This study aims to find out how Educational Management with Information System Strategies in the Self-Potential Development Activities of Students in Era Society 5.0. Qualitative methods were used for this useful research. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth documentation, and interviews. Based on research results and discussions. The stages of planning, organizing, directing, and implementing, as well as controlling, are all included in the school management study. Because the education management information system is an operational force under the progress of formal and informal educational institutions, it is clear that education management is one of the most important and most needed aspects of education in the era of information system development. Good education management methods applied in schools are focused on the factors that make it possible for schools to be popular, superior, and achievers, among others. Forms of self-potential development in students, and teachers include providing extensive guidance to students, helping students who are less involved and motivated to learn, being a good role model, and planning extracurricular activities.

Children with special needs are children who experience disorders or obstacles in their development and academics. This limitation has a negative impact due to the misunderstanding of the acceptance of parents and society for children with special needs. So that more and more children with special needs are neglected by their parents, not only by letting children live alone, but not fulfilling basic needs is a form of child neglect. This study aims to describe the impact and factors causing neglect of children with special needs as well as the role of the family, community and government in fulfilling the rights of children with special needs, especially in the right to a decent life and the right to education. Data were collected through interviews and systematic review. The results show that neglect of children with special needs has a negative impact on their development and academic aspects. One of the main factors causing children with special needs to be neglected is the parents' lack of acceptance of their children's condition, which gives the view that the limitations of children with special needs are seen as weaknesses that cannot be fixed. In this case, the support and role of the family, community and government hold an important contribution in eliminating the negative stigma that arises and develops in society as well as in fulfilling the rights of children with special needs themselves. Parents' acceptance of the child's condition, changes in the mindset of people who view children with special needs as unfit to be in society, and the role of the government in formulating laws for children with special needs, providing public facilities that suit the needs of children with special needs and providing inclusive schools are a unity that must be considered and run in tandem in order to create a decent life for children with special Needs.

Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.

Rekam medis berisi catatan dan dokumen mengenai identitas pasien, pemeriksa, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien selama masa perawatan. Rekam medis yang bermutu tinggi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayananrumah sakit. Banyak faktor lingkungan kerja yang berpotensi menimbulkan penyakit akibat kerja serta kecelakaan kerja. Adapun faktor yang memiliki potensi bahaya dari segi lingkungankerja meliputi sirkulasi udara dan keamanan. Tujuan: penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan aspek ernogonomi lingkungan tersebut pada petugas rekam medis diRumah Sakit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan Tahun 2022. Metode: penelitian bersifat kualitatif deskriptifyang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan, meringkaskan berbagai kondisi, berbagai situasi, atau berbagai fenomena realitas. Informan penelitian sebanyak 5 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan faktor sirkulasi udara, dapat memengaruhi ergonomi lingkungan Ruang Rekam Medis. Kemudian aspek keamanan tidak berpengaruh karena sudah sesuai dengan standar di Rumah Sakit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan. Kesimpulan: penelitian masih kurangnya sirkulasi udara, sedangkan untuk keamanan yang sudah baik di Ruang Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan. Disarankan Rumah Sakit Tk II Putri Hijau Medan untuk membenahi sirkulasi udara dan tetap mempertahankan keamanan ditempat kerja.

Sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sistem informasi yang berhubungan dengan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan akuntansi. Akuntansi itu sendiri sebenarnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi. Peran sistem informasi akuntansi untuk produk wardah hampir sama dengan perusahaan besar. Membuat keputusan ekonomi saat menjalankan bisnis, termasuk keputusan tentang pengembangan pasar, penetapan harga, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi. Untuk memperoleh laporan atau informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu dan terpercaya, SIA di era digital tidak dapat dilakukan tanpa menggunakan perangkat komputer. Dalam  otomatisasi komputer, penggunaan tenaga kerja manual akan segera ditinggalkan.

