Abstract Based on our research in Beras Basah Village so many housewife is not have a job. So the researchers aim to make flower bouquet entrepreneurship training to increase their income. We use qualitative method, the population is housewife in organitation PKK at Beras Basah village, and the sample of 20 people.This research has a positive impact on their creativity. This can be seen from their enthusiastic attitude in participating in the training. The researcher's recommendation for this activity is to develop it independently and sustainably so that it can grow new UMKM.

Pragmatics is a branch of linguistics that studies the intent of speech. The material of this research is directive speech acts. Directive speech act is one type of speech act used by speakers to tell others to do certain actions. This research analyzes the directive speech acts in the Science Around Us learning video on the Pahamify YouTube Channel. The approach used to examine this research is using theoretical and methodological approaches. The theoretical approach used is a pragmatic approach while the methodological approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. This research method uses a pragmatic and descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection in this analysis is through listening and note-taking techniques, and using the derivative technique of simak bebas libat cakap. Then, the data analysis technique uses the commensurate technique. And using formal and informal data presentation techniques. The results show that there are various types of directive speech acts used by speakers, such as asking, commanding, ordering, inviting, asking, pleading, suggesting and forcing. The act of asking dominates, showing the speaker's effort to actively involve the audience. The findings indicate that directive speech acts play an important role in creating effective interaction in science learning through video media. This research contributes to a better understanding of more in-depth about language use in the context of online learning.

K-Means dan K-Medoids digunakan untuk menilai indikator sosial ekonomi dan kesehatan di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2023 melalui metode klasterisasi. Dengan menggunakan Principal Component Analysis (PCA) untuk mereduksi dimensi variabel, penelitian ini mengelompokkan wilayah berdasarkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan kesehatan. Data yang dianalisis termasuk angka harapan hidup, tingkat kemiskinan, pengangguran, dan akses ke layanan kesehatan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada kombinasi unik antara PCA dan K-Medoids untuk menghasilkan klaster yang lebih akurat dan robust terhadap outlier, dibandingkan metode yang biasanya hanya menggunakan satu teknik klasterisasi atau tidak melibatkan reduksi dimensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K-Medoids dengan PCA menghasilkan klaster yang lebih koheren dan terpisah daripada K-Means, terutama dalam menangani outlier. Menurut metode Elbow dan Silhouette, empat hingga lima klaster adalah pilihan terbaik. PCA meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi klasterisasi dengan mengurangi kompleksitas data, yang menghasilkan klaster yang lebih baik Diharapkan temuan ini akan membantu pemerintah membuat kebijakan yang lebih baik untuk mengatasi ketimpangan kesehatan dan sosial ekonomi di Jawa Timur.

This research analyzes the news text on the ISKNEWS.COM online news portal. Then the other purpose of this research is to prove that the news texts in the portal, after being analyzed, are worthy of being used as teaching materials for critical reading for grade XI high school students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and a syntactic approach as the theoretical approach. The writer obtained data by reading several related references and recording information that could be used as data. For this reason, reading and scanning techniques were used in this research. The data in this study are news texts from the January 2024 edition of the ISKNEWS.COM online news portal. The data analysis method used is the agih method. The writer analyzes the text by identifying sentences that do not follow the syntax rules and the feasibility of the text as a good and correct news text. The analysis results show several syntactic errors identified, namely sentences with non-standard structures, the use of absorbed words in sentences, ambiguous sentences, inappropriate diction in sentence formation, and the use of words inefficiently. In addition, the news puzzle is proven to be used as teaching material for critical reading for grade XI high school students. This is because the syntactic errors found are still tolerable, and the text has a good structure.

This Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to describe the improvement of learning outcomes and social emotional skills through differentiated learning process applied to the material of observation report text at SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya. This research uses a cycle design consisting of planning, observation, implementation and reflection. Data was collected through student worksheets, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes by 17% in the first cycle, and 27% percent in the second cycle stage. Student learning outcomes are shown through the percentage of students who reach the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) which was initially 60% in the pre-cycle then increased to 77% in the second cycle, and increased to 100% in the second cycle. The results of students' socio-emotional skills are shown through observation sheets and questionnaires. This observation stage is carried out in two stages and the results are in the form of a comparison of social emotional skills before the differentiated learning approach and afterwards.

A business development strategy is an effort to conduct an analysis of regional market conditions, both internal which includes strengths and weaknesses, external conditions which include opportunities and threats that will be faced, then alternatives are taken to determine the strategy that must be implemented. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for developing the Idol Batik House business in Pemusiran Village, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. In this research, the method used is qualitative, the data analysis method used is SWOT analysis and the data collection method uses observation and interviews. Based on research results, Batik Idola utilizes its strengths to gain opportunities by using strategies including maintaining the quality of its batik, maximizing communication technology for marketing and technology in the production sector such as electric canting to maximize production and carry out business development. And the strategy used by Batik Idola to minimize existing weaknesses and to avoid threats that come, namely by increasing promotions by utilizing promotional media according to existing funds, and also adding distribution channels such as agents, resellers or sales.

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the significance of the Kombuik Dance Movement in Gunung Sahilan Village, Kampar Kiri Regency's Gunung Sahilan District. The study comes to the conclusion that each of the nine movement kinds has a distinct significance. In addition to the message conveyed by this movement, the dance's main goal is to express gratitude to Allah SWT, who has provided the local community with an abundance of sustenance through the rice harvest. It also aims to demonstrate to the larger public how the local community expresses gratitude for the gifts and sustenance they have received. Libraries are part of the learning resources that every school and college must have. Because students easily search for information or knowledge through the library. This community service aims to socialize Information Management at the SMA Negeri 7 Binjai Library through the Use of Website-Based Applications. This community service method uses a socialization approach to students, female students, and teachers of SMA Negeri 7 Binjai. The results of this study explain that a library is an organization tasked with collecting information, processing, presenting, and serving the information needs of library users. The existence of this web-based library is very helpful for students, students, and teachers in obtaining information more quickly and helping the work of librarians in managing libraries that will be with tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, even millions of collections, with services covering the school community (students, education staff, and the wider community), so it needs to be supported by an automation system that is futuristic (has a forward reach), so that it can always maintain excellent service.
