Social media has become an inseparable part of people's lives, including in the world of education. Students can use social media for various purposes, including to support the learning process. This research aims to understand how the use of social media by Islamic Economics students at UIN SMH Banten influences their study habits. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to students to find out about the social media they use, duration of use, and purpose of use, as well as its influence on study habits. The research results show that social media has a positive and significant influence on student study habits. Simultaneously, the social media variable as a whole contributes 49.2% to the study habits variable.

The purpose of this research is to see how much influence the halal label has on the choice of cosmetic products (make up) among Islamic Economics students at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. This research uses quantitative methods and descriptive verification methods. This research information was collected through a survey distributed to 30 students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten.  The data in this research were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program. According to the research results, the halal label variable has a very large and beneficial influence on the choice of cosmetics. These results are viewed from the results of hypothesis testing on the accepted variables, which show that there is a strong positive influence of the halal label variable on the assessment of cosmetic selection.

This study aims to determine the potential of the creative economy to support the development of gili Indah Tourism Village, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach.The data collection process uses observation, interview,and documentation methods.Furthermore, the data is processed using data analysis techniques Milles and Huberman which includes data reduction,assessment, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study revealed that Gili Indah village has a promising creative economic potential, especially in the handicraft subsector such as crafts from coconut shells, wood, and accessories from local materials that are hereditary cultural heritage. Creative economic potential in Gili Indah village has a very important role in supporting the development of Sustainable Tourism Village. The creative economy plays a role in providing products and services that become tourist attractions, increasing income and welfare of the community, preserving local culture and wisdom, and creating new jobs for rural communities.

Law No. 19 of 2013 on the Protection and Empowerment of Farmers aims to improve farmers' welfare through various programs, including fertilizer subsidies. However, the distribution of subsidized fertilizers often faces issues such as misallocation, delays, and misuse. The Farmer Card (Kartu Tani), an innovation to facilitate the distribution of subsidized fertilizers, has significant potential to address these problems. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Farmer Card in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers, identify the challenges faced by farmers in its use, and propose solutions for the optimization of the Farmer Card. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, this study finds that the main challenges include technical issues, lack of socialization, bureaucratic hurdles, and farmers' distrust of new technology. Proposed solutions include enhancing technological infrastructure, providing intensive training for farmers, and simplifying administrative procedures. The study's results indicate that improvements in these aspects can enhance the effectiveness and transparency of subsidized fertilizer distribution through the Farmer Card.

The Constitution is the fundamental foundation for the establishment and development of an independent state, reflecting the framework of a democratic and just political life. As an integral part of the constitutional system, the Constitutional Court (MK) plays a crucial role in safeguarding justice and democracy through its oversight and constitutional interpretation functions. The Constitutional Court in Indonesia functions as a guardian of the constitution, ensuring that all components of the state and society consistently implement the constitution. Indonesia's constitutional history shows significant dynamics of change, with the 1945 Constitution undergoing various amendments before finally being reaffirmed in the reform era. The establishment of the Constitutional Court in 2003 reflected the spirit of reform to guarantee human rights and the rights of citizens that had previously been neglected. With a special task in handling constitutional cases, the Constitutional Court aims to maintain government stability and overcome the problem of multiple interpretations of the constitution that occurred in the past.

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menganalisa penerapan Pasal 49 KUHP pada tindak pidana pembunuhan pasal 338 KUHP. (studi putusan no. 140/Pid.B/2011/PN.ME). Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini merupakan metode hukum normatif  dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian Majelis Hakim menganggap bahwa Suatu perbuatan Tindak Pidana Pembunuhan pasal 338 KUHP ataupun Tindak pidana penganiyaan 351 KUHP, apabila perbuatan tersebut dilakukan pada saat itu tidak dapat lagi berpikir dengan tenang dan jernih dan terpikirlah hanyalah menyelamatkan diri/jiwanya; karena perbuatan tersebut merupakan pembelaan diri, karena perasaan tergoncang. yang masih berlanjut dan masih berhubungan, maka perbuatan tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai pembelaan terpaksa yang diatur dalam pasal 49 KUHP (noodweer dan noodweer – exces), sehingga Pelaku Tindak pidana pembunuhan yang terbukti melakukan tindak pidana tersebut harus dilepaskan dari segala tuntutan (onslag van recht vervolging). dengan pertimbangan hukum karena alasan penghapus pidana,  sebagai berikut adanya daya paksa (Overmacht), adanya pembelaan terpaksa (Noodweer , Noodweer-exces), sebab melaksanakan ketentuan Undang- undang, sebab menjalankan perintah jabatan.

Ikan neon adalah spesies ikan cantik yang populer, terutama di kalangan penggemar aquascape. Terdapat dua jenis ikan neon yaitu ikan neon tetra dan ikan kardinal yang masing-masing memiliki pola sisik yang berbeda, ikan neon tetra memancarkan kilatan warna biru dan neon merah yang memanjang dari pusat tubuh hingga ke bagian bawah otak. dan ikan neon cardinal memiliki lampu berwarna biru dan merah dari pangkal ekor hingga kepalanya. Namun, spesies ikan seringkali memiliki bagian tubuh, sirip, dan ekor yang mirip, sehingga sulit untuk mengidentifikasi spesies tersebut. Karena keterbatasan kemampuan mata manusia untuk membedakan ikan tetra dari neon kardinal, peneliti mengklasifikasikan ikan neon menggunakan teknik ekstraksi fitur Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) untuk membedakannya. Dataset citra yang dihasilkan adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai x dan y dari fungsi GLCM dengan membuat 1.915 sampel citra yang terdiri dari 954 citra Neon Tetra dan 961 citra Neon Tetra, dilanjutkan dengan 700 data latih dan 300 dataset uji. Didapatkan efisiensi 97,90% dan nilai Loss 2,10% pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil akurasi yang sangat baik.

Work motivation is a condition that has a strong influence in terms of generating or encouraging, guiding and maintaining related behavior in the work environment. While leadership style is a characteristic, habit, character and personality that is distinctive and unique from a leader so that it distinguishes it from others that colors the behavior and way that person leads. The low work motivation of nurses is usually caused by a very high workload, low salaries, and also because the leadership style tends to conflict with the character of their subordinates. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership style and work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room at Batara Guru Belopa Hospital, Luwu Regency. The discussion compiled in this chapter includes the leadership style of the head of the room, work motivation of nurses and the relationship between leadership style and work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of Batara Guru Belopa Hospital, Luwu Regency.
