Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the solvency ratio at PT Bank Central Asia by looking at the percentage of the ability to pay debts against assets and equity with indicators of debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, capital adequacy ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, and long term debt to asset ratio. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual report data of PT Bank Central Asia in 2019-2022. The results of this study indicate that overall it is declared sovable. For 4 years (2019-2022) PT Bank Central Asia in the analysis of capital adequacy ratio, long term debt to equity ratio, long term debt to asset ratio is in accordance with established industry standards, although in the analysis of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio shows numbers above industry standards.

Abstrak:
Tongue tie cases at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang in the last two years have experienced an increase, where in 2021 there were 438 cases and in 2022 there were 447 cases. Tongue tie babies have a poor breastfeeding mechanism, this is caused by limited tongue movement, so tongue tie babies cannot attach properly when breastfeeding. These conditions result in the maximum intake of breast milk not being obtained and the mother feeling uncomfortable due to sore nipples which can cause premature cessation of breastfeeding. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of frenectomy in tongue tie babies with breastfeeding ability. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were tongue-tie babies without complications who were still being hospitalized at the Columbia Asia Surgical Hospital in Semarang. Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 30 babies was obtained. The instruments used in this study were LATCH and ATLFF scores. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that the Frenectomy procedure was effective in increasing the ability to suckle in tongue tie babies, the Wilcoxon test results were obtained (pvalue 0.000 <0.05), where all (100%) tongue tie babies experienced an increase in the ability to suckle after a frenectomy. The action of a frenectomy is effective in increasing the ability to suckle, this can be due to the fact that with a frenectomy the mobility of the tongue increases, so that the baby can latch on properly, can swallow milk well, the mother feels comfortable while breastfeeding because the nipples are not painful.

The importance of managing staff performance in an organization or company, including aspects of discipline and compensation. Staff performance plays an important role in achieving the organization's goals. Work discipline and compensation relationships are very important factors in improving the quality of staff performance. Thus, the problem of non-discipline in the environment of an agency does not continue and can be solved. This study aims to determine the relationship of work discipline on employee performance of Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang, the relationship of compensation on employee performance of Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang, the relationship of work discipline and compensation on employee performance of Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Kota Tanjungpinang. The research is a associate causality using quantitative methods. The sample of this study is 42 employee of Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang. Data collection uses questionnaires while data analysis techniques use correlation analysis. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between work discipline and staff performance, there was a significant link between staff performance compensation, and there was an important link between employment discipline, and staff performances compensation.

<p><em>The Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0, which is marked by the growth of digital technology, had many impacts. One of them is the change in work culture, especially in urban areas. In this era, people can do their activities digitally or virtually, so people can do their activities anywhere. Thus, coworking spaces emerge as a response to these conditions. Through coworking space, people can work without having to be in the office, and entrepreneurs and MSMEs can work and collaborate without having to have their own office to save operational costs. The COVID-19 pandemic has also increasingly encouraged changes in the culture of working from anywhere, causing coworking spaces to grow rapidly and become an infrastructure that needs to be considered in urban areas. However, until now, the concepts and theories about coworking space in urban spaces have not been studied much, so this research is carried out to explore this. This research is library research that aims to explore the concepts and theories of coworking space as an urban infrastructure to create a creative and smart city in the industrial era 4.0, especially in Indonesia.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><span lang="EN-US">Era industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi digital berdampak pada berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah perubahan kultur bekerja terutama di kawasan perkotaan. Di era ini, segala aktivitas manusia baik belajar hingga bekerja dapat dilakukan secara virtual atau dalam jaringan sehingga aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut dapat dilakukan dimana saja. Coworking space kemudian lahir dan berkembang sebagai respon dari kondisi tersebut. Melalui coworking space, masyarakat dapat bekerja tanpa harus berada di kantor, wirausahawasan dan UMKM dapat bekerja dan berkolaborasi tanpa harus memiliki kantor sendiri sehingga dapat menghemat biaya operasional. Adanya pandemi covid-19 juga semakin mendorong perubahan kultur bekerja darimana saja juga menyebabkan coworking space semakin berkembang pesat dan menjadi satu infrastruktur yang perlu dipertimbangkan di perkotaan. Namun hingga saat ini konsep dan teori tentang coworking space di ruang kota masih belum banyak dikaji sehingga dilakukan penelitian untuk mendalami hal ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan yang bertujuan untuk mendalami konsep dan teori coworking space di Indonesia sebagai infrastrujtur perkotaan untuk mewujudkan kota kreatif dan kota cerdas di era industri 4.0. </span></em></p>

