Additionally, the corporate sector is undergoing simultaneous changes due to the rapid growth of digital technology. The improvement of customer experience and operational efficiency were the main areas of these adjustments. The goal of this study is to ascertain the advantages of Augmented Reality as a novel technology in relation to marketing and consumer happiness. Approaches to the potential and difficulties of augmented reality were discovered using the literature review technique in a number of business domains, including property, MSMEs, and e-commerce. Augmented reality lowers return rates for specific items, boosts trust, and enhances real-time product presentation. Knowledge related to finance and management in running a business is very important. This is the basis for managing a business so that it can survive in an era of developments and increasing business competition. Culinary businesses, such as Albania Coffee & Resto, often face challenges in managing finances and running operations. The purpose of this activity is to provide financial and business management assistance to the Albania Coffee & Resto business located in the Limbangan-Boja area, Kendal Regency, Central Java. This community service provides a real contribution in increasing the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary field. As technology rapidly advances, the internet and social media have become an integral part of everyday life. Social media, which has evolved significantly since the Web 2.0 and 3.0 eras, plays a crucial role in communication and marketing. In this context, Bank Syariah Indonesia utilizes social media as a marketing tool to reach customers, particularly the millennial generation, who are highly reliant on digital technology. This study aims to explore the application of social media in the marketing of Islamic bank products and how brand image influences customer decisions. The use of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok allows the Islamic bank to introduce products and expand its market reach more efficiently. Furthermore, the research indicates that marketing through social media significantly influences consumer purchase intent and strengthens brand image. The bank's brand image is also influenced by product quality, responsive customer service, and the company's reputation, all of which contribute to increased customer trust. With the right digital marketing strategy, the Islamic bank can enhance operational efficiency, strengthen its market position, and provide better services to customers.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the development of MSME financial performance as seen from the optimization of village fund management and financial literacy of MSME actors in Kubu Additional Village. The population is all MSME actors who have received assistance in the form of funds from the village and the number of samples in this study is 41 MSME actors. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling-SEM based on SEM variance, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) visual version 3.0. The results of this study suggest that financial management does not have a significant effect on financial performance in MSMEs. Financial literacy does not moderate the influence of financial management on financial performance in this study.

Abstrak:
The health seminar is one of the work programs of UIN Walisongo Semarang community service students (KKN), designed and presented during the work program seminar, and later implemented during KKN activities. The seminar aims to provide insights to the community, especially in Bangunrejo Village, about stunting and its prevention efforts. The target audience includes mothers of toddlers and village health cadres in Bangunrejo Village, chosen due to the lack of awareness among residents about stunting and its prevention. The seminar was held on Monday, August 13, 2024 ,and utilized a counseling method in the form of a seminar with the theme "Counseling and Prevention of Stunting." This seminar successfully provided knowledge to the community about stunting, its risks, and preventive measures. A noticeable improvement in community understanding of stunting before and after the seminar indicates an increased awareness following the event. Keywords: Seminar, Stunting, Health, Community.

Abstrak:
The need for efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly animal feed in Indonesia, especially for small and medium-scale farmers, requires innovative solutions. This community service program aims to optimize the production and marketing of maggot as an alternative animal feed through the empowerment of MSMEs at TPS3R Ngudi Lestari. A participatory approach was implemented through two main stages: maggot production training and a digital marketing workshop. The results showed a significant increase in both the production capacity and quality of maggot, as well as an improvement in digital marketing skills among MSMEs. The training enhanced participants' technical abilities in substrate management, production efficiency, and post-harvest processing, leading to higher and more consistent production outcomes. Meanwhile, the digital marketing workshop equipped MSMEs with strategies to expand market reach through online platforms, branding, and content creation. Despite challenges such as substrate variability and digital infrastructure limitations, innovative solutions like substrate diversification and improved environmental monitoring were successfully applied. This program not only boosted the local economy but also contributed to a more sustainable livestock sector by integrating circular economy principles. In conclusion, the program demonstrates the potential of combining maggot production with digital marketing strategies to create a sustainable business model for MSMEs, serving as a replicable example for community empowerment within the context of a circular economy and sustainable agriculture in Indonesia

Abstrak:
This study discusses the application of religious moderation in an effort to build a peaceful and tolerant community in Tewang Kadamba Village, Central Kalimantan. This village is known for its cultural and religious diversity, where the Dayak Kaharingan tribe is the majority of the population while Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity live side by side harmoniously. However, there are challenges related to the lack of motivation in worship activities and the shortage of Islamic religious teachers in the village. This is a serious concern because it can affect the social and religious life of the community. The Tewang Kadamba Village KKN Team took the initiative to empower the community through strengthening religious values ??by involving the younger generation and cadres in the religious teaching program. This program is expected to encourage positive changes in religious life and social life in the village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and literature study, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the religious teaching program in improving the understanding and practice of religious moderation values ??among the Tewang Kadamba Village community. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide useful suggestions for the development of religious teaching programs in Tewang Kadamba Village, so that they can support the formation of a religious, tolerant, and peaceful society

Background: Indonesia is included in the category of gout arthritis sufferers which is quite high at 35% in the world, while in Central Java it reaches 7.3% while based on symptom diagnosis it is 24.7%, for the prevalence of gout arthritis in Sukoharjo City is 21.04%. The highest number of gout arthritis patients at the Sukoharjo Health Center is 134 sufferers, from the high value of gout arthritis in Indonesia if not treated cause pain and tingling in the joint area. For this reason, efforts are needed to control gout. One of the treatment is to do a warm compress of cinnamon. Purpose: Determine the pain scale before and after the administration of cinnamon warm compresses and see the effect of cinnamon warm compresses on pain in patients with gout arthritis. Method: This type of application uses a descriptive research method and by observing 2 respondents with a history of gout arthritis and given the implementation of a warm cinnamon compress. Result: The scale of pain after being given a warm cinnamon compress is mild pain. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving cinnamon warm compresses on pain in people with gout arthritis.

Abstrak:
The complementary feeding of breast milk is additional food given to infants after the age of 6 months. Although breast milk is the best food for infants, after the age of >6 months, infants require more vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates. The provision of complementary feeding aims to train and familiarize infants to consume foods that contain the nutrients needed by their bodies as they grow older. This community service activity uses a method of health education through providing information to the community about the importance of nutrition for children to prevent stunting, involving the roles of lecturers, health center officials, cadres, and students as responsible parties in community service. There were 17 mothers of toddlers who participated. With the implementation of community education at the integrated health service post (posyandu) regarding complementary feeding of breast milk for infants aged 6-8 months, the community gains a better understanding of the benefits of complementary feeding for infants aged 6-8 months.

Social Enterprises (SE) are responsible for social and environmental issues. As a hybrid organization that combines the business and volunteer sectors, SE becomes an important tool in analyzing organizational settings and developing plans to achieve social goals. In this article it is emphasized that understanding business models is very important. The social business model (SEMC) and Business Model Canvas (BMC) are useful tools to help SEs create strategies that are responsive to the challenges they face. BMC uses a multidimensional approach to mission values ??and objectives, as well as a deep understanding of stakeholders, to become a powerful tool for driving progress and generating sustainable positive impact. Over time, social entrepreneurs will have to incorporate new principles into their practices. Our results also show that these sustainable and gradual techniques not only change value, but also influence the development of companies and the surrounding society. Therefore, this technique not only helps maintain the existing structure, but also helps make necessary changes. Finally, our research advances our understanding of social entrepreneurship and provides social enterprises seeking greater social change with practical insight.
