To address this, the implementation of Decision Support System (DSS) using the SMART Methodology proves to be a relevant solution. This method allows for objective evaluation based on predefined criteria while streamlining the decision-making process. By integrating this technology, Communion Coffee Brewer can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment, support sustainable company growth, and strengthen its long-term operations.
 

Basic vector concept material will be more meaningful and able to hone students' mathematical communication skills if learning is implemented that is appropriate to the characteristics of students and needs in the field. The aim of this research is to create a research design for basic vector concept material using the Dick and Carey model. The results show that there are 10 steps that teachers need to pay attention to when creating learning designs and ensuring that the learning objectives contained are in accordance with learning achievements and needs in the field.

This article examines the development of mathematics learning design using the Dick and Carey model in material simplifying algebra forms for class VII SMPN 217 Jakarta. Learning design refers to the process of planning and developing effective learning structures, strategies and activities to achieve desired learning goals. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the steps for developing learning design by applying the Dick and Carey model in designing mathematics learning on material that simplifies algebraic forms. The results of developing designs using the Dick and Carey model in developing mathematics learning designs can help teachers in designing and implementing learning.

This article aims to develop an instructional design in applying the Jigsaw cooperative learning model to the ability to understand mathematical concepts and the self-efficacy of students at SMK N 26 Pembangunan Jakarta. The learning material chosen is lines and series, covering the following sub-topics: Arithmetic series, geometric series, arithmetic series, and geometric series. The steps before forming the instructional design carried out a needs analysis in which classroom observations and teacher and student interviews were carried out. After the needs analysis is obtained, a learning plan is formed that will be created and will be implemented in the next lesson.

The aim of carrying out this research is to find out the implementation of the Sharia productive financing program in increasing income at PT Pemodalan Nasional Madani Syariah Pujon. The type of research used in this research is field research (Field Research). This research approach is descriptive analysis. This research aims to determine the impact of the Sharia productive financing program on increasing the income of women's MSMEs in Pujon. In preparing this research, the author clarified the data sources into 2 types, namely: 1) Primary data; 2) Secondary Data. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through the following methods and stages: 1) interviews; 2) Observation and 3) documentation. The results of this research are the productive financing application mechanism at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, namely that prospective customers submit applications by bringing initial documents and filling in the financing application form. Customers who take out or carry out productive financing with PT Permodalan Nasional Madani as a business need, the micro-business runs by the customer experiences an increase in income. So that with this financing, the business run by the customer can develop and increase the customer's income. By increasing the stock of goods or equipment in the business run by the customer, the business also experiences progress in terms of income, production and performance

Financial performance analysis is analysis that used to measure company achievement from financial segment. this study purposes is to asses the impact of financial ratio, firm size and net profit margin to financial performance in banking sub-sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2020 - 2022. This research utilizes secondary data obtained from a sample of 45 companies. The analytical methodology employed in this study is descriptive analysis, normality test, hetroscedasticity, autocorelation, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and F test from SPSS statistics 25 as the analytical instrument. The result found in this study show that Net Profit Margin variable has an influence on Return on Assets, meanwhile the Debt to Equity Ratio dan Firm Size variable does not exert influence Return on Assets

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Pemilihan perguruan tinggi terbaik merupakan proses yang kompleks karena terdapat berbagai faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti kualitas pendidikan, biaya kuliah, dan fasilitas yang disediakan. Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas tersebut, metode SAW digunakan untuk memberikan bobot atau nilai penting pada setiap kriteria dan membandingkan perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur untuk menemukan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. SPK dirancang untuk membantu calon mahasiswa dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik dengan cepat dan efektif, memberikan informasi yang akurat dan terpercaya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode SAW dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk masalah pengambilan keputusan dan SPK yang dikembangkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam memilih perguruan tinggi terbaik di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur

Kabupaten Pacitan merupakan salah satu daerah di provinsi Jawa Timur. Kabupaten Pacitan memiliki banyak potensi dan daya tarik wisata. Salah satunya berada di Pantai Siwil, Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Ngadirojo, Pacitan. Potensi dan daya tarik Pantai Siwil yaitu ekosistem mangrove yang ada di pesisir pantai. Ekosistem mangrove di Pantai Siwil sangat potensial jika dijadikan eco-tourism. Namun, masih kurangnya perhatian dari masyarakat lokal dan pemerintah daerah membuat pengelolaan potensi eco-tourism mangrove tidak tidak dapat berkembang dengan maksimal. Di sini lah pentingnya kesadaran masyarakat lokal dan pemerintah daerah agar lebih perhatian terhadap potensi pembangunan eco-tourism mangrove ini. eco-tourism mangrove memerlukan strategi pengembangan yang terencana dan sistematis agar potensi yang dimiliki bisa dikembangkan secara optimal.  Strategi tersebut bertujuan agar pengembangan dan pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove menjadi eco-tourism dapat berjalan sesuai prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan serta memberikan dampak sosial ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif serta menggunakan analisis sistematis dari penulis. Selain itu metode penelitian ini juga bersifat teoritis dan kopseptual. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan teknik penelitian observasi non partisipan. Hasil dari pembahasan penelitian bertujuan agar para pembaca memahami dan mengetahui potensi eco-tourism mangrove di Pantai Siwil serta memberikan strategi pengembangan yang dapat dilakuhkan oleh masyarakat lokal dan pemerintah daerah. Selain itu juga sebagai sarana mempromosikan potensi pariwisata yang nantinya akan mengangkat taraf hidup masyarakat lokal yang tinggal sekitar Pantai Siwil, Pacitan.

Pendidikan sekolah luar biasa (SLB) menawarkan pendidikan untuk anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus agar bisa menempuh pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah luar biasa (SLB) dalam memberikan layanan mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang diperuntukkan bagi Anak Tuna Grahita di SLB Negeri 1 Kulonprogo. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah dengan kualitatif, studi kasus di SLB Negeri 1 Kulonrogo dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil yaitu pendidikan yang diberikan kepada anak tuna grahita memberikan dampak yang positif bagi perkembangan anak, terlebih dengan dberikannya pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam anak akan mempunyai kedekatan dengan sang pencipta yaitu Allah SWT.
