Plastic waste is a common problem in all regions of Indonesia. As one of the largest contributors to plastic waste in the world, Indonesia faces a major challenge in plastic waste management. One creative solution that is gaining popularity is ecobricking, an environmentally friendly plastic waste management technique that turns plastic waste into strong and durable “bricks”. This research uses a qualitative method in the process, where data is taken through direct observation in the Rejosari village environment, experiment, as well as literature studies from books, journal articles, and other archives. Through the KKN work program, 84 ecobricks were successfully made by collecting plastic waste from grocery stores, food stalls, and markets. Approximately 7 kg of plastic waste has been absorbed for the needs of ecobricking. Overall, ecobricks have great potential in reducing plastic waste, increasing community awareness of the importance of waste management, as an environmental conservation effort, while supporting local economic empowerment.

<p><em>This activity was conducted to increase public awareness and knowledge in managing household organic waste into eco-enzymes. Eco-enzyme is a natural liquid from the fermentation process of organic kitchen waste such as fruit and vegetable peels, granulated sugar (white sugar, brown sugar, or cane sugar), and water. The training activity was held at the home of the head of Gentan Hamlet, Doplang Village, Bawen Subdistrict, Semarang Regency on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, with the training participants being women members of Dasawisma (Dawis). The activity was carried out using socialization and demonstration methods to facilitate participants' understanding of the material and the process of making eco-enzymes. Based on the evaluation results, the participants were very enthusiastic about learning new knowledge they did not know before. Participants learned about the technology of making eco-enzymes from household waste. In addition to creating a clean environment, the resulting eco-enzyme also provides various benefits for life.</em></p>

Fires in residential areas usually occur in densely populated areas. Rawa Buaya Village is a sub-district in West Jakarta City which has a fairly high population density and there is also a densely populated settlement located at RT.016/RW.04 with 445 families. This settlement experienced fire disasters five times in 2008, 2009, 2015, and twice in 2022. The aim of the research is to describe community preparedness to reduce the risk of fire as well as factors that support and inhibit community preparedness. This research uses descriptive methods through a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that 40% of the community knows that the cause of fires is due to human negligence, 81% have the desire to prevent fires, 76% have an agreement between the Head of the RT and the community, 74% have determined the evacuation location for victims, 67% do not know the evacuation route board, 91% have the desire to to help their relatives, 62% only knew that a fire simulation had been carried out once, 74% had no early warning system, and 60% had not prepared an emergency fund. So it was concluded that the community was sufficiently prepared to face fires by knowing the causes and things to prevent fires, having an agreement to prepare evacuation locations, helping relatives and participating in disaster simulations, but the vulnerability of the living environment was a factor that triggered fires.
 

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation, discipline and facilities on the job performance of UPTDPagerbarang Clinic employees. This research is included in quantitative research using a sample of 87 UPTD Pagerbarang Oinic employees with saturated sampling technique. The data was processed with the SPSS 26.00 application using the multiple regression method. The results of data processing from this study show the results where the three independent variables have a significant  effect on improving employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that motivation, discipline, and work facilities have a very significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that simultaneously has a significant influence on employee performance.

This Community Service activity aims to provide training in preparing simple bookkeeping for Mengehah Micro Small Enterprises (MSMEs) at Bringharjo Market. This service partner involves 5 MSME players who have businesses on the left side of the Beingharjo market. The activities will be carried out on 18 September, 7, 15 October and 28 October 2023. Activities are carried out by visiting MSME partners one by one. The results of this service show that there are still many MSME players who do not know how to prepare simple bookkeeping. Therefore, the service provides assistance in preparing simple bookkeeping to make it easier to record financial reports and for the sustainability of the business of MSMEs at Bringharjo Market.

