Abstrak:
The company's success is influenced by employee performance, one of the main factors of which is work motivation. Motivation can come from intrinsic factors, such as job satisfaction and self development, as well as extrinsic factors, such as salary, incentives, and work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance at Alfamart Perumnas Kamal with qualitative methods through in-depth interviews. The results showed that high motivation improves performance, while lack of appreciation, excessive workload, and poor communication lower morale. The main factors that drive motivation are career opportunities, job stability, and the reward system. Alfamart is advised to increase training, improve incentives, and strengthen internal communication to create a more conducive work environment, thereby increasing employee productivity and loyalty.

Abstrak:
Employee training is a crucial element in enhancing individual and organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of training on employee performance at Store Matahari Bangkalan Plaza. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 10 employees who participated in training programs. The findings indicate that training positively contributes to improving work skills, motivation, productivity, and adaptability to workplace changes. Additionally, training enhances the quality of customer service. Therefore, companies should develop more systematic and continuous training programs to ensure optimal employee performance.

Abstrak:
The use of the pronouns kami and kita in Bahasa Indonesia is an issue for most Indonesian youths nowadays. Most of them use it incorrectly. This study explores the problematic usage of the pronouns kami and kita among Millennials and Gen Z in Indonesia. The research led to understanding how these generations comprehend and differentiate these words in daily use communication. A semantic approach is used to analyze the data since the basic difference between kami and kita pronouns is in the level of meaning. Interviews with ten respondents revealed that only three correctly understood the semantic differences between kami and kita. Most respondents understand the difference pragmatically, associating kami with formal contexts and kita with informal ones. Furthermore, most of them think that the difference between the two pronouns is in the number of subjects in a conversation. This misunderstanding often leads to incorrect usage in conversations. The study highlights the need for better awareness of semantic differences to avoid miscommunication. This research is expected to increase the awareness of Indonesian youths to use both pronouns correctly to avoid misunderstandings in communication.

Abstrak:
Paralegals play a crucial role in providing access to justice, particularly in legal aid provision and legal empowerment for communities. In this context, the role of paralegals is essential in bridging the gap in legal access, especially in areas that lack sufficient numbers of advocates. Bubalango Village in Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency, faces limitations in access to information and legal understanding, which hinders the community from obtaining the legal assistance they need. Therefore, the Faculty of Law at the University of Gorontalo organized a paralegal training program to enhance the community’s capacity in providing basic legal aid, educating citizens about their rights, and strengthening networking and partnerships with legal institutions and the government. The training includes topics on the Indonesian legal system, citizens' rights, paralegal ethics, and practical skills in drafting legal documents and mediation. It is hoped that this training will strengthen access to justice and build a more inclusive legal system at the village level

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of trust, facilities and transaction speed on customer satisfaction The method used is a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The types of analysis used are descriptive analysis and verifiable analysis. This research was conducted on Bank Syarikat Madani Batam customers with a sample of 100 respondents. The nonprobability sampling method with the purposive sampling technique is the sampling technique used in this study. The findings in this study show that trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The Facility variable has a t calculation of 19,853 > 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Facility has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the Transaction speed variable has a t calculation of 38,793> 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Transaction speed has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstrak:
The increasing competition among higher education institutions necessitates effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness. Digital marketing has become a crucial tool in achieving this goal. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in enhancing brand awareness in higher education institutions. The research method employed is a literature review, gathering and analyzing various relevant sources, including scientific journals, books, and previous research reports. The results indicate that implementing digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), significantly contributes to the enhancement of brand awareness in higher education institutions. Moreover, active interaction and relevant content on digital platforms can increase audience engagement and loyalty. The implications of this study highlight the importance for higher education institutions to integrate digital marketing into their communication strategies to expand reach and strengthen brand image in the public eye.

Abstrak:
The implementation of Universal Precaution in hospitals is crucial to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases through blood and body fluids between patients and healthcare workers. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion using leaflets in improving nurses' knowledge and skills regarding Universal Precaution for HIV/AIDS at Tere Margareth General Hospital Medan. The study employed a quasi-experimental design with a *Pre-Test and Post-Test with Non-Equivalent Control-Group Design* approach. The study population consisted of 36 nurses, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate methods with a paired *t-test* at a 95% confidence level (P<0.05). The results showed that health promotion through leaflets significantly improved knowledge (sig. 0.004) and skills (sig. 0.000) of nurses regarding Universal Precaution for HIV/AIDS. It is recommended that nurses continue to enhance the implementation of Universal Precaution in hospital settings to optimize infection prevention. Education through leaflets can be an effective method to improve the understanding and skills of healthcare professionals.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine and analyze the form of fulfillment of consumer rights of IndiHome service provider users in the Laws and Regulations in Indonesia due to the FUP system and the responsibility of the IndiHome provider towards consumers due to the FUP system. This study is classified as normative research with a historical approach, comparative approach and conceptual approach. Legal materials are collected through document studies, then analyzed prescriptively. The results of the study indicate that consumer rights and the responsibilities of business actors, namely Indihome, have been regulated in Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Although it has been regulated in the Laws and Regulations, this situation is no longer effective because when an error occurs, Indihome can be released from its responsibility. For this reason, it is necessary to revise Article 27 letter b of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

Abstrak:
A paragraph is the smallest unit in written discourse which has an important role in building text cohesion and coherence. However, a lack of understandiag of the structure and function of paragraphs often becomes an obstacle in writing, especially in the context of learning Indonesian at the high school level. This research aims to analyze the structure and function of paragraphs in various types of text, such as narrative, descriptive and expository, and identify patterns that support communication effectiveness. This research uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. Data were obtained from five Indonesian high school level textbooks chosen randomly. The analysis focuses on paragraph structure (subject, predicate, object) and characteristics of text types. The research instrument includes guidelines for paragraph structure analysis, classification of text types, and criteria for effective paragraphs. The research results show that each type of text has a unique paragraph structure and function pattern, in accordance with its communication objectives. Narrative paragraphs support the storyline, descriptive create images, and expository convey factual information logically. In conclusion, understanding the structure and function of paragraphs can improve students' writing skills. This research recommends strengthening learning strategies that focus on analyzing paragraph structure and text variety to improve students' writing skills effectively.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi manajemen perkantoran dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan prima di MTsN 1 Jombang. Manajemen perkantoran merupakan hal yang sangat penting di dalam lembaga pendidikan, maka diperlukan pengelolaan perkantoran yang baik dan efektif serta memberikan hasil pelayanan prima yang baik di ranah publik. Pelayanan merupakan salah satu pilar utama yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Karena publik yang langsung menilai bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Dari permasalahan diatas peneliti meneliti tentang implementasi manajemen perkantoran dalam peningkatan kualiatas pelayanan prima di MTsN 1 Jombang. Penelitian menggunakan jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun data dan sumber data. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analis data menggunakan: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pemberian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Manajemen perkantoran yang diterapkan di MTsN 1 meliputi perencanan perkantoran, pengorganisasian kantor, kepemimpinan kantor, komunikasi efektif, prosedur perkantoran, tata letak kantor, pengendalian perkantoran. 2) Kualitas pelayanan prima yang ada di MTsN 1 Jombang dapat diketahui melalui lima dimensi yaitu reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), asssurnace (jaminan), emphaty (empati) dan tangibles (bukti fisik). 3) Impelementasi manajemen perkantoran dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan prima yaitu Digitalisasi manajemen perkantoran seperti pengoptimalan website madrasah, sosial media dan aplikasi SiMapel dan pengadaan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) yang didalamnya terintegrasi dari bagian pelayanan administrasi, pelayanan kepegawaian dan pelayanan perlengkapan.
