Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the influence of scientific-based numeracy literacy teaching materials on students' motivation and higher order thinking abilities. This research is a quantitative research using a quasi-experiment method with a nonequivalent control group design. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were motivational questionnaire sheets and higher order thinking ability tests. The paired sample t-test was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate a significant difference in the average posttest scores between the experimental group and the control group, with a significance value of 0.000<0.005 and a mean difference of 18.06 (66.00 - 47.94) between the two groups. Additionally, the confidence interval for the difference ranged from -36.959 to -30.354. That there is a significant (real) difference between the average motivation score and higher order thinking abilities of students in the experimental class and the control class using of scientific-based numeracy literacy teaching materials. So with these results it can be concluded that the scientific-based numeracy literacy teaching materials has an effect on students' motivation and higher order thinking abilities.

Abstrak:
The development of technology with digital image processing is often utilized to solve various problems in image processing, such as facial recognition, object detection, and interaction between users. In this study, we developed an interactive hand gesture-based game titled "Slap Mosquito" that utilizes image processing techniques to control the game through hand gestures. Using Rapid Application Development (RAD), Python, OpenCV, and Pygame methodologies, this game allows users to slap mosquitoes virtually in real-time through hand gesture recognition that is read by the camera and translated into in-game actions. RAD allows rapid development iterations and improvements based on user feedback, which is essential for improving system responsiveness and accuracy. This study focuses on detection precision, system responsiveness, and the impact of lighting on game performance, as measured using frames per second (FPS) and user gameplay results. The test results show that optimal lighting meets high detection accuracy, while low lighting conditions have a negative impact on accuracy and responsiveness. The results of this study provide insights for further development of gesture-based applications, especially regarding the importance of optimizing technical parameters and RAD methodology in improving user experience.

Supervision services are provided to schools for the purpose of improving curriculum, learning, and instruction. As a logical consequence of this activity, schools must always be ready to be supervised because the purpose of supervision is clear. Educational problems are easily resolved if schools and principals understand the role and function of supervision. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the principal's supervision is in increasing the professionalism of social science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma. This research uses qualitative methods, and the respondents consist of school principals, social studies teachers and students. Observation, documentation, and interviews are data collection methods. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The ability of the principal to supervise social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma Regency. The principal must form a supervision team to start the supervision program; working with teachers to improve their competence as teachers; using direct and indirect approaches; and implementing methods, including meetings between principals and teachers. The school principal's professionalism supervision activities to increase the professionalism of social science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma were quite effective, with an average score of 3.83 and the professionalism of social studies teachers with an average score of 3.31.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the results of the application of the Quiziz application in English language learning as evaluation material for grade XI Mipa 1 students at SMA 6 Maros. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was class XI Mipa 1 students consisting of 17 people. Research data was collected through the use of the Quiziz application which is used as an evaluation tool in English language learning. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistical methods to analyze the level of student understanding of the material taught. The results showed that the application of the Quiziz application in English language learning made a significant contribution in improving student understanding. Students show improvement in evaluation scores after using the Quiziz app as evaluation material. In addition, students also provide positive feedback regarding the use of this application in English language learning. This study provides recommendations for English teachers to consider using the Quiziz application as an evaluation tool in learning. In addition, this research can also be a reference for schools or other educational institutions in choosing and implementing the right application to improve English learning outcomes.

Abstrak:
Studi ini mengkaji tren penelitian STEAM Education selama lima tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Siapa penulis paling produktif; (2) Afiliasi paling produktif; (3) Negara paling produktif; (4) Visualisasi tren penelitian STEAM; dan (5) Topik penelitian masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Bibliometrik. Basis data Scopus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang kemudian diubah menjadi RIS. Peneliti melakukan analisis data dengan perangkat lunak Rstudio, bibliometrix, dan VosViewer. Berdasarkan analisis, jumlah penelitian tentang STEAM mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa STEAM Education berdampak besar pada bidang pendidikan, khususnya pembelajaran. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa penelitian STEAM telah banyak dipelajari di Asia, khususnya di China. Namun, berdasarkan analisis bibliometrix menunjukkan bahwa Korea Selatan menjadi negara yang paling banyak disitasi internasional terkait penelitian pendekatan STEAM. Berdasarkan temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa menghubungkan Pendidikan STEAM dengan budaya lokal memiliki peluang penelitian di masa depan dalam pendidikan STEAM. Oleh karena itu, implikasi pada penelitian ini menharapkan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut terkait implementasi pendekatan STEAM terintegrasi budaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya kreativitas anak dalam segala hal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di TK yang terletak di Desa Paritbaru, Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan mendemonstrasikan cara mewarnai dan memfasilitasi anak-anak untuk belajar mewarnai. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan anak TK dapat meningkatkan pola pikir dan rasa percaya diri pada anak usia dini. Dan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan imajinasi pada anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di TK. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan anak untuk mengembangkan kreativitas, melatih motorik halus anak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedudukan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 57 Tahun 2020 tentang Penawaran Efek Melalui Layanan Urun Dana Berbasis Teknologi Informasi pada Sistem Perundang-Undangan di Indonesia dalam mengatur securities crowdfunding serta penyelesaian sengketa terhadap risiko yang dihadapi pemodal dalam securities crowdfunding di Indonesia. Securities crowdfunding sendiri merupakan penyempurnaan layanan urun dana equity crowdfunding yang sebelumnya sudah berjalan di Indonesia. Dalam penyempurnaannya ini, perubahan POJK 37/2018 tentang equity crowdfunding menjadi POJK 57/2020 tentang securities crowdfunding oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dikarenakan adanya kekurangan pada equity crowdfunding yang diantaranya adalah karena equity crowdfunding tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh usaha kecil menengah (UKM) serta pelaku usaha pemula (start-up company) karena keduanya bukan berbentuk perseroan terbatas, serta penerbitan efek yang hanya berupa saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan statute approach dan conseptual approch. Pendekatan statute approach melalui POJK 57/2020 dan pendekatan conseptual approch menggunakan teori Hans Nawiansky mengenai theorie von stufenufbau der rechtsordnung. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, berdasarkan teori theorie von stufenufbau der rechtsordnung dari Hans Nawiasky, kedudukan POJK dalam tata susunan norma hukum negara adalah sebagai Verordnung atau peraturan pelaksana dan POJK memiliki kekuatan hukum mengikat serta konsekuensi hukumnya adalah segala bentuk praktek security crowdfunding di Indonesia tunduk dan patuh pada ketentuan POJK 57/2020. Kedua, terhadap risiko yang dihadapi pemodal, penyelesaian sengketanya dapat dilakukan dengan 3 cara yaitu melalui internal dispute resolution, external dispute resolution dan pengadilan.Kata Kunci: Securities Crowdfunding; Penyelesaian Sengketa; Pemodal.
