MSMEs that were once considered economically resilient during times of crisis were found to have a higher vulnerability to experiencing losses than large companies. This vulnerability is due to financial and non-financial constraints. Specifically, these obstacles are classified into operational risk, financial risk, and marketing risk. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding HR and financial management to minimize operational and financial risks. This activity uses the methods of Counseling and Education as well as Mentoring and Coaching. The result is that this activity can be carried out successfully. Successful implementation is marked by the division of employee duties so that each employee has their responsibility for a job which can lead to increased employee performance. Apart from that, partners already understand the importance of financial management and its relevance for business development and decision-making. However, partners still do not know how to prepare financial reports by MSME).

At Anna Medika Madura's Hospital, patients still claim to be less content with online registration services with whatsapp online registration services and outpatient phones at Anna Medika Madura General Hospital. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research were all the old outpatient who were online registration at Anna Medika Madura General Hospital and the determination of the number of samples using accidental sampling based on time using 5 dimension. Based on the results of the analysis on each dimension it be seen that of the 82 respondents, on the tangibles dimension expressed satisfaction with a percentage of 79,67%. On the reliability dimension, stated that they were very satisfied with a percentage of 80,63%. On the responsiveness dimension, stated that they were satisfied with a percentage of 76,26%. On the assurance dimension, stated that they were very satisfied with a percentage of 82,85%. On the empathy dimension, stated that they were very satisfied with a percentage of 81,71%. Thus the assurance dimension had the highest level of satisfaction. The average overall patient satisfaction is 80,22% in the satisfied category. The clarity and ease of the service are essential to improving the quality and level of the satisfaction of the patient, the quality of service having an effect on the patient’s satisfaction. Online registration can make it easier for the patient and is shown to be able to support hospital activities in the registration process and also to have the ability to reduce waiting times which will increase patient satisfaction.

German language learning in High School (SMA) holds significant importance in the current era of globalization. The complexity of German grammar, including gendered nouns and article usage, demands innovative approaches in the learning process. This research explores innovative learning methods, focusing on the implementation of Game Based Learning (GBL) and the teaching of Nomen materials, to enhance the effectiveness of German language learning in SMA. The primary goal is to increase student participation and equip them with strong communication skills in German. Research findings indicate that integrating innovative learning methods, such as GBL, can serve as effective tools in achieving improved German language learning outcomes in SMA.

In the digital era, universities play an important role in developing policies and technology to ensure students' academic integrity. This research aims to explore and analyze holistically the contribution and effectiveness of universities in maintaining academic integrity in the digital era. The research method used is a literature review with a semi-systematic review approach, which is then expanded with bibliometric analysis using the VOSViewer tool. Of the 115 papers identified in the bibliometric analysis with the keyword “college plagiarism”, it was found that the term “plagiarism” was often associated with “student”, “college”, “academic”, and “plagiarism”. Key relevant terms include “training”, “locus of control”, “rabin-karp”, “text mining”, “hash”, “levenshtein distance algorithm”, “similarity”, and “publication”. Universities should conduct training and strengthen students' locus of control to instill integrity values. The concept of “similarity” in plagiarism detection helps maintain the originality of academic work, while “rabin-karp” and “text mining” technologies are used to recognize plagiarized text and find suspicious patterns. The “hash” concept and “Levenshtein distance algorithm” are important in maintaining academic integrity, and “publication” ensures research meets academic integrity standards. Universities leaders are responsible for preventing plagiarism by implementing code of ethics and promoting awareness and understanding within the entire academic community.

Poverty is an issue that is often discussed by society. This research aims to analyze the influence of the level of open poverty, human development index, and level of education on poverty in North Sumatra Province. Using the panel data regression method, the research results show that the human development index and education level have a significant influence on poverty, while the level of open poverty does not have a significant influence. These findings provide important insights for policy makers in designing more effective and sustainable poverty alleviation programs in North Sumatra.

One form of this obligation and concern is that as a Permanent Lecturer or academic at Serang Raya University, I intend to carry out community service to the students of Purwakarta State Elementary School, Cilegon City through Arithmetic training. This community service aims to provide learning services that are tailored to the learning difficulties of students at the Purwakarta State Primary School, Cilegon City. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is carried out in the classrooms of each class. As a result of the tutoring activities carried out by tutors for students, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in student learning outcomes

Where the purpose of this socialization was carried out to provide a deep understanding to teachers and students regarding the importance of religious literacy in forming good and religious children's characters. Religious moderation literacy is the ability to understand, interpret and apply religious teachings in a balanced and tolerant way. Religious moderation literacy also includes the ability to communicate effectively about the values of moderation and to live side by side harmoniously with individuals from various religious backgrounds. In this socialization, learning media such as videos, material summaries in the form of power points and also educational applications are used to convey the values of religious moderation

