Abstrak:
This research aims to find out: (1) Online Customer Reviews, Trust, and Purchasing Decisions at the Lazada Marketplace in the city of Tasikmalaya. (2) The relationship between Online Customer Reviews through Trust. (3) The influence of partial online customer reviews and trust on purchasing decisions for Erigo products at the Lazada Marketplace in Tasikmalaya city. (4) Simultaneous influence of Online Customer Review and Trust on purchasing decisions for Erigo products at the Lazada Marketplace in Tasikmalaya city. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis with an interval measurement scale. Partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing with a significant level (?= 0.05). The research results show that: (1) Online Customer Reviews, Trust, and purchasing decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace are included in the very good category. (2) Online Customer Review has a relationship with Trust in Erigo Marketplace Lazada products. (3) Online Customer Reviews and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Partial Purchase Decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace. (4) Online Customer Reviews and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Simultaneous Purchasing Decisions for Erigo products on the Lazada Marketplace.

Abstrak:
An agreement is when a person commits to another person to do something or when both parties commit to carry out something. However, in practice, there are often cases of default, where there are parties who do not fulfill their obligations in accordance with the contents of the agreement, as happened in the case of a kiosk sale and purchase agreement in Kupang District Court Decision Number 132.18/PDT.G/2016/PN.KPG. This article aims to analyze the occurrence of default in the kiosk sale and purchase agreement and analyze the judge's decision in resolving the default with the principles of justice. This article adopts a qualitative approach by using the normative juridical method and conducting a literature study. The results of this research analysis explain that the judge's decision in this case has fulfilled the necessary conditions. The Defendant has been found in default by the Panel of Judges and is entitled to pay the remaining money according to the agreement letter. The principles of legal certainty and justice have also been applied properly by considering all evidence and witness testimony before making a decision.

Abstrak:
Community Service Activities are mandatory activities carried out by UIN North Sumatra students, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. PMM-4 students carry out community service activities in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. One of the series of activities planned by PMM-4 students is a study house which is attended by the children of Bandar Magodang Village. This study house program aims to help the children of Bandar Magodang Village in brushing and maintaining good and correct dental health. This program is running well, this service activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The method used in implementing this community service is a qualitative approach. Data were collected before and after the intervention to assess changes in children's knowledge and behavior. The results showed a significant increase in their understanding of the importance of brushing their teeth properly and maintaining dental health in general. The implication of these findings is the importance of ongoing dental health education in rural communities to improve children's dental well-being. This learning house action was completed on 18-19 August 2023 in one of the residents' yards in Bandar City, Bintang Bayu District.

Abstrak:
Pre-marital sexual behavior in adolescents can influence developmental tasks and increase risky behaviors such as unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Social media, gadget influence, and inappropriate peer selection play a role in these occurrences. Peer education models through counselling centers in schools are crucial in providing insights and experiences for better and healthier behavior. Telehealth models serve as an educational method that can reduce pre-marital sexual behavior by providing information on reproductive health and preventing pre-marital sexual behavior. The research method used was a comprehensive literature review. A total of 11 articles meeting inclusion criteria were found, utilizing educational media through m-health, WhatsApp groups, videos, and leaflets. Data gathered included insights into sexual diseases, positive attitudes towards change, adolescent knowledge and interests, education level, gender, self-efficacy, general health status, socioeconomic status, living conditions, healthcare facilities, and marital status. Clinical practice implications through peer education can enhance adolescent knowledge, thus potentially reducing premarital sexual relationships and unwanted pregnancies among adolescents. Based on the literature study, the telehealth education model can be further developed using other theoretical models to make its implementation more comprehensive.

Era globalisasi, persaingan dalam dunia bisnis sangat cepat, sehingga organisasi dituntut untuk terus bekerja dengan keseriusan untuk mengimbangi daya saing organisasi yang sebenarnya. Kemampuan untuk mengoptimalkan SDM dan manajemen SDM sangat penting untuk setiap bisnis, termasuk pada PT. Asia Pacific Fibers (APF), Tbk. Sehingga, perlu penelitian ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui variabel apa saja yang mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mencari tahu sejauh mana dampak motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, serta lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan bagian texturizing. Dimana populasinya adalah 133. Sedangkan sample yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Metode sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diproses dengan SPSS 26. Temuan menunjukkan t motivasi kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan senilai 2.924. Secara langsung disiplin kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan senilai 4.867. Secara langsung lingkungan kerja berdampak terhadap kinerja karyawan senilai 2.926. Secara bersama-sama motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan senilai”31.302. Hasil Adjusted R2 senilai 0,479 menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh dari 3 variabel bebas secara bersama-sama senilai 47,9% dan sisanya senilai 52,1% merupakan variabel lain selain dalam penelitian ini.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of positioning and location on purchasing decisions at cafe shops. This study used a sample of 100 respondents from cafe shop consumers. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that positioning and location have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions with an R-Square value of 68%. This shows that when the location and positioning partially effect are good and supportive, it will be able to increase the number of sales.