Indonesia is a country with a stunting prevalence that can still be categorized as high with a prevalence rate of 24.4%. Various efforts have been made by the government to be able to overcome the stunting problem that occurs through various policies and regulations as well as through national strategies and interventions. This paper aims to explain the national policies and regulations and strategies used on tackling stunting in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study method where the technique is through library data collection, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. Indonesia already has a number of national policies and strategies on stunting that are realized in the form of interventions both specific and sensitive. Specific interventions are carried out by the Health sector by focusing on priority goals and important goals, while sensitive interventions are carried out by sectors outside Health where they are carried out to increase access to nutritious food; increase awareness, commitment, and nutrition parenting practices of mothers and children; improve access and quality of nutritional and health services; and improve the provision of clean water and sanitation facilities. Policies and regulations that exist at the central level, must also be followed by follow-up in the regions to the village level and involve not only the health sector but also other related sectors.

<p align="justify"><em>The existence of scientific journals is fundamental as a place for the publication of scientific articles for academics to show the results of their research work. Along with the development of technology and information, it demands the management of online-based journals for the convenience and transparency of the articles in them. Management of journals with an online system is still not fully understood by academics in several institutions. As one of the universities located not far from UIN Walisongo Semarang, Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal has sufficient resources and according to needs to be a place for community service activities to be carried out with the theme of assisting in the management of online journals based on the Open Journal System (OJS). The purpose of this assistance is to introduce online scientific journal management using the OJS system at UNISS. The method used is lectures and hands-on practice regarding online journal management. The results of this community service activity are knowing information about the availability of infrastructure, articles, Human Resources (HR), and regulations that support the start of managing online journals using OJS. In addition, understanding and awareness of the need to have online journals for the benefit of scientific publications for researchers or academics are also obtained which is the requirement as stated in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.</em></p>

This study research to analyze the comparison of store image and store atmosphere at Pelangi Stationery Store and Mm Rizky Abadi Stationery Store. This research was carried out by distributing it to 35 consumers of Pelangi Stationery Store consumers and 35 respondents of MM Rizky Abadi Stationery Store. The analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis technique with the Independent sample T-Test analysis method. The results of this study show that there is no comparison or significant difference to the Store Image of Pelangi Stationery Store and MM Rizki Abadi Stationery Store and there is no significant comparison or difference to the Store Atmosphere of Pelangi Stationery Store and MM Rizki Abadi Stationery Store.

ABSTRACT               Homologation is the ratification of reconciliation by the judge on the agreement between the debtor and creditor to end bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is one way to resolve debt disputes that smother a debtor, where the debtor no longer has the ability to pay his debts to his creditors. One of the bankruptcy decisions that will be studied in this research is the Semarang District Court Decision Number 2/Pdt.sus-Pailit/2020/PN.Smg.  Regarding the request for cancellation of homologation, by discussing the problem of analyzing the judge's consideration in the decision of the Semarang District Court No.2/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020/PN.Smg regarding the Request for Cancellation of Homologation and its legal consequences. Based on this, the type of this research is normative juridical with a case approach, the research specification is descriptive and analytical. The data used is secondary data, which is taken by means of literature study and documentation study. The data is then analyzed qualitatively. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the consideration of the Panel of Judges to grant the Petitioner's request in the Decision of the Semarang District Court No.13/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2018.PN.Smg is correct because the Respondent was proven negligent/default in fulfilling the contents of the Homologation agreement agreed between PT.BMI TBK and PT.TS in their arrangement there are achievements that must be fulfilled by PT.TS,  namely the payment of debt of 82% (eighty two percent) of the total principal debt of the Respondent to the Petitioner or the equivalent of Rp.106,604,576,766, - (one hundred six billion six hundred four million five hundred seventy six thousand seven hundred and sixty six Rupiah) no later than 6 (six months) from the date of the Homologation Decision This is in accordance with the contents of Article 170 paragraph (1) of Law No. 37 of 2004. Legal consequences from the Semarang District Court Decision No.2/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2020/PN.Smg PT.TS must be Bankrupt with all the legal consequences this is in accordance with Article 291 paragraph (2) of the Bankruptcy Law and PKPU.  Keywords : Decision, Court, Cancellation, Homologation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Free Cash Flow (FCF), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 - 2021. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019 - 2021 yaitu 27 perusahaan perbankan. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variabel-variabel fundamental terhadap harga saham adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, variabel Free Cash Flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan Return On Equity, Free Cash Flow dan Current Ratio secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan di sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2019-2021.
