Abstrak:
Corporate crime is one of the activities or activities that arise in line with rapid developments in the economic and technological fields. The development of the position of corporations as business institutions is increasingly strengthening, making corporations as legal subjects dominate economic life without government control. One of the corporate violations that frequently occurs today is song copyright infringement. Violations that have a major impact on the music business, especially on songwriters as owners of original works . The law that regulates copyright infringement is Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Copyright is an exclusive right for the creator or recipient of the right to publish or reproduce his creation or work by giving permission to do so without prejudice to restrictions according to applicable laws and regulations. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method which examines laws and regulations in a society's legal system relating to corporate responsibility as a legal subject for violations of song copyright . The data collection method is qualitative descriptive analysis with emphasis on literature study. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause corporations as legal subjects to violate song copyright and the responsibility of corporations as legal subjects to violate song copyright.

Indonesia is known as the largest archipelagic country in the world and is recognized as having a maritime territorial area that is almost equal to its land area. Indonesia's territorial waters contain abundant potential fishery resources and marine diversity, making it known as a maritime country. Illegal fishing is an activity or fishing activity that is contrary to a country's laws or international regulations, where the majority of perpetrators are corporations. Illegal fishing practices have a tremendous impact on marine sustainability, causing huge losses to the country. The occurrence of illegal fishing is caused by weak law enforcement and supervision in Indonesian waters and the authorities' indecisiveness in handling illegal fishing perpetrators. Understanding illegal fishing and crimes committed by corporations should be a strong basis for every legal practitioner to process and impose appropriate and correct sanctions on every perpetrator of illegal fishing or corporate crime perpetrators. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method sourced from primary data, namely the Criminal Code (KUHP), Law Number 45 of 2009 in conjunction with Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH), secondary data and tertiary data based on regulations relating to fisheries and corporate crimes. The data collection method is qualitative descriptive analysis with literature study using a statute approach. This research aims to determine the factors that cause the crime of illegal fishing in Indonesia, the legal responsibility of corporations related to the crime of illegal fishing in Indonesia and the efforts made to prevent or eradicate the occurrence of criminal acts. illegal fishing in Indonesia.

Cyberbullying is bullying using digital technology. This can happen on social media, chat platforms, gaming platforms, and mobile phones. Meanwhile, according to Think Before Text, cyberbullying is aggressive and purposeful behavior carried out by a group or individual, using electronic media, repeatedly from time to time, against someone who is deemed not to easily resist this action. So, there is a difference in power between the perpetrator and the victim. The difference in strength in this case refers to a perception of physical and mental capacity. The nature of the research used is normative legal research and the data collection method used in this research is secondary data obtained through library research, namely by conducting research on various literature such as books, laws, with the aim of to look for concepts, or understandings related to the problem of Cyber ??Bullying Behavior Due to Social Media Which Affects Teenagers. The physical impact of cyberbullying is that teenagers experience headaches, stomach aches, sleep disorders, fatigue, back pain, loss of appetite and digestive problems. Psychologically and emotionally, teenagers feel fear, feelings of terror, anxiety, suffering, sadness, stress and symptoms of depression. School is related to teenagers being less motivated to go to school and a decrease in concentration levels or academic grades. Psychosocially, adolescents have feelings of isolation and loneliness, exclusion and even social rejection. That a personality who is dominant and enjoys violence tends to be temperamental, impulsive, and easily frustrated and often behaves aggressively in adults. Personality characteristics have a fairly high role in a person's tendency to become a perpetrator of cyberbullying. A person with high self-esteem will show himself to have power over others. This is what makes cyberbullying perpetrators show that they are someone who is powerful by bullying weak people.

Corporate Crime or what can be called a criminal act of corruption is a crime committed jointly where the impact can damage democracy, morality, harm state finances, violate the social and economic rights of the community. Nowadays, corporate development seems to be increasingly rapid both in terms of quality, quantity and in the field of business it operates. Corporations operate in fields such as banking, transportation, entertainment, agriculture and so on. The existence of corporations brings many benefits to society and the state, such as: an increase in state treasury income from taxes and foreign exchange, opening up job opportunities, increasing technology transfer and so on. However, there are also negative impacts from these corporations, such as: environmental pollution, exploitation or depletion of natural resources, tax manipulation, exploitation of workers and so on. The emergence of this negative impact is due to corporations pursuing large profits.

