an example for other communities to preserve the environment and encourage the creation of a healthier and more sustainable environment.

Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable.
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:

From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

Kepahiang Regency is ones of largest producing robusta coffee on Bengkulu Province. Many business actors are involved in the activities of this product supply chain system, they are supposed to be lower income This research tried to explain in a detailed and systematic description so that the three activities in the robusta coffee supply chain system in Kepahiang Regency. Snow ball sampling method was used to determine actors sample in Supply Chain System of Robusta Coffee. Secondary data was production, land size, and productifity were collected from Central Bureau of Statistics, Regional Agriculture Office of Kepahiang Regency and coffee consumption was collected from International Coffee Organization. Primary data was product, price, quantity, delivery time, payment, and delivery services. Data analysis used Hayami et al model for value added, share margin for financial flow, flow diagram for information and product flows. The results showed that there are three patterns of robusta coffee supply chain in Kepahiang Regency, namely Pattern 1: Coffee farmers –Village collectors – Regency Collectors-Coffee Shop Palembang. Pattern 2: Coffee farmers –Village collectors – Regency collectors 1– Coffee company- Exporter. Pattern 3: Coffee farmers - Regency collectors 2 - Coffee company - Exporter. Generally, business activities in the supply chain in namely 1) categorization of the quality and quantity of large products in the supply chains 2, and 3, 2) Flow of price information is obtained from business actors downstream as price maker to actors upstream as price taker in the supply chain system, and 3) financial flow and the largest marketing margin in supply chains 2, 3 and 1 respectively,and 4) the payment system being carried out in three, namely cash, credit and payment. Value added is received by company was Rp12.151 per kgs since it was grading treatment for gaining better product quality. The development of processing industry of robusta coffee could increase added value of product and income of actors in Supply Chain System, then contribute to regional economy.