Pada era sekarang media sosial sudah sangat berkembang pesat sehingga banyak orang yang dengan mudahnya mengomentari orang lain lewat media sosial. Komentar yang dilontarkan pun seringkali komentar negatif, seseorang memberikan komentar negatif kepada orang lain tanpa memikirkan     bagaimana    kondisi    seseorang    tersebut.    Zaman     sekarang     sering     terjadi    tindakan penghinaan  citra  tubuh  (body  shaming).   Permasalahan  dalam  penelitian  ini  berkaitan  dengan kebijakan formulasi hukum pidana tentang penghinaan citra tubuh (body shaming) saat ini dan kebijakan   formulasi  hukum  pidana  tentang   penghinaan  citra   tubuh  (body   shaming)  di  masa mendatang.  Metode   analisis   data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah   metode   analitis kualitatif,  dengan   pendekatan  perundang-undangan.  Jenis   data   dalam  penelitian  ini  yaitu   data sekunder. Kebijakan formulasi hukum pidana tentang penghinaan citra tubuh (body shaming) saat ini yaitu untuk mewujudkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang digunakan untuk mengatur masyarakat agar tidak melakukan tindakan penghinaan citra tubuh (body shaming) dapat dikenakan Pasal 27 ayat (3) jo. Pasal 45 ayat 1 UU ITE. Di masa mendatang dapat dilakukan dengan cara melihat Pasal 439 dan Pasal 442 RKUHP untuk ancaman pidana yang dapat dijatuhkan kepada pelaku penghinaan citra tubuh (body shaming).  

The occurrence of the covid-19 pandemic caused a forced change in learning methods. The changes that occur are changes from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum whose goal is to catch up on learning. This study aims to identify and examine the "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Mobilizing Schools". This study uses a qualitative method of content analysis. Data in content analysis is collected by collecting and analyzing documents, both written documents, drawings, works, and electronics and the results reported are in the form of an analysis of these documents. The independent curriculum is a learning method that refers to the talent and interest approach. The results and discussion of this study explain the meaning of implementation and independent curriculum in driving schools. Through the Mobilization School, it is hoped that it will be able to realize an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Students.

Stunting is a national program that involves specific and sensitive interventions in it. Activities carried out by cadres are still limited to registering, weighing, measuring length/height, filling out KMS and distributing PMT. Infrastructure facilities at the Posyandu Kenanga are still very limited. The measurement of the body length of toddlers who cannot stand only uses a cloth meter. This will affect the measurement results in the process of monitoring the growth and development of children under five. The purpose of this service activity is to provide education about stunting to improve maternal health literacy and provision of posyandu infrastructure facilities in the form of nameplates and digital baby scales. As a result, from around 54 mothers of children under five who participated in posyandu activities, 24 of them were successfully assessed for pretest and posttest scores. There was an increase in the knowledge score from 73 to 79 with an average of 3,042 increasing to 3,291. The value of the Gain Score calculation shows that the average value of N Gain Score for the experimental class (lecture method) is 12.76% which is included in the ineffective category. The handover of nameplates and digital baby scales is expected to improve the function and role of the posyandu.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi Pengaruh Liabilitas dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Pada Perusahaan Aneka Industri Syariah Yang Terdaftar Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2020. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif, dimana menggunakan metode data panel yang merupakan gabungan antara time series dan cross section. Data yang diperoleh merupakan laporan keuangan tahunan. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Current ratio, return on asset dan return on equity secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio, (2) Current ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan  terhadap dividen payout ratio, (3) Return on asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividen payout ratio, (4) Return on equity berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio.

Lirik lagu adalah ekspresi seseorang untuk mengungkapkan tentang suatu hal yang di dengar,dilihat,ataupun yang pernah dialaminya.penyair atau pencipta lagu bermain dengan Bahasa dan kata-kata untuk menciptakan kekhasan dan daya Tarik terhadap syair atau lirik tersebut.Adapun tujuan dalam peneltian ini antara lain untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dan untuk mengetahui adanya campur Bahasa pada lirik lagu JKT48.metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif.metode kualitatif deskriptif bersangkutan dengan menguraikan data dan penafsiran.,yaitu penelitian dengan menguraikan lirik lagu.hasil dari penelian ini ialah ditemukannya campur Bahasa ke luar,yaitu Bahasa Indonesia ke jepang.salah satu faktor penyebab adanya campur Bahasa adalah tidak di kata yang tepat untuk mengungkapkan makna tersebut.
