Early Breastfeeding Initiation is the process of allowing the baby to breastfeed on its own immediately after birth. This is nature and a gift from God that has been arranged for us. Doing it is also not difficult, it only takes about one to two hours. IMD must be carried out immediately at birth, without delaying weighing or measuring the baby. Babies should also not be cleaned, only dried except for their hands. This process must take place skin to skin between baby and mother. This research uses an analytical type of research with a retrospective research design. The research aims to determine the relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center. Based on the data in table 4.3, it can be seen that 5 respondents (38.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and 8 respondents (61.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding was 21 respondents (95.5%). The statistical test results of the chi square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding, namely Ha received. The importance of giving birth in a health service is to avoid sudden emergencies that can cause complications and to provide care according to procedures. This is in line with research by Norhana, Arifin and Yulidasari (2016) that mothers who give birth in health facilities are 15,167 times more likely to carry out IMD. Of the 20 respondents who successfully carried out IMD, 19 respondents (95%) were accompanied by their husbands and family when giving birth and 17 respondents (84%) of them succeeded in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Husband and family support play an important role in managing IMD and building maternal self-confidence. The relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center in 2022" with a total of 35 respondents and data processing that has been carried out using SPSS, it can be concluded that the chi square test value is p < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted:

Based on the research results, the majority of respondents who carried out Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) were 22 respondents (62.9%).
Based on the research results, the majority who gave exclusive breastfeeding were 26 respondents (74.3%).
Based on the research results, there is a relationship between carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding. The statistical test results obtained a chi square test value (p < 0.05) with a value of 0.000.

 

This research is a type of quantitative research with non-probability methods. The population of this study is unknown, so it uses the Lemeshow formula, and the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used convenience sampling with the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of descriptive analysis, evaluation of the outer model, evaluation of the inner model, and evaluation of indirect effects (mediation). The data analysis tool in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived of usefulness has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 1.326 < 1.96. Perceived of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 3.794 < 1.96. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 8.397 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between perceived of usefulness and online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96.

The method used in this investigation is visual observation of structural conditions and non-destructive material testing. The results of the investigation show that a review of the compressive strength characteristics of the concrete in column elements still meets the requirements for earthquake-resistant concrete materials according to SNI 2847 2019.</em></p>

Bangunan fisik rumah sakit yang sesuai dengan standar yang ada dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja sumber daya manusia rumah sakit. Hal ini karena kondisi fisik lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan penggunanya serta berpengaruh pula terhadap waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan. Pada dasarnya, fisik Rumah Sakit juga berhubungan langsung dengan kualitas layanan medik. Bangunan yang baik akan memberikan kenyamanan pada para pemakainya dan akan mempengaruhi tingkat pemanfaatannya yang juga akan memberikan sumbangan pada proses penyembuhan pasien dan kinerja karyawan. Salah satu bangunan yang perlu dikelola dengan baik adalah bangunan ruang rawat jalan. Rawat jalan merupakan unit yang menjadi rujukan faskes tingkat pertama sehingga struktur bangunannya perlu menjadi perhatian khusus dimana persyaratan teknis bangunan rumah sakit harus memenuhi standar pelayanan, keamanan, serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Standar Bangunan Rawat Jalan menurut Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2016 di Rumah Sakit harus memiliki luas ruangan yang sesuai, adanya ventilasi yang baik, intensitas cahaya sesuai ketentuan, ruang tunggu terpisah untuk masing-masing poli klinik, tersedianya wastafel dan desinfektan, tersedinya stop kontak, serta bahan bangunan yang tidak memiliki tangka porositas yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi standar bangunan instalasi rawat jalan di RSUD Panembahan Senopati. Penelitian ini bersifat deskripsi dengan metode kuantitatif. Informan penelitian berjumlah satu orang yang merupakan pegawai IPSRS. Instrument yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara tertutup dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keseluruhan standar bangunan diperoleh nilai rata – rata 91%, membuktikan bahwa standar bangunan di RSUD Panembahan Senopati belum memenuhi standar Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2016 tentang tentang persyaratan teknis bangunan dan prasarana rumah sakit. Terdapat 6 ruangan yang sudah sesuai standar dan 5 ruangan yang memerlukan perhatian dari pihak Rumah Sakit yaitu ruang tunggu, klinik gigi, klinik jiwa, ruang laktasi dan toilet karena belum memenuhi standar. Diharapkan pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu me-review kembali kondisi lapangan dengan standar yang ada untuk persiapan dalam melakukan pemeliharaan gedung rawat jalan kedepannya.
 
