Pertumbuhan ekonomi negara juga dibantu oleh usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah salah satu peran UMKM dalam meningkatkan ekonomi. Upaya untuk membangun UMKM menghadapi banyak tantangan, salah satunya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya keuangan dan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Tanggetada Kabupaten Kolaka yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini, responden berjumlah 36 UMKM, yang diperoleh melalui metode sampling bola salju. Analisis data yaitu regeresi linear berganda. Hasil pnelitian yaitu kualitas pelaporan keuangan mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis UMKM di Kecamatan Tanggetada Kabupaten Kolaka secara signifikan, dengan nilai t hitung 6,249 yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 1,691. Nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Peneliti merekomendasikan bahwa pelaku UMKM harus meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka karena kinerja bisnis mereka akan berdampak besar pada pengembangan.

Abstrak:
This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and ability of business groups in Kassi Village, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency in making effective business projections. This program is expected to provide strategic provision for business actors in managing finances, planning business development, and facing market challenges. The technique of implementing this activity includes three stages starting from the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the activity evaluation stage. The results of the training showed that traditional business owners have difficulty in applying business forecasting techniques to their businesses because sales records are sometimes incomplete or non-existent. After conducting the simulation, participants were able to understand the basis of sales forecasting for future sales forecasts. In addition, business owners can know their business forecast with certainty. Knowledge of business forecasting is expected to improve business performance and competitiveness. The limitation of this training is that the implementation method does not use instructional techniques so that knowledge about business forecasting can be implemented in business activities.

Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Surabaya (DISPUSIP) is one of the Surabaya city government institutions whose role is to provide and manage public service facilities in the library and archives sector in the City of Surabaya. DISPUSIP has an IT Team that manages information technology including the development of Management Information Systems (MIS). In working on MIS development, the DISPUSIP IT Team experienced problems related to the division of job desks between members and the MIS work flow was unclear and undocumented because there were no procedures and documentation for MIS development activities. Therefore, MIS development governance is needed in the form of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to manage MIS development activities. The preparation of SOPs in this thesis uses the gap analysis method to determine the gap between current conditions and ideal conditions. Current conditions were obtained from interviews and observations, while ideal conditions were obtained from activities in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the COBIT 5 domain BAI03 framework, and ITIL v3 change management. The output produced from this thesis is a MIS development SOP document which consists of 5 procedures, namely: New MIS Planning SOP, New MIS Analysis SOP, New MIS Design SOP, New MIS Implementation SOP, and MIS Module Addition SOP verified using the interview method and validated with SOP test simulations to find out whether the SOP is appropriate.

Abstrak:
The findings of problems related to store atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction are the impetus for this research. This study aims to examine how customer satisfaction at KFC Purus Veteran Padang City is influenced by store atmosphere and service quality. Quantitative research is the methodology used. Primary data is the type of data used in this study. The participants in this study were consumers of KFC Purus Veteran Padang City. This study involved a sample size of 97 consumers, who were selected through the non-probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 software. The findings show that the store atmosphere received a high rating of 4.08% which indicates a positive perception among consumers. In addition, consumer satisfaction was rated at 3.68% and service quality at 3.49%, both of which fell into the satisfactory category. The results also show a significant effect of store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.187 indicates that these variables explain 18.7% of the variance in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. Abstrak:
Eduwisata village is a form of development of a village that combines elements of tourism with education and learning. The establishment of eduwisata village aims to make people aware of the importance of culture and the environment. In addition, eduwisata village is used as a means of empowering the community's economy. In eduwisata village,there are communities that play a role in increasing the value of the production sector, UMKM, and the economy as well as the economic potential of the village itself. In the process of developing the eduwisata Village program, there is cooperation with various agencies such as local governments, educational institutions, local communities, and the private sector. This study uses the theory of Smelser and Swedberg (2005) suggests that economic sociology focuses more on sociological analysis of economic processes, such as the formation of prices (agreements) between actors with economic actors, the interaction between the economy and other institutions in society, and institutional dynamics and cultural parameters that become the foundation.

Abstrak:
This research discusses the importance of teamwork in improving employee performance in a company. Teamwork is an effective way to unite all employees in achieving company goals with better results. Several important aspects of teamwork include clear goals, open and honest communication, cooperative decision making, and an atmosphere of trust. Research shows that teamwork has a positive influence on employee performance, especially in teams involved in complex knowledge work. Other factors that influence employee performance include competence, work motivation, leadership, and work environment. Employee performance assessments are carried out to improve work quality, career development and compensation adjustments. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies to explore information from various relevant sources.

Abstrak:
Hipertensi adalah penyakit dengan etiologi multifaktorial, dan bukti telah menunjukkan pentingnya penigkatan transportasi vaskuler, stres oksidatif, dan disbiosis usus dalam perkembangan dan pemeliharaan hipertensi. Tekanan darah sistolik atau diastolik lebih besar dari 140 atau 90 mmHg termasuk hipertensi (World Health Organization, 2019). Penduduk Indonesia yang berusia 18 tahun keatas mengalami hipertensi, menurut diagnosis dokter. Berdasarkan diagnosis dokter hipertensi pada populasi penderita hipertensi pada tahun 2018, 54,4% rutin minum obat, 32,3% tidak rutin minum obat, dan 13,3% tidak minum obat antihipertens. Persentase tersebut mewakili riwayat penggunaan obat dan alasan tidak minum obat. Di Indonesia penyakit hipertensi menyerang 34,1% penduduk pada tahun 2018. Setiap tahun terjadi peningkatan terutama pada tahun 2018. Setiap tahun terjadi peningkatan terutama pada tahun 2018. Mengetahui bahwa 13,3% dari mereka yang didiagnosis hipertensi tidak minum obat dan 32,3% tidaj meminum obat secara teratur berkontribusi dengan meningkatnya prevalensi hipertensi (Rikesdas, 2018). Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Hipertensi Terhadap Pencegahan Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Pasar Kemis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan teknik total sampling merupakan teknik non probability sampling teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 90 sampel. Hasil uji chi-square dengan nilai (P value) < 0,05. Diharapkan Puskesmas Pasar Kemis dapat memberikan arahan, motivasi dan penyuluhan lebih lanjut mengenai hipertensi dan pengtinya kepatuhan minum obat hipertensi kepada masyarakat.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of customer satisfaction which is thought to be due to facility factors and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of facilities and service quality at Suko Kopi Padang. This research is descriptive quantitative with sampling techniques using purposive sampling and a sample size of 371 respondents based on the Slovin formula. This research data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validation and reliability. Based on the results of the research analysis, it is concluded that the results of the t-test, for the facility variable (X1) produce a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of the facility variable on customer satisfaction. And for the results of the t-test for the service quality variable (X2) results in a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is an influence of the service quality variable on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the f-test, the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that simultaneously the facility variable (X1) and the service quality variable (X2) have an effect on customer satisfaction. Facility variables (X1) and service quality (X2) have an influence of 56.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership style, work environment, and perceptions of job opportunities on employee turnover intention. The population used in this study were all employees working and the sample used is 70 employees. This study used non-probability sampling technique research methods with saturated sampling method (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variable Compensation has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, and Perception of Work Opportunities has a partial positive effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on the performance of employees of the University of Al - Ersyad Cilacap. The object of this research is the University of Al - Ersyad Cilacap, while the subjects are employees of the University of Al - Ershad Cilacap. This research uses sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 169 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed directly to employees of Al-Irsyad University, Cilacap. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis performed, it shows that work stress affects employee performance and the work environment affects employee performance.