In the rapidly developing digital era, social media such as Twitter has become part of everyday life and facilitates the rapid dissemination of information, including information about criminals. This research aims to analyze public sentiment towards information about criminals spread on Twitter using the Naive Bayes algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because of its simplicity and effectiveness in text classification. Data was collected through a crawling process from Twitter, followed by a preprocessing stage to remove noise. The research results show that public sentiment towards information about criminals on Twitter is divided into three categories: positive, neutral and negative. After classification, it was found that neutral sentiment increased significantly to 63.4%, while positive and negative sentiment decreased to 10.5% and 26.1%. These findings indicate that people tend to be more careful in reacting to sensitive information. This research provides important insights for related parties in managing information about criminals on social media and can be a reference for developing further policies and strategies.

This research aims to determine the role of the DPRD in forming regional revenue and expenditure budget planning in Demak Regency. The DPRD discussed the posture and structure of the APBD budget with TAPD through budget body meetings to check the suitability of the RPJMD and Demak Regency development policies through commission meetings in accordance with their duties and authority. By using a problem formulation, namely regarding, what is the role of the DPRD in forming the APBD draft in Demak Regency, and what factors become obstacles  forming the APBD draft in Demak Regency and how to resolve them. The research objectives include, to find out the role of the DPRD in forming the APBD draft in Demak Regency, and to find out the factors that become obstacles in the development of the APBD draft in Demak Regency and how to resolve them. Research specifications use descriptive analytical research, namely research that describes a condition or situation. Based on the results of research on the Role of the DPRD in Forming APBD Drafts in Demak Regency, the DPRD discussed the posture or structure of the APBD budget with TAPD through budget body meetings to check the RPJMD and development policies in Demak Regency in accordance with their duties and authority, which became the reference, namely Permendagri Number 15 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Preparing the APBD for Fiscal Year 2024, and discusses the obstacle factors in conflicting APBD designs in Demak Regency and how to resolve them. According to Law. no. 17 of 2014 concerning the MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD, it is hoped that it can improve the performance of each representative institution in carrying out its functional duties based on the principle of mutual checks and balances, as well as creating a democratic, effective and accountable people's representative institution. AbstrakPenelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran DPRD Dalam Pembentukan Rancanngan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Di Kabupaten Demak. DPRD membahas mengenai postur dan struktur anggaran APBD bersama TAPD melalui rapat badan anggaran untuk mengecek kesesuaian RPJMD dan kebijakan pembangunan Kabupaten Demak melalui rapat komisi sesuai tugas dan kewenangannya. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada peran DPRD dalam pembentukan rancangan APBD di Kabupaten Demak, kendala dan cara menyelesaikannya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu, untuk mengetahui peran DPRD dalam pembentukan rancangan APBD di Kabupaten Demak, dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pembenturan rancangan APBD di Kabupaten demak dan cara menyelesaikannya. Spesifikasi penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitis yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan suatu kondisi atau keadaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Peran DPRD dalam Pembentukan Rancangan APBD di Kabupaten Demak, DPRD membahas mengenai tentang postur atau struktur anggaran APBD bersama TAPD melalui rapat badan anggaran untuk mengecek RPJMD dan kebijakan pembangunan di kabupaten demak melalui kesesuaian dengan tugas dan kewenangannya, acuannya  yaitu permendagri Nomor 15 Tahun 2023 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2024, dan membahas mengenai faktor kendala dalam pembenturan rancangan APBD di Kabupaten demak dan cara menyelesaikannya. Menurut UU No. 17 tahun 2014 tentang MPR, DPR, DPD, dan DPRD, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja masing- masing lembaga perwakilan dalam melaksanakan tugas fungsinya berdasarkan check and balances.

<p><em>Science and technology are developing very fast from time to time. It requires companies to work quickly, innovatively, and creatively to remain competitive with their competitors and increase purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Manager store. This research analyzes the influence of Price Perceptions, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality on purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. This research uses a purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research was 96 respondents from the customers of the Graphic Media Mranggen store. Data analysis in this research used the SPSS version 25 program. Tests included validity tests by comparing calculated r with r tables, reliability tests using Cronbach Alpha, and classical assumption tests, which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple analysis tests are used to test how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable, prove the research hypothesis, and test the hypothesis with the t-test-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test (R ²). This research shows that the variables of Price of Perception, Product Completeness, and Excellent Service Quality positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions at the Graphic Media Mranggen store. The results of this research give the impression that price perception, product completeness, and excellent service quality are factors that need to be considered to improve consumer purchasing decisions to achieve the goals set by the company.</em></p>
