Cystitis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae that, if left untreated, causes lasting impairment, worsens the patient's psychological health, and even reduces productivity. The importance of health and the willingness to adhere to a treatment plan are heavily influenced by the family, who are the patient's closest relatives. Smartphones are a communication and information source that are readily available to society in the age of digitization because of its effectiveness in terms of time, energy, and cost. Proof is still required for the development of this application. An exploratory design and two-stage RD methodologies are used in the study. The examination of patient compliance with therapy and the support of their families during the first stage of application prototype. Evaluation using purposive sampling techniques in 20 patients. The second stage of socialization and application eligibility testing in 10 patients Data collection using questionnaire. Data analysis is done descriptively and analytically. The results of the study showed relatively good family support (50%) and low patient medication adherence (80%). At the development stage, the app produces menus for patients and families: education, checking records, calendars, and consultations. The test results of the application have received good acceptance from users. The development of the medication reminder application can be used as a medium to help the cyst patient and their family complete the treatment program received by the patient.

Chronic stress in hypertensive patients results in fatal complications. Information technology is more effective than face-to-face communication for stress management. It has been demonstrated that media technology is more appealing, of high quality, effective, and efficient. The goal of this study is to create a guided imagery app for Android that will help pre-elderly hypertensive patients feel less stressed. A research and development design was used for this project. In addition to application development through focus group discussions and professional consultations, as well as assessing the viability of utilizing the application, exploration of stress levels and evaluation of stress management are monitored. The study's older participants, who ranged in age from 45 to 59, had hypertension. 50 patients were involved in phase 1 data collecting utilizing the perceived stress scale questionnaire. 30 patients in phase 2 used a system usability scale questionnaire, which was modified and tested for validity again with 10 respondents. The inclusion criteria for primary hypertension patients undergoing treatment were pre-elderly, aged 45–59 years old, male and female, Muslim, able to read and write, own a smartphone and be able to operate it, and have no visual or hearing limitations. Purposive sampling was used and data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis. The results show a moderate level of stress (62%). The results of the due diligence got a value of 80.66 (good and proper). The development of an Android-based guided imagery relaxation application can be recommended to pre-elderly hypertensive patients as a medium that can be used independently at home to help control stress levels.

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competency and information technology utilization on the quality of regional property reports (a case study at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province). The method used in this study is quantitative, using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. In analyzing the data using SPSS 25 software, the sampling method used was purposive sampling of 52 ASN respondents from the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results obtained, it shows that the competence of human resources and the use of information technology affect the quality of regional property reports at the Office of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of West Sumatra Province..

SMK Multistudi High School Batam is one of 895 SMKs in Indonesia selected by the government in 2021 to implement the SMK Center of Excellence program. This program hopes to help teachers solve every learning problem to prepare graduates ready to compete in the world of work. This quantitative study uses a sample of 45 teachers at SMK Multistudi High School Batam. This study aims to analyze the correlation between pedagogic competence and teacher confidence in the success of the SMK Center of Excellence program. The result of the study shows that there is a positive and significant correlation between pedagogical competence and the success of the Center for Excellence Vovatiobal High School program, with the result of the t-test showing t count 5.379 >ttable 1.679 ans sig.0.000< ? 0.05. It turns out that teacher self-confidence is not correlated with the success of the Center for Excellence Vocational High School program, where the t-score shows a t-score of 0.097 < t-table of 1.679 and sig.0.454 > ? 0.05. The study's results show a partially positive and significant correlation between pedagogical competence and teacher confidence in the success of the Center of Excellence in Vocational High School program, with the F test results showing a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000<0.05).

The impression we receive from the expression reflected on the face affects our interpretation of the spoken word and even our attitude towards the speaker himself. Although emotion recognition is an easy task for humans, it still proves to be a difficult task for computers to recognize user`s emotional state. Advances in this area promise to arm our technological environment by means for more effective interactions with humans, and hopefully the impact of facial expressions on cognition will increase rapidly in the future. The main contribution of this paper is the improvement of the classification accuracy of facial expression recognition tasks. In both persondependent and nonpersondependent experiments we showed that using a combination of these classifier combinations gave significantly better results than using individual classifiers. It has been observed from experiments that the overall voting technique by voting achieves the best classification accuracy.

Pelayanan yang baik merupakan penentu keberhasilan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Meski begitu, fasilitas yang lengkap tetap menjadi prioritas. Pelayanan dan fasilitas yang semakin baik akan berbanding lurus dengan kepuasan pasien, namun sebaliknya jika menurun maka akan berdampak pada jumlah pasien. Kualitas pelayanan dokter secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka saran yang diberikan adalah fasilitas rumah sakit merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais. Rumah sakit harus selalu meningkatkan fasilitas dari waktu ke waktu dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi kedokteran terkini. RS Kanker Dharmais juga diharapkan mampu mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dokter kepada pasien agar pasien tidak berpindah ke rumah sakit lain dan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pasien. Sebisa mungkin ciptakan suasana yang aman, nyaman, dan bersahabat bagi pasien sehingga pasien merasa dihargai dan dihormati.

This is indicated by the existence of overlapping work activities, delaying some activities, limited management to innovate and the unintegrated work team of teachers. In terms of personnel, it can be seen that there are problems such as: There are teachers who come late from the appointed time, there are teachers who go home before the end of school hours, there are teachers who are not present without giving a clear reason. The existence of the above teacher discipline constraints can be caused by various factors, such as: Leadership, Planning, Directing, Coordination, Educational Administration, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior, Salary System, Position Promotion, Educational Background and Family. In this study, the author tries to examine work discipline in relation to educational planning and administration.
The method used in this study is descriptive associative survey method. In this method there are at least two variables. This associative research is a relationship between two variables, namely education administration and teacher work discipline.
Based on the formulation of the results of the research at the Lenggahsari State Elementary School 02 Lenggahsari Village, Branchbungin District, it is presented that there is a positive relationship between the Education Administration Variable (X) and the Teacher Work Discipline Variable (Y). The higher the value of Education Administration, the Discipline of Teacher Work will increase.