The spiritual and physical care of prisoners is very influential in life, starting from religious life and health. This formation means that all efforts are made to raise awareness and always maintain regularly the existence of religious and health values, with the aim that human behavior always remains within the norm. -good norms. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of spiritual and physical care for prisoners at the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Narcotics Correctional Institution, the obstacles in implementing spiritual and physical care for prisoners at the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center and the efforts of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center to overcome obstacles in the implementation of spiritual and physical care for prisoners. This research is included in descriptive research with the type of Normative juridical research using qualitative analysis methods. From the results of the research, the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center fulfills the rights of inmates in the form of providing spiritual care for inmates in the form of religious formation activities and the implementation of worship, while the implementation of physical care in the form of maintaining body fitness through morning exercise, sports, channeling hobbies through art. , recreation with family visits as well as support in providing proper and adequate nutrition and health care. The obstacles experienced by the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center in fulfilling the right to spiritual and physical care include the limited budget of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center, human resources in terms of quality and quantity, and the facilities at the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center are inadequate. The efforts of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center to overcome obstacles in implementing spiritual and physical care for prisoners include maximizing the use of the budget of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center, providing training and using the services of lecturers, maximizing the facilities of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center.

corporation is a group of people and/or assets that are organized, whether legal entities or non-legal entities. Corporate crimes that occur in Indonesia are quite an important note in law enforcement in Indonesia. The discussion of corporate crime is very different from crimes that occur in general (as regulated in the Criminal Code). The problem formulation in this research is the dimensions of corporate crime. And the aim of the research based on the problem formulation above is to determine and analyze the dimensions of corporate crime. This research method is analytical descriptive research which is research to describe and analyze existing research and is included in the type of library research which will be presented descriptively. Corporate crime has special characteristics when compared to other types of crime. The general view has at least 2 (two) main characteristics, namely Non Violent (non-violent) and Corrosive effect (damaging moral standards). Corporate crime is essentially an act that is condemned by law. Its existence is an act prohibited by any law. Therefore, the understanding of corporate crime can be divided based on the understanding of corporate crime as organized crime because it involves all aspects and parts of the corporation, as transnational crime because the scope of acts carried out is not only in one country but across countries . As a white collar crime considering that corporations are parties who have an important position and have certain economic power in society.

The importance of rehabilitation for addicts or victims of drug abuse is to heal the physical, mental and mental conditions for addicts and victims of drug abuse. It isvery likely that addicts experience health problems as a result of drug abuse, so that the existence of rehabilitation services or health services will be able to improve the quality of life of addicts or drug abusers. The purpose of this study was to find out the legal regulations regardingrehabilitation, implementation of rehabilitation for narcotics convicts in class IIB Tanjung Pura and the role of class II Bprison in tanjung Pura in rehabilitating fostered residents. This research is included in the descriptive research with the type of empirical juridical research using qualitative analysis methods. From the results of the study it is known that the legal basis and regulations related to the rehabilitation of convicts who abuse narcotics are Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections, Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2012 concerning Procedures for Implementing Medical Rehabilitation For Addicts, Abusers, and Victims of Narcotics Abuse. SEMA Number 4 of 2010, Concerning Placement of Abusers, Victims of Abuse, Narcotics Addicts Into Medical and Social Rehabilitation Institutions and SEMA Number 3 of 2011 concerning Placement of Victims of Narcotics Abuse in Institutions of Medical and Social Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation in Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Centre is carried out in the form of medical rehabilitation, non-medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation with stages in the form of providing initial information and screening and assessment and In carrying out the rehabilitation of inmates by the Tanjung Pura detention Centre Class IIB it has an impact There is a change in behavior and mentality, The emergence of awareness to stop consuming drugs, the emergence of obedience in worship and the percentage of awareness of drug addicts has increased
