Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the use of YouTube in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in schools. The results indicate that the use of YouTube enhances students' interest, facilitates the understanding of abstract material, and develops critical thinking and digital skills. Videos presented through YouTube help students understand IRE content in a more engaging and practical way, particularly in matters of theology, worship practices, and Islamic history. Despite the many benefits, the use of YouTube also faces challenges such as the selection of appropriate content, limitations in technological infrastructure, risk of distractions, and more complex time management. Therefore, strict supervision, careful content selection, and effective classroom management by teachers are necessary to optimize the use of YouTube in IRE learning. This study recommends the proper integration of YouTube into the learning process, supported by improved infrastructure and teacher training.

Educator management has a very important role in knowing the level of success of a learning system implemented by educators. With good management, you can develop a learning system so that it will affect the quality of learning carried out by educators. Educator management is tasked with planning, managing and organizing educators and education staff so that they are able to manage all aspects of education well. When carrying out management, you must pay attention to the basic principles of management and procedures in carrying out management, so that this management can run according to its function. Management is an effort to manage educators from the moment they enter until they leave (retire) to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. Therefore, the role of management is very important in improving the quality of educators in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review method by searching for related sources.

This article aims to describe (tell) the form of implementation of affective learning carried out by the Prophet Khidir for the Prophet Musa and its application today. This research uses library research methodology and is qualitative in nature, because the data collected uses textual analysis contained in books and journals related to models, approaches, methods and learning techniques. The results of this research are the first in this study to obtain an understanding of affective learning strategies. Both characteristics of affective learning strategies. Education at the elementary school level is an important foundation for students on their educational journey to the next stage. The quality of the educational process in middle and high schools depends on how learning in elementary schools is designed by teachers. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to apply learning methods that suit the characteristics of students and are able to improve students' critical and innovative thinking abilities, as well as help students in solving the problems they face. Abstrak:
This journal discusses learning strategies and the definition of Islamic religious education, as well as education in the era of revolution 4.0. Learning strategies include choosing appropriate methods for delivering religious material, taking into account teaching principles and student characteristics. Islamic religious education aims to form religious individuals by wisely inviting and developing affective attitudes. The era of revolution 4.0 demands changes in education by integrating 21st century competencies and digital technology. Islamic education also faces challenges such as cultural backwardness, negative stigma, and political dualism, which require solutions in the form of reform and renewal. Teachers in this era need to have various competencies to face changing times, such as comprehensive assessments, 21st century skills, online modules, and authentic and innovative learning. Overall, Islamic education needs to continue to adapt to technological developments and the needs of the times to produce quality human resources ready to face the future.

Abstrak:
Islamic religious education is education that teaches the values of goodness which then its implementation is applied in life. Islamic education itself has an important role in the history of the development of the Indonesian nation, especially in terms of the historical dimension where Islamic education has been a formal education for centuries known as pesantren. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship, the role of Islamic education in the national education system because to make a person who is balanced from an intellectual perspective, religious education is needed, namely Islamic education in order to achieve the goals of national education. The method used in this research uses qualitative research methods with the type of library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Islamic education in the national education system is Islamic education occupying a position as a formal, non-formal, informal, and religious institution.

Abstrak:
Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methos,so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching

Abstrak:
This article is intended to discuss formulations Islamic education in the digital era and the outcomes to be achieved from the Islamic education. With the emergence of the digital era, students ingenerally as a digital native, since birth immediately know technology so that it is very easy for them to use it different from adults who mostly occupy positions as digital migrants. The format of Islamic Education must be designed in accordance with the lifestyle of students in the millennial era. This writing is a synthesis of thought with a qualitative approach to explore previous thoughts and findings for formulate new thinking in response to challenges and opportunities in the technological age. Two things need to be developed in islamic education, namely the digitization of the material taught and encouraged generation of Muslims achieve the hasanah life in this world and the hereafter.
