Memelihara ikan merupakan sesuatu aktivitas warga yang sangat diminati dari dulu sampaisaat ini,sebabkemudahannya dalam pemeliharaan serta penjagannya yangmembuat mayoritas orang mau membudidayakanikan. Hendak namun, sebab banyakaktivitas seorang, sehingga lalai dalam memelihara ikan. Oleh sebab itu risetini mempunyai tujuan yang bisa dibutuhkan selaku alternatif, ialah dengan merancang perlengkapan monitoringpakan ikan secara realtime. Dimana perlengkapan ini melaksanakan pemberian pakan secara otomatis, pembacaankekeruhan air serta mengukur volue air. Riset ini memakai teknologi IoT yang tersambung lewat aplikasiBlynkbuat memonitoring serta meberi pakan melalui aplikasi. Dimana pada prinsipnya memberitahukan agenda pakanyang cocok dengan waktu serta menunjukkan nilai range yang cocok dengan informasi mutu air ada informasiwajar serta abnormal. Sensor yang digunakan terdapat 2 tipe merupakan dimana, semacam sensor Ultrasonik (HCSR04) serta Total Dissolve Solid( TDS). Pada riset ini nantinyaoutput informasi pembacaan sensor hendakditampilkan pada handphone,supaya bisa dilihatlangsung secara mobilitas lebih mudah yang hendak menunjukkangrafikpembacaaan dari pembacaan sensor tersebut. Abstrak:
Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini telah maju dan pesat. Hal ini dapat dimanfaatkan dalam bidang pertanian, khususnya pada lahan pertanian para petani di Dukuh Tambakroto Desa Tambaksari yang telah memiliki wadah organisasi bernama GAPOKTAN (Gabungan Kelompok Tani). Masalah yang dihadapi oleh para petani Gapoktan ialah sering memperkirakan kondisi tanah hanya dengan cara melihat keadaan tanah dan tanaman padinya saja. Hal tersebut bisa mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman kurang maksimal dan tumbuhnya jamur serta bakteri. Dikarenakan unsur hara yang terdapat pada tanah bisa hanyut oleh air jika para petani tidak memperhatikan kelembapan tanah. Selain itu, para petani sering memperkirakan waktu pemupukan. Dimana bila tanah dalam kondisi kering pupuk tidak dapat dilakukan harus menunggu lahan menjadi lembab. Hal tersebut bisa mempengaruhi penyerapan pupuk kurang maksimal.
Mengacu pada latar belakang tersebut penulis mempunyai gagasan pada Tugas Akhirnya untuk membuat “Rancang Bangun Alat Ukur Kelembapan Tanah Menggunakan Sensor Soil Moisture Untuk Tamanan”. Teknologi tersebut akan diterapkan pada sebuah prototype. Pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah para petani untuk mengetahui kadar kelembapan pada tanah pesawahan dan waktu pemupukan, khususnya pada sawah para anggota Gapoktan Dukuh Tambakroto.

Abstrak:
Android is an operating system with open source and consists of several layers, with the different layers its duties and responsibilities. Various parties in the customization chain such as device vendors such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei, and others, operators such as Telkomsel, Smartfren, XL, etc., and hardware manufacturers can customize one or more layers to adapt devices for different purposes, such as supporting specific hardware and providing different interfaces and services.
The purpose of this study was to investigate systematically for any inconsistencies that arose as a result of the processes involved in this study and to assess their various security implications. This research runs DroidDiff to perform a substantial-balance diverse investigation on images collected by the analytical methodology. DroidDiff found a lot of differences when it comes to the selected features. The method used in this study is the method of five differential analysis algorithms. As a result, by comparing the security configurations of similar figures, important security changes that could be accidentally introduced during customization can be found.
The results show that DroidDi? can be used by vendors to check the configuration of various security features in a given image. DroidDiff will extract those features from the image, and compare them to other image configuration sets, then DroidDiff will flag the inconsistent ones for further investigation by vendors who have the source code and tools to check their effect. For future work, improvements to DroidDi? to more accurately detect risky inconsistencies are highly recommended. Improving DroidDiff will help reduce the number of false positives and determine risky configurations more accurately.

