Based on adolescent report from Pandeglang Regency Health Office, there are 1178 cases of menstrual disorders in adolescents. Based on adolescent program report at UPTD Puskesmas Cikeusik until November 2022, 43.5% of adolescents experience dysmenorrhea or menstrual disorders. The impact of dysmenorrhea causes discomfort, difficulty concentrating in learning and decreased motivation to learn because of the pain felt, can limit women to carry out daily activities so that the need for handling dysmenorrhea in adolescents. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of green coconut water on reducing primary dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls in 2023. The sample population in this study were 2 respondents, namely adolescents who experienced primary dysmenorrhea by comparing directly to the response of green coconut water and warm water compresses. The research time was carried out on February 6, 2024 to February 10, 2024 and February 9 to February 11, 2024. Methods Data collection methods by means of assessment, namely interviews to explore the data needed related to the research to be carried out on adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea. The results showed a reduction in the pain scale after being given green coconut water. Conclusion In the results of the study, significant results were obtained in reducing primary dysmenorrhea, namely drinking green coconut water 1-3 days of menstruation, because the results obtained reduced pain from scale 4 to scale 2. Suggestions It is expected to apply the green coconut water method and warm water compresses on reducing dysmenorrhea pain.

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Kinerja Pustakawan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Di Perpustakaan Sekolah SMAN 1 Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Pustakawan dalam memberikan informasi kepada pemustaka sudah cukup baik, dengan jumlah TCR yaitu 81,7% yang di perolah dari 93 responden. Berdasarkan hasil mengenai deskripsi varibael X dengan Y diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: hasil ini menunjukan bahwa nilai variabel x mulai dari nilai minumun 7,00, nilai maximum 35,00 dan nilai mean 26,7 dari seluruh responden 93 orang. Sedangkan untuk nilai variabel Y terbagi menjadi beberapa, maka dari seruluh variabel Y yang lebih dominan yaitu pada nilai Y. Worms are a health problem that is still common. Worms caused by a group of soil-borne intestinal worms known as Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH). This community service is carried out with the aim of carrying out prevention and counseling about environmental health, especially in helminthiasis in elementary school children in Oehau, Kupang District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This activity conducts counseling and examination of the community on how to deal with helminthiasis in elementary school children with a subject of 41 children at School Oehau. The results showed that out of 41 samples there were 4 samples that were positively infected with the Soil Transmitted Helminths worm species, the Ascaris lumbricoides egg species with a prevalence of 9.8%. Children's behavior by 73%. Children's knowledge of helminthiasis is 87%. Sanitation of the children's home environment by 88%. Therefore, it is suggested to teachers and parents and especially elementary school children to further improve the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) in order to avoid helminthiasis.

This system causes patients or their families have to wait a long time and the danger is they are vulnerable to Covid-19 transmission. Another impact is frequent errors in the selection of the queue place. Queue place is divided into 2 parts, namely queue A and queue B. Queue A is for patients under 55 years old and queue B is for elderly people above 55 years. Some patients, especially the elderly who do not know their age, cause patients to choose the wrong place to queue and wait even longer. The research objective is to design an Android-based outpatient registration system. The methodology used in this design the application is Waterfall. Data collection techniques used such as observation, interviews, and literature studies. This research produced an application design where patients can see the queue number being served so that patients can estimate the time to come to the intended polyclinic.

                Background Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a long-term lack of nutrients. Early marriages that are commonly practiced in the community can have a negative effect on the health conditions of mothers and children and can increase the incidence of stunting.                Objective to see if there is a relationship between early marriage and other factors on the incidence of stunting in the working area of the Prabugantungan Health Center, Lebak Regency                Research methods This type of research is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study approach. Using a cluster sampling technique with a total sample of 128 with the criteria of a village with a high stunting rate. Statistical analysis test with Chi-Square with a significance level of α = 5%.                Research result Most of the toddlers have normal nutritional status, namely 89.1% and only 10.9% of them are stunted. 78.1% of mothers were married at the age of 19 and over and a small number of mothers (21.9%) had early marriages. There is a relationship between early marriage and the incidence of stunting in the Work Area of the Prabugantungan Health Center (p-Value 0.007). There is no relationship between education, work, and place of delivery of mothers with the occurrence of stunting in Work Area of the Prabugantungan Health Center.                Conclusions and recommendations Midwives need to socialize the prevention of early marriage in adolescents in anticipation of stunting prevention by involving cross-sectors.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets, Return On Equity anda Deb to Equity Ratio on the value of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. When the research was conducted in November-December 2020. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of datafrom the companies 2014-2018 financial statemens obtained from Indonesia stock exchange. The research population is LQ45 companies listed on the Indo-nesia stock exchange (IDX) from 2014-2018. The sample of this research is 13 companies, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and that meets the sample selection criteria. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Regresision Test. Retur on asset has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Return On Equity Has no Significant and Positive Effect on Firm Value. Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant and positive effect on firm value

Keripik merupakan salah satu oleh-oleh  khas Lampung yang cukup populer. Industri Rumah Tangga pengolahan keripik di Jalan Pagar Alam menjadi sentra Industri yang paling banyak dikunjungi.  Permasalahan dari IRT keripik ini adalah Limbah buangan yang belum dikelola dengan baik. Limbah Buangan IRT keripik sangat berpotensi untuk dibuat anti mikroba alami yang bernilai jual tinggi, diversifikasinya dapat berupa produk pengawet pangan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah 1) transfer teknologi/hasil riset; 2) memecahkan masalah limbah buangan Mitra. Metode yang dilakukan diantaranya ceramah dan diskusi diseminasi hasil riset, pendampingan pengolahan limbah buangan menjadi produk pengawet pangan. Kegiatan diseminasi hasil riset ini diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan limbah buangan Mitra dan menghasilkan produk samping yang memiliki nilai jual. Prosentase peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman materi setelah kegiatan pengabdian adalah pemanfaatan limbah buangan (40%), pembuatan pakan (50%), pembuatan anti mikroba alami (40%), pembuatan soft soap (80%),  pembuatan sabun cair (70%).