 

This study discusses the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Times Interest Earned Ratio (TIE) to Stock Return with Company Size and Financial Distrsess as a moderating variable . This research uses the object of Retail sub-sector companies in Southeast Asia for the period 2012-2020. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method in the form of the company's annual report. The sampling method used in this study using purposive sampling technique and obtained 15 companies with a sample of 135 samples. The analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), analysis, multiple linear regression, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of the study partially concluded that Total Asset Turnover has no effect on Stock Return, Price Earning Ratio significant effect on Stock Return, and Times Interest Earned Ratio significant effect on Stock Return . The results of the study simultaneously showed that the F-count value was 3.649 and the F-table was 2.70, meaning that the F-count > F-table or a significant value of 0.015 <0.05. So, Total Asset Turnover, Price Earning Ratio and Times Interest Earned Ratio together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock return. The results of the study by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) concluded that Company Size and Financial Distrsess does not moderate Total Asset Turnover on Stock Return, Company Size and Financial Distrsess does not moderate Price Earning Ratio to Stock Return, and Company Size and Financial Distrsess does not moderate Times Interest Earned Ratio to Stock Return .
 
 

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tahun ini berfokus dalam membantu masyarakat terutama generasi muda Indonesia pada usia 15-30 tahun untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mengenai kesehatan mental. Adapun masalah-masalah itu dapat berupa depresi, trauma, stress, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan adanya pandemi covid - 19, program PKM dapat dilaksanakan dengan berbasis pada jaringan internet (internet-based). Kami berfokus pada 2 media sosial yang paling berpengaruh dengan pengguna usia 15-30 tahun terbanyak di wilayah Indonesia yaitu Twitter dan Instagram. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahap yang meliputi: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap refleksi. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi dan konseling kesehatan mental yang dilakukan menggunakan metode dua arah. Terdapat interaksi antara kelompok subjek sasaran promosi (mitra) dan penyuluh (psikolog klinis) sehingga muncul sikap aktif dan interaktif. MENFESS (Mental Health Confession) menyediakan suatu akun pengguna dimana para followers atau pengikutnya memiliki tempat untuk bercerita dan mengedukasi para komunitas yang peduli dengan kesehatan mentalnya.
 
 

This study examines the barriers to online journalism in the 5.0 industry era in facing market competition. The novelty of this research is specifically to answer the challenges of online journalism in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0 in terms of human resources. The findings of this study are related to the routine of news production in the suaramerdeka.com media, the speed of news updates, the accuracy and balance of the news. The human resources of news seekers and editing teams are not yet fully prepared to face the challenges of the new era. The results of this study shows that 1) the news production dependent on HR factor, company factor and managing editor; 2) the news delivery planning dependent on the market need, the news content of the printed Suara Merdeka aims at fulfilling the needs of the people of Central Java, suaramerdeka.com seeks to meet the needs of the people of Central Java around the world.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethics on employee job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction, and the effect of work ethics and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample; thus, the sample in this study was 60 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed a positive and significant effect of work ethics on job satisfaction, there was a negative and significant effect of job stress on job satisfaction, and there was an influence of work ethics and work stress on job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3BS UPT Medan

This study aims to produce a Brand Loyalty Improvement Model Based on Brand Satisfaction and Self Congruity for iPhone Users in Semarang City. The population in this study were iPhone users in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, while the sample was set at 125 people. Data collection techniques used are interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Actual Self affected Brand Satisfaction, Actual Self had an effect on Brand Loyalty, Ideal Self had an effect on Brand Satisfaction, Ideal Self affected Brand Loyalty, Brand Satisfaction affected Brand Loyalty. Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Actual Self on Brand Loyalty, and Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Ideal Self on Brand Loyalty.
