However, online transactions can cause legal problems. One of the legal problems that often involves the sale and purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer is a breach of contract. Court Decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel is one of the cases of online sale and purchase breach involving Celvin as the buyer as the Plaintiff with Satrya as the owner of the brand "Namastudios" as the Defendant. This article raises the formulation of the problem regarding the legal remedies available to the injured party in the case of an obligation in the decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel involving default in online buying and selling transactions and the implications of the decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel on consumer protection in online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia.

Based on results study This show that from 95 nurses implementers at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang, as many as 20,0% experienced Culture Shock in the category less , 33,7% category enough , and 46,3% category good . Meanwhile that , level stress Work shows 56,8% in category light , 33,7% category medium , and 9,5% category heavy. The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values ??that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

The government has launched a number of social assistance programmes to reduce the poverty rate and improve the well-being of the population. Despite this, the effectiveness of these programmes is still a matter of debate among several parties. In this context, research into student perspectives on the effectiveness of government programmes in particular Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) in poverty alleviation efforts becomes relevant and important. In order to obtain real comparisons as well as actual information relating to the existence of government social assistance programmes, the data collection system on this study uses an online survey in the form of a questionnaire containing questions about the perspective related to the problems of the BLT program with students of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Development “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) as the target respondents continued with a review of data from previous sources. The research is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the extent to which government social assistance programmes benefit communities and any obstacles they encounter in their implementation.

This article has also been effectively implemented in investigations but will be implemented within existing provisions. In investigations, the process is not always handled based on the provisions in these regulations, because investigators carry out the investigation process based on the level of vulnerability and the potential to threaten public safety.

Apart from curative action, in the form of providing sanctions, both criminal and administrative, to perpetrators of corruption. It is also important to take preventive action against acts of corruption. This preventive action is taken to prevent corruption in the future. Preventive measures can be taken for adults and students. Providing education on anti-corruption values among students is one of these preventive steps. Starting from this, the authors who are members of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) group organized anti-corruption values education for students at SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta. Through this education, the author also conducted research on the effectiveness of corruption education in terms of preventive measures for corruption. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. This research involved 80 respondents from students at SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta. The majority of respondents expressed the effectiveness of the education that the author held.

Teacher. This library arrangement activity aims to create a library environment that supports the learning process and to make it easier for students to find reading books that suit their interests. This activity uses a participation method that involves the active participation of MBKM participants outside the classroom and library staff. Results of activities MB KM participants succeeded in completing the library arrangement program well. libraries that were not initially organized, such as books that were still scattered on tables and not arranged according to book categories, were then arranged on bookshelves according to book categories. with library arrangement activities students will be more interested in visiting and even reading books in the library.
