This study used library research research methods to investigate curriculum approaches in English language teaching in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in English language teaching in Indonesia and to understand how these approaches shape teaching methods and strategies applied in language classrooms. In this study, the author conducted a comprehensive literature review of relevant literature, including textbooks, research journals, articles, and education policies related to English language teaching in Indonesia. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in the context of English language teaching in Indonesia. The results of this study show that some curriculum approaches commonly used in English teaching in Indonesia include content-based approaches, communicative approaches, task-based approaches, and grammar-based approaches. The selection of this curriculum approach is based on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. In conclusion, in Indonesia, English teaching is influenced by various curriculum approaches, which shape the methods and strategies applied in language classes. The choice of curriculum approach in English language teaching depends on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. Different approaches can be used in combination to create a comprehensive and effective language learning experience so that language learners can easily master the language in a formal setting.

The Independent curriculum is a new curriculum used in Indonesia and a transitional curriculum from K-13 curriculum. Therefore, this study aims to examine how the role of a teacher in implementing the new curriculum in the class they teach, especially English teachers. This study used library research methods, the data were taken from several articles and similar research. The source of data came from Google Scholar by using keywords the role of the teacher in the independent curriculum and the application of the independent curriculum in English classes. The results of this study indicate that English teachers are people who play an important role in implementing the independent curriculum. The English teacher in this curriculum acts as a giver of understanding, and has influence to improve the quality of education as well as an adapter that aligns the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students. English teachers can implement an independent curriculum by changing teaching methods, using new strategies to improve learning outcomes. For curriculum implementation there are several strategies that English teachers can use such as games, music, using interactive learning media when teaching, then you can also use Role-play, Information-gap activities, Jigsaw activities, open-ended discussions and debates.

This research aims in order to help teachers and students create an effective and current curriculum that includes strategic approaches, teaching methods, and descriptions of challenges and solutions in implementing language learning, the goal of this research is to explain an innovative approach to teaching English to non-native speakers of the language. English taught in Indonesian classrooms A approach for conducting library research was used. Data acquisition through documentation ISI analysis is the method employed. Because Indonesia's educational system was in crisis when this study was being written, it was decided to base its findings on ideas that are frequently utilized in teaching English. This research explores the synergy between lecturers, students and alumni of the Arabic and English Education Technology Study Program (TBI) at IAIN Palangka Raya in carrying out collaborative community service activities. The main focus of this research is the application of Islamic animation media as a means of strengthening verb language skills in students at the Berkah Palangka Raya Integrated Tsanawiyah Madrasah. The research method used is qualitative. The aim of this research is to improve the understanding and use of verbs in Arabic among MTs Terpadu Berkah Palangka Raya students. The research results show that through this collaborative approach, lecturers, students and alumni can create Islamic animated media that is interesting and relevant to the students' context. The use of Islamic animation media is effective in strengthening students' understanding of verb skills, as well as increasing their learning motivation. This research contributes to a practical understanding of how synergy between lecturers, students and alumni can improve collaborative community service in the field of education.

The background of this study was to examine how big the role of Bloom's taxonomy is in the curriculum approach as a work tool that functions to clarify learning objectives, to develop an education system in a more efficient direction. This research uses the Library Research method, this method was chosen because with the Library Research method researchers can clearly analyze various conceptual information as well as qualitative and quantitative data from previous research. The conclusion obtained is that with the progress of the times, education must also develop and one of the education systems used in learning is the curriculum. With an efficient curriculum and in accordance with the needs of students in his day, the curriculum can be said to have succeeded in achieving its goals. Bloom's Taxonomy is present as a framework to help and also as evaluation material to revise or update the existing curriculum.

The study “Evaluating Competence-Based Vocational Education in Indonesia” investigates at the CBE is used in Indonesian vocational education. In addition to gathering cross-sectional survey data from 41 school administrators, 453 instructors, and 2219 students from 41 schools, the study examines educational policy texts. The study looks at how much CBE is implemented in Indonesian vocational education. In terms of the improvement of students’ competencies, the study also assesses the success of CBE implementation. The study comes to the conclusion that CBE implementation in Indonesian vocational education is still in its early stages and that there are still many issues that need to be resolved in order to ensure effective CBE implementation.

This study aims to analyze the format for the preparation of the Curriculum Merdeka and the appropriate presentation media for this curriculum. A format preparation is a decision made about learning objectives and the strategies and methods needed to achieve these goals as well as a study of the effectiveness and meaning of these methods and strategies. Presentation media is said to be a graphic, photographic tool, and can also be in the form of an electronic device that has the function of capturing, processing and rearranging information in the form of verbal or visual. English learning is developing English language skills in a contextual and acceptable manner according to the context and conditions and situations of students' daily lives. This is to produce a form of learning English that is more in touch with the language needs of students. Curriculum Merdeka is a curriculum which in its development is the result of adjustments to the latest conditions in an area and in accordance with the development of students due to contemporary issues that are currently happening. This research is use method literature study. Data collected and analyzed entirely from the literature as well as other documentation materials, such as writing in journals or other media relevant and still being studied.

The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for two years and has affected people's life in many different ways, including how the subject of education has affected people. Raising and harmonizing educational standards is a crucial problem for the government's efforts to improve Indonesia's educational system. It is thought that the current curriculum is insufficient to improve education quality, as shown by the indicators of student learning results, which are still low. This claim shows how important it is for educational implementers to use the curriculum as a guide, tool, or document to carry out the best teaching and learning procedures possible in order to achieve educational goals.

English language learning in elementary schools based on the 2013 curriculum is included in local content, where English language learning becomes learning that is not mandatory in elementary schools. However, some elementary schools require their students to learn English, but the schools educator shortages. At the elementary school SDN Bereng Kajang - 1, researcher found that the school has a local content teacher, but the teacher have no basic in english learning. The researcher's goal is to improve English learning through vocabulary material with flashcard media. This research uses the CAR (Classroom Action Research) method in which this research collaborates with the teacher in observing the student learning process while in the classroom. This research was conducted in 2 cycles; the sample of this study was grade 4 students and total of the students are 12. In this study, researcher are more concerned with the process of each cycle stage in order to get satisfactory results.

Kompetensi menulis karya ilmiah tidak bisa dipungkiri sangat penting saat ini, karena guru diharapkan mampu menulis dan menerbitkan karya ilmiah selain mampu mengajar. Beberapa lokakarya telah diselenggarakan untuk guru sekolah negeri, tetapi jarang menawarkan kesempatan yang sama kepada guru sekolah swasta.