Abstrak:
This research refers to violations during the campaign period, specifically this settlement is regulated in Bawaslu Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning settlement of election administrative violations. The problem in implementing the campaign in this study is violations during the campaign. Violations of these rules will be considered criminal offenses and are subject to imprisonment for a maximum of 2 years. The research method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources as well as using data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Ansell and Gash namely, the results of the research show that in the first indicator, face-to-face dialogue is carried out with coordination meetings at a scheduled time, so that when campaigns reduce violations, fraud, violence and threats in the field. The second indicator of building trust is communication between organizers, supervisors and security personnel, and this is the keyword for successful collaboration. The third indicator is commitment to the process, namely the three parties involved carry out their roles, which means that the parties involved are committed to carrying it out. The fourth indicator in the process of mutual understanding is that the organizers, supervisors and security forces understand each other about the handling of violations during the campaign period. The fifth indicator is that the interim results in collaboration are carried out by the parties continuously trying to fulfill them properly, the interim results produce solutions and hopes from all parties by providing what is best for this country, and the creation of elections that are safe, peaceful and reduce fraud. The conclusion of this study is that the handling of campaign violations in the Riau Archipelago province will continue to be improved and improved and tighten supervision so that unwanted things do not occur and quality elections will be achieved.

This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

Abstrak:
One of the recognized stages in addressing population growth is the Family Planning Program. In essence, the results of the Family Planning Program are beneficial for the growth and development of Indonesian society. Community participation is very influential in the family planning program, especially in improving the quality of life of the community at the village level or equivalent to the family planning program and other development programs that have been adjusted by each region. The evaluation of the family planning program in Kampung Bulang sub-district aims to obtain comprehensive information on the implementation and implementation of family planning programs in increasing family resilience and welfare. In this study, researchers used descriptive research using a qualitative approach, with primary and secondary data sources. This study uses the Program Evaluation Theory according to Wirawan, where in this theory there are five indicators consisting of (1) Input Evaluation, which aims to assess the adequacy of the Quantity and Quality of the Family Planning Program. (2) Process Evaluation, which aims to see or monitor how far the activities have been carried out. (3) Output Evaluation, which aims to see whether the Family Planning Program is running well or vice versa. (4) Outcome Evaluation which aims to see the results of whether the community understands the importance of the Family Planning Program. (5) Impact Evaluation, which aims to assess changes that occur in society. The conclusion of the program researchers is that it is running well, but it must continue to raise public awareness for the family planning program. The government also needs to reaffirm family planning not only in certain circumstances but for national needs.

<p>Desa Kalongan merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang yang saat ini dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata. Sebagai desa wisata, tentunya Desa Kalongan memiliki potensi pariwisata. Beberpa potensi telah mulai dikembangkan, namun pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perkembangan pariwisata di desa ini terhenti. Di era new normal dimana aktivitas wisata diprediksikan akan mengalami peningkatan, Desa Kalongan perlu mempersiapkan diri untuk dapat menghadapi lonjakan kebutuhan wisata yang ada. Sayangnya masyarakat desa masih belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup terkait pariwisata berkelanjutan dan perencanaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat prinsip ini menjadi salah satu prinsip utama dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam perencanaan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Kalongan.</p><p>Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Kalongan adalah metode mpenyuluhan dan perencanaan partisipatif. Kegiatan perencanaan partisipatif dilakukan dengan cara diskusi kelompok terarah atau FGD untuk menggali perspektif masyarakat terkait kondisi kepariwisataan Desa Kalongan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah berupa peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat desa tentang pariwisata berkelanjutan dan proses perencanaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, masyarakat juga dapat melaksanakan tahapan awal perencanaan pariwisata berkelanjutan dalam bentuk identifikasi potensi dan permasalahan wisata serta harapan pengembangan wisata di Desa Kalongan.</p>

Sharia Pawn (Ar-Rahn) is an agreement between a lender and a party who lends money. A lien is a right to tangible goods that is given to a debtor who wants to get ahead of the debtor, and the item is taken after the person has the money to redeem the lien. Rahn is a pawn service product based on sharia principles, where customers are only charged with administrative fees, additional mortgage and maintenance costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the evolution of income, inflation rates and gold prices in Rahn's credit distribution at PT. Pawn shops in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach used as a data analysis method. The data source comes from secondary data Literature research and documentation are used as data collection techniques. The subject to be studied is PT. Pegadaiic Indonesia 2013- 2022. The results show that gold income and prices are directly proportional to rahn credit distributed to the community. Meanwhile, inflation is not directly proportional to the rahn credit distributed to the public.

<em><span lang="EN-US">Semarang as one of the big cities in Central Java has provided public transportation which is Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) as an effort to reduce congestion and the use of private transpotation. There are eight main corridor and one special corridor that are provides until 2021, one of them is Corridor II with Terboyo-Sisemut Route. This study is aim to analyze the servce performance of Corridor II with the optimalization the use of BRT in this route, find the problem factors that influence and formulate the step for quality services improvement. The method of this study is quantitative method by calculating the weight value through assessment indicators based on the standards of the Director General of Transportation. These indicators are obtained from the results of dynamic surveys and static surveys. From the analysis, the service performance of BRT Corridor II at Terminal Terboyo-Sisemut PP is in good category. The number of fleets needed in corridor II is 21 units. Based on the results of the evaluation, one recommendation to improve the quality service of BRT is to make a special lane for BRT to make travel time faster, so that users are more interested in using BRT.</span></em>
