Abstrak:
In the current digital era, SMEs in the culinary sector face challenges in adopting technology to improve operational efficiency. One solution to address this issue is the use of a simple and cost-effective QR Code-based application. This study aims to develop and implement siMenu, an application that provides table, order, and product management solutions without integrating complex digital payment systems. The method used is Project-Based Learning (PBL), which allows the development of technical skills while designing a sustainable business model through Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results show that siMenu successfully improved operational efficiency for SMEs, reduced ordering errors, and provided an easy-to-adopt solution with low implementation costs. However, challenges in application development and building user trust remain obstacles. The conclusion of this study is that simple digital solutions like siMenu can help SMEs in the culinary sector digitally transform and stay competitive in an increasingly evolving market.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine financial literacy and lifestyle influences on financial behavior in members of the Mojopolo Artist community. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was active members of the Mojopolo Artist community, with a total of 98 members. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the analysis and discussion of financial literacy, lifestyle, on the financial behavior of members of the Mojopolo artist community, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on financial behavior in members of the Mojopolo artist community.

Abstrak:
The Influence of Tax Literacy. Tax Morale and Tax Incentives on MSME Taxpayer Compliance in Tana Toraja Regency. The aim of this research is to find out whether tax literacy. Tax morale and tax incentives influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Tana Toraja Regency. The data collection procedures for this research are: Questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The partial test results (t test) show that the tax literacy variable influences the mandatory compliance of MSMEs in Tana Toraja Regency, the tax moral variable influences the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Tana Toraja Regency and tax incentives influence the compliance of MSME taxpayers in Tana Toraja Regency. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing (F test) show that the variables of tax literacy, tax morale and tax incentives influence MSME taxpayer compliance in Tana Toraja Regency

Abstrak:
This article discusses the role of leadership in pluralistic societies and how leadership can foster harmony in diversity. Leadership in this context goes beyond decision-making; it also involves the ability to unite various elements of society that come from different cultural, social, and religious backgrounds. The research reveals that effective leadership in a pluralistic society requires not only skills in managing conflicts and differences, but also qualities such as integrity, empathy, and the courage to make fair decisions. Furthermore, multicultural education and the implementation of inclusive leadership principles, based on universal values such as tolerance, mutual respect, and cooperation, play a crucial role in creating a harmonious society. Through this approach, societies can more easily overcome the challenges of diversity and build peaceful and prosperous communities.

Abstrak:
In the digital era, technology plays an important role in designing learning that is more interactive, personalised and adaptive. This research examines the role of learning technology in learning design through a qualitative approach based on a literature review. The use of technology, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI), shows potential to increase student engagement as well as provide a more flexible learning experience. Blended learning approaches are also proven to increase engagement and provide flexibility in the learning process. In addition, technology supports competency-based learning that enables real-time evaluation of student progress through learning analytics. However, there are challenges in implementing technology, such as the digital divide, teacher readiness, and infrastructure limitations. Therefore, the successful integration of technology in learning design requires support from educational institutions and policies to provide adequate training for teachers and appropriate technology infrastructure. This study concludes that technology integration in learning design provides significant benefits in improving learning quality, but still requires a systematic and adaptive approach.

This research aims to determine the strategy for realizing social harmony in Islamic and Christian communities in Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Natal Regency, knowing the forms and forms of social harmony and the efforts made to create social harmony in Islamic and Christian communities in Bukit Malintang District, Mandailing Regency. Christmas 2024. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Social harmony is compatibility, suitability, balance and justice which provides a sense of security, peace and prosperity to all mankind. Broadly speaking, it means the existence of brotherhood and togetherness between religious communities even though they are different in terms of ethnicity, race and class. The results of this research show that in the villages of Promisematogu and Lambou Dahlul Ihsan, each religion teaches to live in peace and tranquility. The importance of awareness among the adherents of each religion makes it very easy to establish social harmony in society. So that people can live in peace, help each other, respect each other, in everyday life. Religious figures also often emphasize the importance of tolerance as a basis for peaceful coexistence. By implementing the Dalihan Na Tolu system, the kinship system has an important meaning that looks at the relationship between Islamic and Christian communities in the kinship system incorporated in Dalian Na Tolu, overcoming relationships that are built on the basis of inter-religious brotherhood.

Abstrak:
Language is humanity's primary tool for communication, enabling the exchange of ideas, feelings, and ideas between individuals in social and academic contexts. The use of formal and informal language by students is an important topic in the educational context, especially for Faculty of Education students who will become teaching staff in the future. This research aims to analyze the use of formal and informal language in the daily lives of students at the Faculty of Education, Medan State University, and understand the importance of mastering these two types of language in their role as prospective educators. Using a questionnaire method distributed to 47 respondents, the research results showed that students tend to use informal language in everyday social interactions, while formal language is more dominantly used in academic situations. However, there are difficulties in maintaining consistent use of formal language in academic environments due to the influence of social media and informal habits in everyday life. This research highlights the need for a deeper understanding of the use of language appropriate to the context, both formal and informal, in order to improve students' communication skills in their role as prospective educators.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan teknologi komputer dan internet mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk memanfaatkan layanan daring seperti e-learning dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas website e-learning Universitas Papua (UNIPA) dari perspektif pengguna dengan menggunakan pendekatan WebQual 4.0 yang mencakup dimensi usability, information quality, service interaction, design appearance, dan user satisfaction. Melalui studi ini diharapkan diperoleh masukan spesifik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kenyamanan penggunaan website, mendukung kemajuan UNIPA dalam pendidikan digital. Berdasarkan 200 responden mahasiswa, ditemukan bahwa website e-learning UNIPA memiliki keunggulan pada aspek kualitas informasi dengan skor rata-rata 4,2 dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kemudahan penggunaan dan penampilan desain juga menjadi keunggulan dengan skor masing-masing 3,9 dan 3,7 serta berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, interaksi layanan masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan skor 3,4 meskipun berpengaruh signifikan. Secara keseluruhan kepuasan pengguna cukup baik dengan skor 3,8, tetapi peningkatan interaksi layanan perlu diperhatikan manajemen UNIPA. Temuan ini menggambarkan kebutuhan pengguna dan menjadi dasar pengembangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran daring.

This study discusses the application of religious moderation in an effort to build a peaceful and tolerant community in Tewang Kadamba Village, Central Kalimantan. This village is known for its cultural and religious diversity, where the Dayak Kaharingan tribe is the majority of the population while Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity live side by side harmoniously. However, there are challenges related to the lack of motivation in worship activities and the shortage of Islamic religious teachers in the village. This is a serious concern because it can affect the social and religious life of the community. The Tewang Kadamba Village KKN Team took the initiative to empower the community through strengthening religious values ??by involving the younger generation and cadres in the religious teaching program. This program is expected to encourage positive changes in religious life and social life in the village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and literature study, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the religious teaching program in improving the understanding and practice of religious moderation values ??among the Tewang Kadamba Village community. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide useful suggestions for the development of religious teaching programs in Tewang Kadamba Village, so that they can support the formation of a religious, tolerant, and peaceful society
