Radical innovation is a breakthrough change in the overall pattern of the old system, as a form of implementing new ideas to achieve a competitive advantage. Radical innovation is a solution to escape from external environmental pressures in the form of competition, deregulation in the industry, scarcity of resources, and higher customer demands. This study builds a conceptual model from an Islamic point of view: the value of maslahah in all cases provides benefits or goodness from radical innovation. Maslahah means the good rewards promised by God in this world and the hereafter, thus maslahah implies the benefits of this world and the hereafter, which encourages people to always think and produce new things that are beneficial.

<p class="Default"><em>This research aims to ascertain how work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction affect the performance of courier employees at Kantor Shopee Express Semarang Timur. This research is based on a case study of courier employees at Kantor Shopee Express Semarang Timur. Where there is less than optimal performance of courier employees. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the courier section at the Shopee Express East Semarang Office, with a sample size of 56 respondents. The sampling method used is probability sampling, while the type of probability sampling used is random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and testing with the help of SPSS 24. The findings indicate that (1) work motivation has no impact on courier employees' performance at the Shopee Express in East Semarang Office, (2) The work environment at the Shopee Express East Semarang Office has no impact on the couriers' performance, (3) The performance of courier staff at Shopee Express East Semarang Office is positively and significantly impacted by their job satisfaction</em></p>

This research is motivated by the problems that occurred on maxim's side in 2023, namely the drivers who demanded maxim's policies which were considered detrimental. The existence of this problem attracts researchers to carry out research related to the form of maxim's accountability to the driver in the partnership agreement. The approach in this research uses empirical legal research, which is research that examines factual contact on every particular event that occurs in society in order to achieve the specified goals. The result of this study is the form of legal protection given by Maxim to the drivers, namely legal protection in the form of accident insurance by Yayasan Driver Sehat Sejahtera Indonesia (YPSSI) which is borne directly by Maxim and the accountability given by maxim, namely in the form of providing good services in the functional process of the application and carrying out the obligations stated in the agreement text between Maxim and the Driver.

Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) termasuk dalam kategori negara yang sedang berkembang disebabkan karena beberapa hal, yaitu tingkat pendapatan masyarakat yang rendah, lapangan kerja yang masih terbatas serta pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat. Untuk mengimbangi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) agar membantu peningkatan perekonomian di Indonesia. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi UMKM saat ini adalah terbatasnya pengetahuan akan kewajiban perpajakan serta tingginya tarif pajak yang harus dibayarkan ke negara. Kesadaran akan permasalahan ini membuat pemerintah menyikapinya dengan mengeluarkan peraturan perpajakan nomor 23 Tahun 2018 tentang keringanan pajak untuk pelaku UMKM. Pada pengabdian ini tim memberikan sebuah pendampingan dan pelatihan pajak bagi pelaku UMKM yaitu Putra Usaha dalam mengelola kewajiban perpajakannya agar sesuai dengan peraturan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah. UMKM Putra Usaha pada pengabdian tahun sebelumnya dengan Tim Pengabdian juga telah bekerjasama dalam hal penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis digital dan untuk tahun ini ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan penyusunan laporan perpajakan yang sesuai dengan standar yang ada. Proses kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan secara langsung ditempat usaha dari UMKM Putra Usaha yang terletak di Kabupaten Kudus. Hasil luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah UMKM secara langsung bisa memahami dan mengetahui tarif pajak bagi usahanya dan selanjutnya bisa menghitung sendiri sesuai dengan prinsip perpajakan di Indonesia yaitu self asessment. 

In the context of civil law, Tort Law plays an important role in upholding the rights of loss victims. Tort law is rooted in the principle that every individual has the right to live without experiencing interference from the unlawful acts of others. The aim of this research is to find out how Tort Law works in the context of Civil Law: Enforcement of the Rights of Loss Victims. The method used in this research is qualitative research in the nature of library research which uses books and other literature as the main object. Data analysis in this research looks for sources of information regarding tort law in the context of civil law: Enforcement of the Rights of Loss Victims. Based on research results, Tort Law in the context of civil law discusses violations of civil law that cause harm to individuals or property. The principle is to provide compensation to victims who suffer as a result of unlawful actions.

One of the work programs of KKN students batch 56 batch 20 UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan is an ecoprint. The target of this activity is elementary school children and their age. This study aims to determine the application of children's creativity by utilizing natural potential through ecoprint activities and learning reflection tools that can create environmentally friendly products. The method used in this research is planting, socialization, and direct practice. This research took place in a collaborative manner which was attended by elementary school children and led by the KKN 56 Team of 20 UIN KH. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Observations in this study were carried out directly by observing elementary school children's activities in the coloring process using ecoprinting techniques and observing how ecoprinting activities can stimulate children's skills and creativity. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. The results of the study show that coloring activities using the ecoprint technique are learning innovations for children by utilizing natural potential to explore skills and creativity in children. In addition, natural materials that are around children can be an inspiration for children to learn how to create new products that are environmentally friendly.
 