<p><em>Housing employees of PT. Cipta Lestari Sawit Bumirejo Estate in block B55 is located in the middle of an oil palm planta- tion, so the state electricity company network cannot reach the housing. So, this housing uses a diesel power plant (PLTD) as a source of electricity, its operational hours are limited and it also causes noise and air pollution. From this problem, one suitable solution is to build a solar power plant (PLTS) that does not cause noise and air pollution and its operating hours can be adjusted as needed. In planning PLTS, there are main components that need to be calculated including Solar Panels, Solar Carger Controller (SCC), Batteries, and Inverters. For planning PLTS in employee housing block B55 PT. Cipta Les- tari Sawit Bumirejo Estate requires 273 solar panels with a capacity of 300 wp per unit, 53 solar charge controllers (SCC) with a capacity of 80 amperes, 34 batteries with a capacity of 2000 Ah per unit, and 68 units with a capacity of</em> <em>6000 watts per unit. to supply electricity to 70 houses and 8 street lights.</em></p>

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan komunikasi yang efektif, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitati. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 40 orang karyawan UD. Kondang Roso dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel komunikasi efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Secara simultan variabel komunikasi efektif, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada UD. Kondang Roso.

Employee attendance is primary factor at an institution or company in achieving target. This condition relates to disciplines. And affect to pros and cons company management or human resource quality it self, impact that happened can be in the form of lack of output from production result. Much company managements take decision by conduct salary amputation of each absence employee in the operation. In consequence, must existence of special record to note existence and employees absence in order to employees existence in conducting job activity are noted properly. A lot of way of used for processing employees attendance, one of that is with use barcode machine. In STEKOM, absence system which used is fingerprint scanner machine, but the system mentioned is requiring expensive cost enough, it needs troubleshooting and also repairing. So that company have to releasing a lot of cost for handle employees attendance process. Beside that, damage fingerprint condition, wet and dirty can be became of employees. So its disturb process of absence transaction. Minutiae method is a method which is used by the writer in this research. This method is assumed as an effective method to describe the intrinsic elements in designing and identifying finger print. It is because in processing a program, it should be described in order to be understandable.

Media yang tergolong dalam media sosial ini memiliki fungsi untuk mendukung interaksi sosial penggunanya. Seiring dengan perkembangan yang kian pesat di bidang teknologi dan informasi tersebut perkembangan jiwa anakpun mengalami perubahan yang perlu diperhatikan. Tk Setia Budi Kaliungu Selatan Kendal yang beralamat di Ds. Protomulyo RT. 05 / RW. 01 Kec. Kaliungu Selatan Kab. Kendal merupakan salah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini yang masih menggunakan metode belajar konvensional. Konvensional disini metode pembelajaran yang masih mengandalkan media seperti buku-buku anak, papan tulis, tulisan, angka dan gambar yang ditempel di dinding ruang kelas. Metode pengenalan seperti ini masih menimbulkan banyak kendala/kekurangan, karena setiap kali guru menerangkan pelajaran peserta didik tidak mendengarkan dengan baik dan mereka lebih senang bermain dengan teman-temanya sehingga peserta didik kurang mengerti apabila guru mulai bertanya kepadanya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan metode pembelajaran perlu adanya suatu metode pengenalan baru yang lebih interaktif dan menarik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran bagi anak. Dan salah satu metode pengenalan yang dapat memberikan materi/informasi dengan simpel dan menarik adalah dengan menggunakan sebuah media edukasi mengunakan berbasis mobile elerning dengan menggunakan smartphone. Metode pembelajaran interaktif bagi anak-anak usia dini dan bisa menumbuh kembangkan daya kreatifitas serta kemampuan berpikir anak serta membantu guru dalam mengajar anak didiknya.

Abstrak:
The case of drop out at the Weleri STEKOM is often done by the campus. Drop out is a problem that is often done by Weleri STEKOM students because of a GPA of less than 2, Number of organizations followed, Tuition not paid for students and student who have exceeded the limit of 14 semesters. This study discusses predicting drop out students with C4.5 and ID3 decision tree methods that are useful to assist the campus in anticipating student dropouts. This study uses student data as many as 1087 students. Student data is divided into training data and testing data in order to obtain a model or rule in predicting DO students. Variable of this reseach contain V1(GPA) and then V2 (Distance beetween home and campus), V3(how long the lecture has been done), V4(Having a Job), V5(Family) and V6(school fee). This research The results of this study obtained 18 rules or rules for ID3 algorithm and 8 rules for C4.5 algorithm. The algorithm ID3 test results obtained an average of 95.17%, precision of 94.7% and recall of 96.18%, while for Decision Tree C 4.5 obtained an average of 96.45%, precision of 96.90% and recall of 95.38. This research prove that Decision using C4.5 is better for prediction of drop out students at STEKOM.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in turning on or off the night life at home everyday, especially for people who forget to turn off the lights. The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.