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company and to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing company. The research method used by researchers is to use descriptive analysis. This research uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is causal. In this study, the authors conducted direct research on all Da'o Screen Printing customers to obtain data. The sample in this study was 50 people, this is based on saturated sampling technique where the population in this study was 50 people. Researchers will conduct tests using SPSS version 25. Relationship Marketing at Da'o Screen Printing company is currently in a very good classification. Da'o Screen Printing's customer loyalty is currently in a good classification because many customers maintain loyalty at Da'o Screen Printing. Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty because if the implementation of Relationship Marketing will increase customers who are loyal to the products provided by Da'o Screen Printing.

Pasca pandemi Covid-19 telah terjadi pergeseran perilaku masyarakat secara umum, termasuk perilaku konsumen yang disebabkan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat secara global selama lebih dari 2 tahun. UMKM sebagai salah satu yang terkena dampak paling berat, harus dapat segera menyesuaikan dengan perubahan yang terjadi, rebranding adalah salah satu pilihan terbaik agar dapat menempatkan kembali perusahaannya pada posisi yang tepat dan dapat membantu keluar dari krisis, sesuai tujuan dari rebranding. Rebranding dapat meningkatkan brand equity, yaitu nilai merek dimata konsumen, dengan demikian sangat perlu meningkatkan brand equity, yang pada akhirnya dapat membantu mengembalikan loyalitas pelanggan dan bahkan dapat menambah pelanggan baru. Proses relaunching yang dilakukan dengan efektif dapat tersampaikan dengan utuh kepada publik dengan cara publikasi melalui media online dikarenakan saat ini hampir semua orang sudah memiliki perangkat pribadi dan paham media online, sehingga relaunching dapat tersampaikan secara langsung. Dengan rebranding yang dilakukan, sesuai tujuannya, maka diharapkan loyalitas pelanggan dapat terjaga dan ditingkatkan bahkan dapat menarik pelanggan baru.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kinerja perusahaan sebagai variabel intervening. Obyek penelitian terdiri dari 24 perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020 dengan jumlah sampel 98 secara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan regresi dan dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu.Pengujian variabel intervening digunakan strategi causal step dan tes sobel. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa likuiditas yang diproksikan CR tidak signfikan, baik terhadap kinerja perusahaan maupun nilai perusahaan. Namun, berbeda dengan faktor kebijakan hutang yang diproksikan DER justru berpengaruh signfikan, baik terhadap kinerja perusahaan maupun nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan, kinerja perusahaan yang diproksikan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Berdasarkan pada tes sobel diperoleh hasil bahwa kinerja perusahaan tidak dapat memediasi, baik hubungan likuiditas dengan nilai perusahaan maupun hubungan kebijakan hutang dengan nilai perusahaan.</p><p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and debt policy on firm value with firm performance as an intervening variable. The research object consists of 24 property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 with a total sample of 98 by purposive sampling. The analytical technique used is path analysis with regression and the classical assumption test is performed first. Testing the intervening variables used the causal step strategy and the Sobel test. The results of data analysis conclude that the liquidity proxied by CR is not significant, both on company performance and company value. However, in contrast to the debt policy factor that is proxied by DER, it has a significant effect, both on company performance and company value. Meanwhile, the company's performance as proxied by ROA has a significant effect on firm value. Based on the Sobel test, the results show that the company's performance cannot mediate, both the relationship between liquidity and firm value and the relationship between debt policy and firm value.</em></p>

This study aims to determine whether Communication and Delegation of Authority Affects Employee Performance at The Office of Harbormaster and Port Authority Class IV, Sibolga. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research methodwith a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were employees at the Class IV Sibolga Harbor Authority and Port Authority with the distribution of questionnaires totaling 55 (fifty five) respondents. From the results of the t-test in the study, it is known that the t-count value of Communication is 2.877 and the delegation of authority is 4.193 > t-table 2.00665, while with a significant communication 0.006<0.05, and with a significant delegation of authority 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis is proposed Communication and Delegation of authority partially or individually have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at The Office Of Harbormaster and Port Authority Class IV Sibolga can be accepted. Meanwhile, from the results of the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 37,176 > F table 3.18 and the significance F count is 0.000 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis proposed by Communication and Delegation of Authority has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or simultaneously on employee performance at The Office Of Harbormaster And Port Authority Class IV Sibolga is acceptable.