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur sejauh mana pengaruh variabel harga dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerupuk ikan UMKM Lamora Desa Socah Kabupaten Bangkalan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen kerupuk ikan Lamora dan diambil sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,495 artinya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 49,5% sehingga tergolong pada kategori moderat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variabel harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The research was conducted to analyze the legal impact on the position and obligations of the bank as the holder of mortgage rights (HT) for HT which has been determined to have no legal force by a court decision. With regard to lending, the existence of guarantees is a matter of sufficient concern to banks. Until now, land has been highly favored by banks as collateral for loans with mortgage rights. Cancellation of land ownership certificates can be submitted for land that has become HT. By canceling the mortgage right, the bank will lose the guarantee for the credit that has been issued, especially if the debtor is in bad credit status. Normative juridical is the method been used in this research. It is concluded from the discussion result that the legal consequences of the mortgage rights that have been determined to be non-forceable by a court decision on the position and obligations of the bank as the mortgage holder is that the bank will lose its position as preferred creditor. The cancellation of the agreement on the transfer of land rights also causes the cancellation of the mortgage agreement, considering that the object of the agreement does not meet the legal requirements of the agreement. The contractual relationship between the debtor and the bank as the creditor in the said rights agreement is considered non-existent and must be returned to its original state before the mortgage agreement. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis dampak hukum terhadap kedudukan dan kewajiban bank sebagai pemegang hak tanggungan (HT) untuk HT yang telah ditetapkan tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum oleh putusan pengadilan. Terkait pemberian kredit, keberadaan jaminan menjadi hal yang cukup diperhatikan oleh bank. Tanah hingga saat ini menjadi sangat disukai bank sebagai jaminan kredit dengan hak tanggungan. Pembatalan atas sertifikat kepemilikan atas tanah dapat diajukan terhadap tanah yang telah menjadi HT. Dengan pembatalan hak tanggungan, bank akan kehilangan jaminan atas kredit yang telah dikeluarkannya terlebih jika debitur dalam status kredit macet. Yuridis normative adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil pembahasan bahwa akibat hukum terhadap hak tanggungan yang telah ditetapkan tidak berkekuatan hukum oleh putusan pengadilan terhadap kedudukan dan kewajiban bank selaku pemegang hak tanggungan adalah bahwa bank akan kehilangan kedudukan sebagai kreditur preferen. Pembatalan perjanjian peralihan hak atas tanah turut menyebabkan pembatalam perjanjian hak tanggungan, mengingat objek perjanjiannya menjadi tidak memenuhi syarat sah perjanjian. Hubungan kontraktual antara debitur dan bank selaku kreditur dalam perjanjian hak tersebut dianggap tidak ada, sehingga keadaannya harus dikembalikan seperti semula. 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membahas mengenai pengaruh Sistem Jual Beli dan Harga Kelapa Lokal terhadap Pendapatan Petani di Desa Sungai Laut Kec.Tanah Merah Kab.Indragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber pertama baik dari individu atau perorangan seperti pengisian kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah mix methods yaitu analisis triangulasi dan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Package For Sosial Science) 26. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) sistem jual beli kelapa di Desa Sungai Laut Kecamatan Tanah Merah dilakukan dengan cara sistem jual beli ketoke dan sistem jual beli mandiri langsung kepabrik (2) harga kelapa lokal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Sungai Laut Kec.Tanah Merah Kab.Indragiri Hilir

Perdamaian merupakan suatu cita-cita yang diimpikan oleh setiap negara. Karena dengan adanya perdamaian sebuah bangsa bisa menjalin hubungan internasional dengan baik. Perdamaian itu sendiri dalam ranah masyarakat global sangat luas ruang lingkupnya, global artinya mendunia dan tak terbatas, jadi setiap unsur yang menjadi konflik sangat rentan dalam masyarakat global karena cenderung masyarakat global adalah masyarakat yang heterogen. Perdamaian itu sendiri berarti sebagai suatu kondisi yang aman dan didalam nya tidak ada terjadi konflik antar dua kelompok. Perdamaian dapat dibentuk dengan menanamkan sifat saling mengalah pada diri kita, karena jika antara dua kelompok merasa paling kuat antar keduanya maka perdamaian tersebut tidak akan dapat terjadi.
