Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan serta ilmu kepada peserta mengenai manajemen keuangan produk olahan daging dan telur puyuh. Fokus pengabdian yaitu peserta bisa memahami dan menghitung keuntungan dari produk olahan dalam bentuk puyuh ungkep dan ekado. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan di laboratorium Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Uniska-Kediri dengan melibatkan peserta dari Pondok Lansia NU An-Nuur dan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kota Kediri serta beberapa fasilitator dari Uniska-Kediri. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 34,93 persen menjadi 83,04 persen. Peserta mengetahui potensi dan pemasaran produk olahan berbasis burung puyuh. Selain itu, peserta memahami bahwa pengolahan dan kemasan dapat meningkatkan harga jual dan keuntungan produk olahan puyuh ungkep dan olahan ekado.

This study is motivated by service quality which is one of the most influential aspects in the success of a business. PT. SAC as a service provider company is required to always pay attention to service user satisfaction with the services provided. This research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from primary data from the results of questionnaires with questions that had been asked by service users via Google Form. Questionnaires were given to 30 service users randomly. Data was collected during the MBKM internship at PT. SAC for 5 months, starting on 1 August 2023 – 31 December 2023. Data processing was carried out using validity and reliability tests. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS application to find solutions to the above problems. Valid, namely that data processing must be carried out properly and correctly. The results of the reliability test calculations show that all r calculations for each question, namely, R1 to R9, show a value greater than the r table, namely 0.361, so by using a significance level (?) of 5%, the questionnaire studied is valid. The Cronbach Alpha value shows 0.742, which means it is greater than the r table, namely 0.361 with the Cronbach Alpha value.

Sharia tourism policy is a government effort to develop the tourism sector by prioritizing sharia principles in all aspects. These measures include services that value Islamic teachings, such as sharia-based places to stay, restaurants that serve halal food, and entertainment programs that adhere to Islamic ethics. The aim of this policy is to increase the attractiveness of tourism among Muslim tourists and at the same time create a tourist environment that is in accordance with Islamic teachings. Thus, the sharia tourism policy is expected to contribute positively to economic growth and fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the local community. sharia tourism is the implementation of sharia principles into a form of travel activities of sharia tourist destinations. The development of Islamic tourism is currently growing rapidly because it is very much in demand by Muslim tourists who are looking for alternative travel in accordance with the principles of Islamic sharia, this research reaches the implementation of the concept of Islamic tourism in tourist destinations that are very popular and in great demand in areas with a majority Muslim population. This research uses a qualitative approach that analyzes accommodation, culinary, and tourist activities that integrate Islamic values, the results of this study show that Islamic tourism policies have a significant impact on the economic development of the region, this research discusses the Islamic tourism system and its policies where these two things have a significant impact on local economic development, through a case study approach and economic data analysis, this research identifies the effect of regional tourism policies on regional economic development.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), tingkat suku bunga, kupon, jatuh tempo dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap Yield To Maturity (YTM) Obligasi Pemerintah. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis obligasi pemerintah dengan kupon Fixed Rate (FR) dengan denominasi Rupiah 2018 – 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampling purposive, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 23 obligasi seri FR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variable independent dengan dependent. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa secara parsial PDB tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, suku bunga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, kupon berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, jatuh tempo tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap YTM.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS.
The results of hypothesis testing show that performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowances, the higher career satisfaction. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, so it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication, the higher the career satisfaction. Career satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher career satisfaction, the better employee performance. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it can be interpreted that the better the performance allowance, the higher the employee performance. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance so that it can be interpreted that the smoother the interpersonal communication is carried out, the better the employee performance.
The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test found that career satisfaction can mediate the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of performance allowances on employee performance. Career satisfaction can mediate the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance. This proves that career satisfaction is a mediating variable from the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance.

Ice cream cones are a type of wafer with a cone or funnel-like shape used as a container that holds ice cream and baked in an ice cream cone maker with the basic ingredient of wheat flour, which can be added with other ingredients for innovation. A factorial completely randomized design (CRD) was employed with two factors: the ratio of wheat flour to tofu dregs flour (90:10, 80:20, 70:30) and the percentage of beetroot extract in 100 ml of water (30, 40, 50%). This study aimed to determine which ice cream cone formulation(s) from wheat flour, tofu dregs flour, and beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.) extract had the highest protein and betacyanin content and was most favored by consumers. Results showed that formulation with the 70:30 flour ratio and 30% beetroot extract produced the highest protein content of 13.55%, and the 90:10 flour ratio and 50% beetroot extract created cones with the highest betacyanin content of 0.074 mg/100g. The product preference test based on organoleptic properties revealed that the panelists mostly preferred cones made with the 80:20 flour ratio and 30% beetroot extract because of the resulting color (3.53, like slightly), taste (3.61, like slightly), aroma (3.78, like slightly), and crispness (4.32, like), with an overall preference of 4.07 (like).

This study aims to analyze financial performance using financial statement ratios in a merger company, namely PT Ciputra Development Tbk. This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative data used were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and the company's website. In this study, we will discuss the ratios of financial statements that have a relationship with financial performance.

The Islamic capital market is an alternative source of funding as well as an investment vehicle for a company whose operational activities are based on sharia principles. In this case the Islamic capital market affects the level of economic growth of a country.  where when the level of investment is high, the country's economic growth will increase and vice versa. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method with sources from articles, books and data analysis using descriptive analysis regarding the role of the Islamic capital market in increasing economic growth in Indonesia. The results of the study show that Indonesia's economic growth is inseparable from the role of Islamic stock investment. Economic growth can be measured with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). GDP  continues to increase over the past few years, as well as the sharia stock market capitalization which is quite stable. Where is the relationship between capitalization Islamic stock market with a positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

Penggunaan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran, metode dan media dalam pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Salah satu bidang studi yag sulit dipelajari oleh siswa di sekolah dasar yaitu IPA. Fakta di lapangan ditemukan bahwa guru dalam menyampaikan materi hanya menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi belum optimal, pembelajaran fakta dan konsep masih mengandalkan guru sebagai satu-satunya sumber belajar, siswa kurang dilibatkan secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar IPA siswa kelas VIII masih kurang, dan siswa mudah lupa terhadap pelajaran yang telah dipelajarinya karena hanya menghafal tidak secara langsung mengamati media belajar yang nyata sesuai materi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan suatu penelitian tindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan penerapan metode eksperimen upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar IPA pada Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022. Berdasarkan hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terjadi peningkatan daya serap kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 68,82% dan 84,49%. Sedangkan peningkatan ketuntasan kelompok pada Siklus I dan II sebesar 60,00% dan 90,00%. Dan peningkatan ketuntasan individu pada Siklus I dan II masing-masing sebanyak 12 dan 18 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode eksperimen memiliki efektivitas dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar IPA pada siswa Kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah Lempangang Kab. Gowa tahun pelajaran 2021-2022.
