Artikel ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis penelitian tentang pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang ilmu manajemen pemasaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi literatur tentang pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelusuran lembaga pustaka, seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya, digunakan dalam proses penulisan artikel Literature Review ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan citra merek. Selain itu, kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan citra merek juga dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan atau loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk atau jasa tersebut.

This research is based on the Regulation of the Nuclear Energy Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2018 concerning Conformity Tests for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology One component that must be tested with a minimum passing standard of ? 100 lux at a distance of 100 cm. Data collection is obtained at the Calibration Agency to obtain accurate results. The purpose of this tool, the Lux Meter is equipped with a distance sensor to measure the light intensity of a collimator lamp with an intensity that must be ? 100 within a distance of 100 cm from the light source. So, making a tool that can be used to measure the amount of collimator illumination is accompanied by measuring the distance, so that it can ensure the results are in accordance with the limits that have been determined with a Lux Meter equipped with a distance sensor using the BH1750 module and the HC-SR04 module. For testing the tool made, it was compared with a Standard Lux Meter with the HIOKI brand, an average error value of 0.021 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 00.020 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.022 was obtained, while for testing the distance sensor it was compared with a Standard Meter with the FLUKE brand. The average percentage error value is 0.002 at a distance of 50cm, an error of 0.011 at a distance of 100cm, and an error of 0.008 at a distance of 130cm.

Peredaran narkotika masih banyak marak terjadi di Indonesia,tidak memandang gender,usia,maupun status sosial seseorang. Semua orang bisa saja menjadi salah satu pecandu narkotika,terlebih lagi jumlah penyalahgunaan narkotika khususnya di Kabupaten Cilacap mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2020. Dalam hal menekan angka pecandu narkotika di Kabupaten Cilacap,maka Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Cilacap menyelenggarakan program rehabilitasi untuk para pecandu narkotika. Oleh karena itu pokok masalah dalam penelitian di bagi beberapa submasalah yaitu: 1)Bagaimana implementasi rehabilitasi terhadap pecandu narkotika di Kabupaten Cilacap?. 2) Apa saja kendala-kendala yang di hadapi oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kabupaten Cilacap dalam implementasi rehabilitasi bagi pecandu narkotika di Kabupaten Cilacap dan bagaimana cara mengatasinya?. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis-sosiologis ,bertujuan untuk memperoleh data primer dan data sekunder melalui penelitian lapangan,dokumentasi serta penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelian ini berfokus pada penanganan rehabilitasi yang di lakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Cilacap,dari awal penerimaan klien,proses rehabilitasi,sampai dengan selesainya proses rehabilitasi yang ada di Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Cilacap. Penulisan juga membahas kendala-kendala di hadapi oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Cilacap pada saat melakukan rehabilitasi terhadap pecandu narkotika dan upaya dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut.

This case study discusses the effect of Environmental Disclosure (EVN), Social Disclosure (CSR), Governance Disclosure (CG) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) disclosure on company performance, using control variables including asset turnover and asset growth. The variables that will be used in this study are the dependent variable (Return on Assets), independent variables (ESG disclosure, EVN disclosure, CSR disclosure, and Corporate Govenance Disclosure), and control variables (asset turnover and asset growth). The population in this sample will use manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a range of 2016-2020. Samples will be taken by purposive sampling method. Based on purposive sampling, it was found that there were 25 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX (2016-2020) that had complete data. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. In addition, this research also uses statistical techniques to test the hypothesys proposed in this study, namely panel data using SPSS. This study found that overall ESG Disclosure has a significant positive effect on company performance and CSR Disclosure has a significant negative effect on company performance.

The development of this application is based on usability which is the most important aspect of an application.

Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa is a cemetery managed by the Gotong Royong Social Foundation, has been using infographics in promotional media in the form of brochures, catalogs and business cards since 2017. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using infographics in promotional media.
The EPIC model is used as a method to determine the effectiveness of infographics in the promotional media that have been used, using the indicators of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact and Communication. Respondents in this study were people who had used the services of Taman Makam Abu Ambarawa.
The results of this study indicate that the use of infographics in promotional media is very effective, with an EPIC index score of 3.38 indicating that the decision scale is very effective. While the tabulation of the EPIC and EPIC Rate dimensions indicated that the four dimensions of the EPIC model (empathy, persuasion, impact and communication) had a value greater than the minimum value of Very Effective of 3.25.
This research can be used by stakeholder are related to cooperatives and UMKM, regarding the perspective of the use of infographics in promotional media that has proven to be effective, through the use of infographics to display products or services in promotional media for the cooperative development and UMKM.

Marketing in this studio still uses simple media, .using a list of products in the form of digital images on a computer in explaining products to consumers. This method is less effective when showing product samples because you have to open a different application in another file location.
The solution to this problem requires a media to help promote the products at Studio Atlantis to consumers in a more practical way. A company profile that summarizes company information along with product samples in the form of video clips then packaged into an interactive form.

The purpose of this study is to build a data model for scheduling lectures at the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Muria Kudus University uses ontology as part of the implementation of semantic web technology. System built based on existing schedule data in the Informatics Engineering Study Program, such as data days, courses, credits, space and time stored in RDF / OWL format. The use of a lot of data with different storage formats becomes problems in finding valid information. To overcome this, it is necessary a system that can provide complete information is needed, namely with using semantic web technology. The semantic web is used to understand meaning of a word and concept, because it builds interconnected resources. Semantic web implementation is built using the ontology approach applied to RDF/OWL format. The results of this study are improving the ability of computers to search for more informationrich lecture schedules in the Informatics Engineering Study Program.

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.

This company still has shortcomings, especially in the field of design, so that marketing is not very successful. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the value of design in a company.The thing that is most prioritized in the design of making this stationery set is to meet the graduation requirements for the final project course and provide a new perspective in utilizing stationery sets as a means of supporting the company's progress. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.
